There's no fine dining or even good restaurants in the area convenient there are a lot of stores and shops within 2 miles . Besides a movie theater, there's no live entertainment, or any entertainment whatsoever.

City Lights is a great community. Amenities are pools, workout space, weight room and exercise equipment. The office team is helpful, courteous and professional and they are always prompt when responding to concerns, requests, and problems. The maintenance team is outstanding and have always responded to service requests in a very timely manner. We have happily lived here for 10 years !!

Just fine. Exce[t for the carpeting, the dirty hallways, and the noise at night from motorcycles. I'm a former motorcycle owner. No need to go roaring around at night. Very immature. I would think a word to them would help a lot.

Great community, walking distance to literally everything that you could possibly want. It's across the street from a nice big park if you have dogs or like to stroll in the grass. Great freeway access and close enough to Newport and Orange County proper, as well as north county San Diego.

Honestly, I have had great experience living here. This apartment community is conveniently located, especially for a single woman with children. I feel mostly safe here. The only thing is the package room is a little disorganized but the office staff do their best to organize it eventually. There's also minimum grace for if you've had a major life change like medically related that causes you to be late on your rent. Besides that, the apartment is well designed & most of the office staff are very nice.

Very clean always maintaining garage and hallways and property Love living here So close to Towncenter. Many Restaurants, TJ Maxx and other stores and Ralph's and Movie Theater In summer have concerts between Stadium Restaurant and Buffalo Bills Movies on the grass for children Farmers Market on Saturdays in parking lot across from movie theater

We are a happy family leaving at this complex, we have great service from the main office. We have amazing neighbors and over all we always recommend this complex to our friends en family. We only hope some rent control over the price, because we love this complex and me in my family want to continue living here.

Great location, 5-10 minute drive or easy walk from Costco, gas, Trader Joe's, movie theaters, dozens of great restaurants, dry cleaners, the dentist, foctot and stores. Yet the complex itself and the individual units are for the most part peaceful and quiet. I really appreciate the secure covered parking garage. It's dog friendly, and the management does a great job of coaching people to clean up after pets. Great pools and hot tubs.

Very nice grounds and staff, maintenance responds to requests extremely quickly and does a great job. Just wish EV charging was installed in 2022 like I was promised before signing the lease, and I wish the noise levels from neighbors and garbage collection was lower.

i've been here 6 yrs. it was alot nicer when i first moved in. it's alot dirtier around here, the hallways, broken things all over the place. too bad you people don't walk around here daily you would see or you don't notice details. i don't think the employees care about this place very much

Great complex! Safe and gated and generally quiet. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and easy to get a hold of. I haven't had any major maintenance requests, but my smaller ones (light bulb burned out, toilet running, etc.) Were handled quickly and fixed within a day of notifying them. Great place to live!

City Lights was absolutely beautiful. We have been on the hunt for an apartment for a while now and we had came to the conclusion that no where was going to check all of our boxes for a place. That is until we stepped into City Light. It checks every single one of our wants and needs for an apartment. Linda Bibeau, from City Lights, treated us very well and was very informational. It has been a good experience. Staff is great. Repair people who worked on the water heater closet after a leak from another apartment were not so great. Would appreciate more cleanup around the grounds and the walkways.

Great place no real issues maybe the only thing would be people and there dogs leaving messes. Close to shopping making it an easy walk to the stores and food. Parking garage is great keeps the outside area car free.

Q: What are some of the problems at City Lights?

A: Constant daily gardening noise for hours and hours Monday through Friday. Dogs always barking, excrement and fleas all over. Catalytic converter thefts. Construction noise all day every day. Homeless people living on front grass. No carpet so you hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes.

A: The water bill is horrendous. $70 per month. I lived in other complexes in aliso and it was never over $10. City lights must be getting a kickback from the bill. The bill is paid to Conservice. Appropriately named as they are cons. Just google Conservice and see ALL the people they ripped off and no doubt gave kickbacks to the complexes.
