The so-called "staff" as they refer to themselves on here with the unending fake 5 star reviews is completely responsible for the ------ Invasion of City Lights. All the other apartment complexes in Aliso Viejo don't have this problem. There are 8 to 10 Muslims per unit here, even in the 1 bedrooms. They are up all hours of the night smoking on balconies with apparently no job to go to being purposely loud to the infidels (non muslims). Don't believe me? Move here and find out.

We have lived in this community since 2004. Hove moved three times within City Lights due to personal choices. We have gotten to know most of the management and service staff during that time, and they have always been very helpful and committed to providing exceptional service. We recommend City Lights without any reservations.

Illegal alien and $yrian refugee muslims have invaded this complex. They have that crazy, terrorist fresh off the boat vibe about them. After January 20th be sure to call ICE to arrest and deport this filth. City lights will probably be a ghost town as its a majority of crazy muslims here. 1-866-DHS-ICE. 1-866-347-2423

City Lights has been overrun by --------------------- who clearly hate the remaining American citizens who still live here whether the ------- try and intimidate you with dirty looks, follow women around at night, or steal or vandalize your property. Blame the dbag office workers for bringing all this trash in here.

ILLEGAL ALIEN MUSLIMS have taken over this complex thanks to the crooked office workers approving their stolen identities. These pack of losers have been busy posting fake 5 star reviews on here to try and cover this up. If you don't wish to be around rapist muslims RENT ELSEWHERE.

The phony 5 star reviews about themselves from the dishonest, dbag office workers continue. They are trying to cover up the fact that city lights has been overrun by illegal alien muslims who have been terrorising the remaining Americans who must wait until their lease is up before fleeing for their lives from this crime-ridden dump.

So far, the community has been very clean, quiet and friendly. Laura and Jeff were awesome to deal with during the visit and signing of our lease and move-in. The entire staff as a whole were very pleasant to work with.

City Lights is a beautiful community and the leasing offic staff is so friendly and accommodating. We have only recently moved in, but everything is quiet, safe, and well maintained. There's a community website to keep up to date about events, post items for sale (or if you're looking for moving boxes.) So far we are very happy with our new apartment.

Place is crawling with illegal alien muslims. They all seem to have that crazy rapist and child molester look about them not to mention heavy body odor when they walk by. Freakish women covering themselves in full burkas where you only see their maniacal eyes. Seems like they are all scheming to do something very bad.

Just arrived - not sure yet but looks promising - there are still a lot of little matters relating to the community. The general manager is very competent and is on top of matters. The only observation clearly visible is that you are understaffed. In addition the property is beginning to look tired and needs some much needed cosmetic improvements if you are to justify the high rental charge now prevalent.

Crime Ridden Dump. Police are here daily responding to burglaries, stolen cars, vandalism, loud nightly 3am parties, screams as if being beaten or raped. Very dangerous place here. There is occasionally a security guard but he looks like a santa ana gang member and that wouldn't surprise me at all since the breakins usually occur the nights he is working. Shady low class employees here too. I'm wondering if they are the ones who stole my identity as i provided my ssn, dob, etc. when i applied to this dog feces smelling dump.

The dimwit front office workers have been very busy posting fake 5 star reviews of themselves on here. The truth is they are only nice to you until you sign the lease then they start screwing around with you about any minor ticky tack bs thing and won't allow you to live in peace. Everything is a threat to either evict you in 3 days or a threat to ding your credit which they happily do. Very petty, dishonest dbags. Why don't they do something about the crime around here with cars getting broken into or vandalized almost daily.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful to work with and very professional. After searching several other complexes it was a easy decision. If you are out looking check this place out you will not be disappointed. I is really worth the time.

City Lights apartments is very well positioned, close to the cinema, shops and restaurants. We enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to maintenance requests. We moved here temporarily from Perth, Australia. I can recommend this apartment complex to anyone who needs to live away from home. The only thing is the level of noise. So now and then there are people who like to rev their loud motorbikes in front of our unit at 4am, or cars that drive past and have a megaphone muffler at 2am. The police should have some limitations on how loud a vehicle is allowed to be, say anything over 100 db should be taken off the road. Of course that has nothing to do with the apartment or the staff, which are excellent.

So true about the invasion of the illegal alien muslims who took over this complex. One ------ who hangs around the pool has got to be a child molester the way he stares at children. Can you blame him that's what his culture taught him to be. At least city lights tries to make these american hating 3rd world worlders feel at home by having raw sewage squirt out of the pipes a few times a month.

The following is my email to Maria Faulkner at the reception: Hello Maria, Thank you for helping us the other day! Yesterday, Manny came to remove the blind rail while we were at school. I thought he was also going to take a look at the patio floor but there was no note about that. When do you think somebody could come after 4pm to do so? As I mentioned on the phone, Tuesday was the first time I used the gas stove in the pool area. I couldn't help notice the poor condition of the sitting area. The ground is very stained and greasy and the fabric of almost all the chairs is very stained too. This creates a feeling that the area is not well maintained and is worn down. I didn't even want to sit down while waiting for what I was cooking. At what time is it being cleaned daily? I was there at 7:15 pm. The fabric on the canopy lanai's is worn out too and the one I was facing, is even ripped. One of the plastic straps of the lounge chair I was laying on the day before is broken. I recalled you mentioned that the stains on the corridors and staircases are scheduled for cleaning. They are pretty bad. How often are they cleaned? Some parts close to our apartment, in front of apartment #6330, are even chipped down to the under base. I was taking a walk on Sunday and it seems to me the other side of the complex is in better shape. It seems nicer and cleaner. Maybe this is just my imagination. The flower bed area at the base of buildings 6 and 7 is nearly bare. It has one plant, only. I mentioned this to Linda when we were being shown the property. We notice these things because we care. We really want to be happy and comfortable here and we intend on using all of the amenities Shea Apartment Communities has to offer. Actually, it was your amenities that made us choose this place. Your company statement says that your goal is to provide a quality living environment and outstanding service, and that my opinions and comments are critical. Well, here they are! We think this is such a cool place! We are sure that Shea wants to take great care of it to validate their statement. Again, we really want to experience and enjoy this beautiful place fully. Linda always talks so highly of it. I like that! Have a nice weekend! Sincerely, Claudia

Nothing but muslims here. First they lease to a couple in a 1 bedroom then 1 week later 8 to 12 move right in. You can see the disgust in their faces for americans when you pass them in the hall. You've been warned.

This is a good, quiet community with 3 pools, a gym, grills, and event spaces you can reserve. Each apartment has a really nice porch, which with the nice weather you can use almost every day. They also allow you to have grills on the porch. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. 4th floor apartments have cathedral ceilings, but your parking spot is on the same floor of the parking deck as where you live, and it takes a few minutes to drive all the way to the top. It is an expensive complex to live in, but it is conveniently located within walking distance of the library, movie theater, restaurants, grocery store, urgent care, pet store, and a nice park with community activities throughout the year. The only downside to this complex (as with any pet friendly complex) is that some irresponsible pet owners do not clean up after their pets. Rent doesn't increase by a significant amount. Some apartments come with a fridge, washer, and dryer. This apartment truly feels like a home instead of just an apartment.

I am literally disgusted with all the phony 5 star reviews on here from the office workers at city lights. What exactly are they hiding? I'll tell you. What they are hiding is the sewage water coming out of the pipes 2 or 3 times a month in everyone's unit. Everyone knows about the faulty plumbing here where they had to rebuild the entire complex's pipes that burst in people's ceiling contaminating most units with mold in the ceilings which they never removed just plastered over. Well after they replaced the pipes what can only be described as raw sewage comes out of every pipe here a couple times a month. Many people have been sickened here with the pathogens in the brown water that randomly comes out. They won't let people out of their leases here without charging the full lease amount. Everyone's been fleeing here for their lives and just getting screwed over on the remaining lease. The only people these slumlords are renting to now are illegal aliens who they allow to live 9 people to a one bedroom. What used to be a nice place is now a dangerous slum.
