    Throughout our five years living in this apartment, we have encountered frequent water-related issues, and the communication regarding community repairs has not been adequate. Due to the ongoing inconvenience, we are considering relocating when our lease expires later this year.

      i really wish they would clean the carpet in the hallways (going to the apartment) big stains and just looks dirty. the hallways need to be painted and carpet cleaned or taken out. honestly the only complaint i have

        I love it here so much. I feel safe, I love all the ammenities, my unit, the location, the affordability and convenience provided. I also love that it is very quiet. No matter the time of day, it is a beautiful and quiet location.

          If you're looking for a nice building with reasonable prices on a temporary basis such as I was, you can't go wrong with the Allure complex in Orange. I feel like I'm living in the same level of home as I had when I resided in my former gated community of single-family homes. All the amenities I need are present.

            I urge any prospective tenant to look elsewhere. My experience at Allure apartment homes has been consistently negative and, at times, frankly unacceptable. Key Issues I Experienced: • Extreme Management Negligence: The property managers are extremely negligent and unresponsive. Routine maintenance requests are often ignored or addressed only after repeated follow-up, demonstrating a profound lack of regard for resident welfare. • Consistent Plumbing Issues: We have experienced consistent and unresolved plumbing problems, which have led to significant inconvenience and damage. This is a recurring issue that management has failed to fix long-term. • Horrible Communication: Communication from the management office is horrible. They are difficult to reach, often fail to return calls or emails, and provide inconsistent or misleading information when they do respond. • Unacceptable Disrespect and Discrimination: As a resident, I have been met with overall disrespect. More seriously, I have experienced and observed instances of tenancy discrimination and sexual harassment from individuals associated with the management. These are extremely serious allegations that speak to a toxic and hostile environment. In Summary: The negligence, maintenance failures, and appalling disrespect, including alleged discrimination and harassment, have made my tenancy an absolute nightmare. This is not a safe, professionally managed, or comfortable place to live.

              Juan and his entire maintenance team deserve so much praise for the good work they do around here at Allure. I am not kidding nor I am being hyperbolic when I say they are heroes to every single person who lives here at Allure. They deserve not a pizza party, not a pad on the back, but a compensation increase to match their dedicated efforts to fix anything and everything that breaks around here in short amounts of time. Its incredible. I have lived in many corporate owned apartment rentals like this one all over Orange County and let me tell you whoever is reading this, it takes literal weeks to get things fixed normally. Here - things are fixed in hours if not days (days for the harder issues like my AC issue recently). That is orders of magnitude better than the rest of them. Take some pride in that and reward the folks who make it happen accordingly.

                  For the last year and half the community has become a lot less "luxury living" and more "simple apartment complex". When I moved in it was bragged that our complex is luxury living and mainly adults with many coming from UCI Medical to live/work in this area. Now lots of very loud families seems to have moved in (with their barking dogs) and the pool/entertainment area is very very very very active until late in the evening. The parking situation has become a bit ridiculous as the property manager has decided to sell off the MAJORITY of our parking spots as opposed to letting residents have actual guests come over. During the summer time it is impossible on the weekends and totally inconvenient to have someone stay over.

                        This is a beautiful and peaceful community—I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The amenities are top-notch, especially the stunning pool area and the well-equipped gym, which I absolutely love. The office staff are fantastic. They’re efficient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any situation. I highly recommend this place, especially for young families just starting out. It’s a great environment to call home.

                                Hallway walls and carpet are tooooo dirty. Makes this place look cheap and not cared for. My inside carpet was dirty and made my cat itch. My cat now has scabs from itching. Staff is nice and always helpful.

                                  I have enjoyed my stay with Allure no complaints My apartment is nice light color flooring and walls. I like that there is still hardwood in my unit makes cleaning and appearance so much nicer. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

                                    I am mostly satisfied with this community however I am disappointed with the upkeep of the walkways and the urine stains carpets. The staff is friendly and helpful maintenance is excellent and the community is quiet.

                                        I like it so far. The apartments are nice and it could be a bit more quiet, but so far everything is what I expected it to be. I love having washer and dryer in the home. A/c these things are great and the staff is wonderful and helpful.

                                            Love the floorplan of our unit, love the amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, etc). Landscaping is very nice and well maintained. With the exception of the dated units, Allure truly has a resort style living.

                                                  It feels like I get to come home to a luxury hotel everyday. My closets are HUGE, my bathrooms are massive, the washer and dryer are so convenient, and the built in desk and storage add so much usable space! I never thought I could be this happy living in an apartment. It has everything I wanted and then some!
