Staff and maintenance are great, friendly and helpful. Pet owners are a little irresponsible in allowing their pets to urinate in the hallways and not everyone picks up after them...which makes no sense since there are MANY poop stations. But I enjoy the amenties and the closeness to all the shopping and park.

    Considering the age of this apartment. It shouldn't cost as much as the sister community Vantis, which is only a couple of years old. It'd be nice if they cleaned the hallways more than once a year. The new pool can't be accessed except by stairs after the office closes. But the pool area remains open until 10... who cares about the ADA laws. If there was a keypad access control to the package room, after hours deliveries could be kept secure and not just dropped on doorsteps.

      The fire alarms are connected for multiple units so anytime someone set off the smoke detector, it goes off in multiple units. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints. Service requests are promptly answered.

        I am surrounded by wonderful people in this community. My family and I are very happy to live here. There is a plaza with shops nearby, and a farmers' market on Saturdays. There is a park and a fenced indoor playground nearby.

            The facility is beautiful. Staff is more than amazing. Laura went above and beyond. I would recommend this property to all. In fact I have recommended this property to two of my friends. Every other property I looked at, the staff were inattentive and rude.

              Overall good experience. The space is enough for my needs, I just wish the apartment had more storage inside. The closet is a bit smaller than what I expected. I like how spacious my balcony is and I appreciate the maintenance team who hadles requests in a timely manner.

                The apartment is nice but the common areas need to be better cleaned. Hallways need to be power washed just like the other common areas like the pool. The elevator repair in building 9 took over three months to finally get fixed.

                  Living at City lights more then 2 years Love this place , has great schools near by , any stores you need , great service , property is always clean and the area is very well maintained Has very nice pool area and club house Which work unfortunately only till 6 pm , by the time most of the people works till 5/6 pm. But I hope anytime soon they will change clubhouse hours

                      Friendly community. many families with school - age children. Excellent maintenance services. We want to stay. There is really good garage-parking for two cars.                                 Overall I have enjoyed my experience at the City Lights Apartments. I love the maintenance team. They are so kind and friendly. However, some of the people that have rented apartments in the surrounding area near me have been violent. And what I mean by that is fighting screaming shouting I've had to call 911. It's been traumatizing at times. I think City Lights needs to do a better job at who they rent their apartments to, and I think the grounds need to be kept cleaner. And what I mean by that are the halls need to be cleaned more often pressure washed. They are filthy.

                                  Most of the staff have been good. The complex has changed dramatically. Multifamily living in one apartment multiple very large dogs, barking constantly, the car alarms are out of control. The motorcycles should not be allowed on all floors that have a designated parking area on the first floor by the maintenance area. I'm constantly woken up by them. The hallways are filthy.My biggest reason for moving is the prices are out of control.

                                        most of the property looks great...except All hallways and parking lot have trash and debri on them. Its the first thing people see when the arrive at our home. we take pride in our home but can't do that when they have to walk in Palm Berries and dirt!

                                            The community is safe and nice. It is well maintained but at a cost. The cost being the noise. At least 5 days a week the leaf blowers are g oing from 7 a.m. -5p.m. The staff is courteous and professional.

                                              I feel targeted at times. Some staff members are Rude to me. I feel like they target me because I'm on housing. I get calls of complaints that don't involve me for example they call me saying someone is complaining about music coming from my unit but I'm not even home.

                                                  Apartment itself is great. Parking structure is tedious to go through since I'm on the top floor. People do have loud cars and a lot of people have dogs that bark. The fire alarm rings often in the community.

                                                    A: Constant daily gardening noise for hours and hours Monday through Friday. Dogs always barking, excrement and fleas all over. Catalytic converter thefts. Construction noise all day every day. Homeless people living on front grass. No carpet so you hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes.

                                                    A: The water bill is horrendous. $70 per month. I lived in other complexes in aliso and it was never over $10. City lights must be getting a kickback from the bill. The bill is paid to Conservice. Appropriately named as they are cons. Just google Conservice and see ALL the people they ripped off and no doubt gave kickbacks to the complexes.
