Nice place to live. A little bit noisy at summertime if your unit is facing the swimming pool. Walking distance to stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, etc. Workers are polite and respectful. Clean and well kept surroundings.

City Lights will try to scam you in many ways. One way is the carwash scam. They will have an illegal alien go around every couple days in the parking structure with a leaf blower blowing dust and dirt all over your car. The staff had access to all the self serve water hoses removed entirely from the grounds. Every other apartment complex has water hoses available to wash your own car except this one. Then they set up another illegal alien where the hoses used to be and you have to pay this guy minumum $30 to wash your car for you. If you try and wash your own car here they will threaten eviction. So if you have it washed weekly that's $120 City Lights scams you for and your car is still dirty half the time because the illegal with the leaf blower circles around every two days to blow more dirt on your car.

They are nice until you sign the lease then if you "bug" them with any normal occurrence like a maintenance request they will sick an obese Ebonics speaking short hair "woman" to harass you with contrived code violations threatening you with eviction and credit dings.

The entire grounds and every unit is supposed to be a smokeless environment. That is a joke. Almost all my neighbors smoke and not just cigarettes. Seems like everyone in my building is a pothead. I am very allergic to smoke and even with all my windows shut the smoke still creeps in. The staff is not only useless they are vindictive. I showed them pictures of two different neighbors smoking on their balcony. They didn't do anything about it but started threatening to tow my car out of my own parking space. This place is horrible. I've never experienced anything like this vindictiveness in any other placed I've lived.

The dog feces and urine smell is absolutely unbearable in this summer heat. I live in a dog-free building yet half of my neighbors have dogs that crap and piss all over the the grass, in the hallways, in the parking structure, on my front door-gross! Also I think a motorcycle gang lives here. The staff looks and acts really low class and simply dismisses these issues and is also rude and racist. I'll be moving soon and won't return.

What is with all the muslims around here. That's all it seems it is. As a single woman I'm afraid to walk from my car in the dark parking garage to my apartment. I've been stopped several times by packs of dirty, smelly muslims while trying to make it to my door. The muslims look like crazy rapists. Why do they hang around the parking garage in the middle of the night? Is this where they park their camels or magic carpets? But seriously I'm scared.

Very good and enjoy living here so far. It's centrally located and very aestically pleasing. The staff is very professional and helpful. The gym is clean and provides a good variety of equipment. I wish there was more than 1 BBQ at the main pool as this is a HUGE property.

Constant LOUD motorcycle noise. The idiots in the front office would rather post fake 5 star reviews instead of stopping the constant noise caused by motorcycles with illegal, missing mufflers. It has been going on now for months and months. Why do they refuse to do anything about it. Car alarms go off EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Cannot get any sleep around here. Do something you IDIOTS. Almost an entire YEAR of this CONSTANT NOISE.

Like any community, City Lights has its good and bad. But when our dog was attacked by another dog, the response from staff and neighbors alike was nothing short of heartwarming. It was a bright spot in an otherwise traumatic experience.

I have been delighted living at City Lights. It is quiet and safe and a very well built and maintained property. I feel the cost is good for the space and the floorplans are well planned. All of the staff are very nice and helpful, and the property goes the extra mile to hold events and communicate everything. I cannot think of one thing they could do better. I have truly enjoyed living here.

The complex and amenities are nice, but the rent is fairly high considering we don't have much storage. I pay extra for my appliances, and they are old and have needed repaired on several occasions. I requested new appliances when I renewed my lease last year, but I did not get them.

It's true the noise level here at city lights is out of control. The constant motorcycle noise sets off dozens of car alarms often in the middle of the night. This in turn causes barking dogs on balconies even in buildings that are supposedly dog-free. By the way the so called non-smoking buildings have plenty of smoke and marijuana creeping into units even when all doors and windows are shut. The staff does nothing about the motorcycle noise even when the loud motorcycles blast right in front of them when they are walking around giving tours trying to sucker more people into not getting sleep. There is a creepy looking foreigner guard here sometimes and the kicker is the loud motorcycles will blast by this idiot setting off every single car alarm at 3am. His response...nothing at all.

What's with all this noise from motorcycles around here? Seriously this isn't funny at all. We moved here 2 weeks ago and haven't had one good night of sleep. We called the front office but they don't care one bit. They told us call the police. It looks like others have since there are tons of cop cars here every day but this could be from the cars getting broken into. When i leave for work exhausted since I got no sleep because of all the motorcycle noise I notice broken car windows.

I wished I checked the reviews before signing my life away since this place has 75% ------- living here. These aren't the hard working educated professional types either. Ever since city lights started accepting welfare vouchers the horde of these --------------- poured in. I say ------ because it's a fact that over 70% of the perverts marry their first cousin. If you are a woman or wife or girlfriend or daughter be very afraid cause these rapists will follow you to and from your car late at night. If you are a guy beware because these ------- travel in packs and openly hate ----------------- so be careful so you don't get stabbed cause that's what they do. Good job city lights you managed to turn a decent place to live into the ---------------------------------------------- ------ -------.

I see the dishonest front office workers have been busy writing fake 5 star reviews about themselves on here instead of fixing ongoing extreme noise problems and car burglaries from the motorcycle gang that has been terrorizing the residents still living here and unable to get out of their leases. MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU SIGNED THE LEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you are too late buy some earplugs (even though they don't work cause the 3 am motorcycles are too loud to sleep) and also make sure your car comprehensive insurance is up to date since you will need it due to burglary or vandalism.

It doesn't reserve the price we pay period. Cars are getting broke in at the garages they don't care. 2 times I called for this issue and what I have heard is call the police office. Office staff do the talking but don't do the actual task that's needed.

Community is clean with nice amenities, staff is friendly and quick to resolve issues. Landscape is very nice. Neighbors can be loud and noisy at times but the management has been able to deal with the complaints so far.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends or family due to our current experiences. It is priced way too high for what you get. Nothing inside of the apartment is even close to being like new. The neighbors are awful and nothing has been down about it. We have just had way too many issues with our apartment.

Very nice and convenient place to stay. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They organize lot of events. Also they have fully equipped gym which is 24 hours and special classes.
