Excellent staff and response for any problem. Love living here. Can depend on maintenance every time there is a problem. Quick response to any request. Grounds are always kept neat and clean. Even the trash areas are very well maintained.

Mr. Vega is an excellent customer service representative. Problems with the elevator in building 8 have been a recurring issue over the past years. It would be beneficial if a knowledgeable individual could be hired to repair the problem

We love living here. It's ideally located, the community amenities are nice, the units are great, and the staff is super friendly and respond to questions/issues quickly. Might be a little pricey for some, but right now it's worth the price for convenience.

This is an awesome place to live. It is definitely home to me. The staff is amazing. Maintenance always fixes things promptly and call after to make sure everything went ok. The leasing agents are super nice and patient and caring. Devin helped me transfer to another apartment and she was so sweet and patient with my hundreds of questions!! This team really does care and they always want to make sure you are taken care of. The amenities just got remodeled and it looks like a vacation resort now! I love it here and feels safe and comfortable. Always feels like home

It's nice, but I wish it wasn't so loud, The gardeners are here every other day being very loud and the walls are very thin so I hate both my upstairs and downstairs neighbor but overall I'm happy to live here.

The water fountains must be controlled with a timer that shuts them off at nights. They create noise that makes it hard for the tenants close by to sleep well, not to mention it saves energy. The front car gate wireless sensor range is short. You need to drive your car almost hitting the gate for it to open.

everything is almost good, good neighborhood, good management, I just have one neighbor whos dog is barking alllll the time when they are not home and I claim this issue but still remain. Most of the time trash rooms are smelly and dirthy

It's a nice high-end complex with accommodations both at the unit level and community level. There are good floor plans (I especially like the 1BR + Den), recent renovations including wood laminate flooring, NEST heating and air conditioning, new appliances (although not top of the line), little individual laundry rooms (not just a stacked unit in a closet), etc. There are nice pools, sufficient parking, good landscaping and design elements such as fountains. There is a tremendously convenient shopping center right next door with many food options, a Barnes & Noble, an Edwards movie theater, a PetSmart with grooming and vet, auto care, hair styling, even an urgent care clinic.

City Lights is in a fantastic location with shopping, dining etc all within walking distance. Great farmers market, target, Trader Joe's, and Costco down the road. Leasing staff was great. Downsides: parking garage, flies everywhere, amenities u available due to construction, smaller layouts yet higher prices for the area.

We’ve had problems with our mailboxes being broken into before they FINALLY replaced them. We’ve had our identity stolen since living here and arguments with neighbors who are clearly former drug addicts, or are currently drug addicts. There’s been pee in cups in the stairwells where clearly some homeless people have been. The dog feces and urine smell is disgusting on people’s balconies and really reflects the toxicity and class of the people that now have taken over City Lights. It’s turned extremely trashy. Really trashy and ------. The fire alarms, the leaf blowers, the years and years of constant renovations have made this place hell to live in. It’s extremely disappointing and the front office staff have become jaded. They have changed managers at least 6-7 times over the years. And if you try to raise any concerns you are met with lying, gaslighting and BS from their mouths. (Thank goodness we are now able to move out of this state and we bought a home.) This place has caused us to be depressed, on edge, stressed out and have financial difficulties. At times I have had to take drastic measures into my own hands to get my point across and to get them to take me seriously and move their a** on important matters. (Like getting new mailboxes.) If you’re not forceful with them and I’m talking about front office management, and I mea really take a stand and set firm boundaries and take drastic measures— You will never be taken seriously and they’ll run all over you and treat your concerns with no regard. Dogs are constantly barking on the balconies. Aggressive dogs tries to attack your dog or your child whenever you walk anywhere. The garbage trucks race fast in the complex and when they back up they make that loud beeping sound and forget about ever sleeping in! Then there are these delinquents who constantly set off fireworks on the top of the garages. Even an M80 one time. There’s graffiti, broken glass and trash everywhere up there. They walk on the rooftops and stop above your apartment and the front off doesn’t do anything about it, not once. I don’t recommend living here whatsoever. It’s a waste of money and energy. Your mental health will suffer, you’ll develop anxiety, anger issues and resentment and the property management company won’t care, even if you have children that are being negatively affected by all of the above. Their lack of compassion, empathy, respect and kindness towards others is non-existent. They just don’t care about people and clearly have no morals nor values for their tenets. The only manager who ever did anything and cared was Luke and he’s long gone. We’re not human to them worthy of any kind of respect nor understanding.

Nice grounds, but poor maintenance program. Issues are not resolved in a timely manner and staff did not really care about issues at least in our experience. The dryer in our unit takes five cycles to dry. Maintenance requests opened numerous times. No results. Smoke alarm goes off every time we cook. Maintenance first said to simply remove the smoke alarm. After months of back and forth, they then suggested buying a BBQ to cook outside. Probably the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. We also have numerous neighbors that bring their dogs right up to our bedroom window every morning to do their business which has made me and my wife uncomfortable.

I love living at City Lights! The value is decent but i definitely feel like i am paying quite a bit for a 2br apartment. It's been a bummer having the community center under construction for the most part this year but hopefully it's done soon and we can get the gym back!
