I have no comments to make except that the noise by the pool at 3:00 a.m. is unacceptable. That there is someone patrolling the complex who doesn't hear the ruckus, or does hear it and doesn't do anything about it is management problem that needs to be rectified.

Everything was perfect upon moving in. The staff was great and the apartment was even better than I expected! The high ceilings, loft and kitchen are simply fabulous. I'm so pleased with my decision to move to Allure! It is definitely my best rental experience this far.

It was very nice and the two ladies that helped my wife and I were fantastic. I don't like to move but it helps to have your paperwork go smoothly. I like the place and the security of the building. Makes my wife feel safe and I like that. I like that.

My Fiance and I have lived at Allure for over a year. When we wanted to transfer into a bigger unit, the Allure Staff was very accommodating to your desires. The transfer was quick and easy. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to have a real home.

The Greatest leasing staff I've ever experienced in my entire life. The management team accommodates all my requests and are very responsive to all my requests or questions. The gym is very always clean and very convenient to the residents.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOUSE OF HORRORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is garbage. They just threw us out a severally handicapped terminally ill child, 2 elderly people giving us a 3 day notice, just because we're from NY and aren't little OC babies crying when we're being screwed. Stalkers paradise! Stupid Elvis look alike resident walks right into my friend walking our dog and he cry's like a little baby to the office our dog "attacked" his little pug dog, (he never even came close to his stupid dog) when we told him to cross the street (common sense would dictate that to anyone with a brain), he says f you I'll walk anywhere I want, management is rude, once you sign the lease, don't expect to get your money back either. Water is constantly being shut off, ants everywhere, fire alarms going off at all hours of the day and night, leasing manager is scum, got a 3 day notice saying were a nuisance, despite living here for over 3 years. Managements lawyers are scum and fabricated 90% of the "complaints" on the so-called 3 day notice. It stinks, smells like urine and feces everywhere from the dogs pooping everywhere, management is fake --- and are rude and sarcastic after you sign the lease. The only time you see their fake --- "smiles" is when you bring the check in for the rent the 1st of the month. Don't expect to get anything out of this place once you sign a lease. Paid over 2300 a month to get stalked and harassed. We have been stalked since the first day we moved into this "development". Management has done nothing about any of our complaints about other reisdents and turned all of our complaints completely around and made it sound like we were the guilty party when all we wanted to do was live here in peace. We have been stalked, harassed and targeted by management here since the first day we moved in. Don't expect to cook a meal without ants in your food, there everywhere. A neighbor living in the development blocked our apartment access and wouldn't let us into our apartment to get our shopping cart and stated, "I live here, I'll go wherever the hell I want to, what the f are you going to do about it in a threatening, combative and aggressive tone, he even walked up to him in the parking lot and tried starting a fight with him. People doing donuts in the parking lot day and night, you take your life into your own hands when you walk in it. Some guy swerved into use when we were leaving the lot and he had the nerve to flip me off and blow his horn at me. When I complained to management, they claimed it wasn't their problem, it was OCPD's problem. People crashing the gate all the time, making themselves at home in the pool area who don't even live here, noise from parties in the pool area day and all hours of the night, security does nothing and your lucky if they even come out here. All of the security guards think their Rambo and always have something smart to say to you. Big problem with the upstairs neighbors also, deliberately pounding their feet day and night. Police won't do anything either. They were called on numerous occasions and said it was managements problem and that its "apartment living". There are U-Haul vans on Rampart every day from people moving out of this place. Don't bother complaining to management, they will do nothing. I'm calling the media on this dump.

Your apartmant building staff should always be one of the things you look for in a good apartment building, and I found it here in Allure apartments. They're extremely helpful, even with house cleaning tips! The little community events are also a big plus.

Staff is very nice and go above and beyond to help in anyway. The community is clean and safe. There are a lot of ants, but little sugar ants that are not really a bother. I spray Raid now and then and they go away. Great access to the highways, shopping, and sports(angels and ducks are right there) I am a runner so living next to the santa ana trail is amazing and it is a nice run or bike path. Neighbors are very quiet. Weekends people are out by the pool and can get a little loud, but some cranky neighbor usually yells at them to quiet down. When there is something going on at the pool just closing the door and windows blocks out any outside noise. (cranky neighbor has not figured that one out yet) Cell phone service does suck within the building. I did have to get a landline...no matter what provider all my friends have limited to no cell phone service when they visit. Great building and staff. Apartments are awesome and well kept.

I rate this complex with 1 star. We are current tenants and let me tell you we can't wait until our lease is up so we can get out of here. So many complaints! First, every month the water is shut off so they can clear the pipes. I have never head of such nonsense before. They claim they want to maintain the pipes so this is the necessary. However, when the water I shut off, it's never on within the timeframe they claim. We've gone 3 days without hot water. They make excuses about everything rather than fixing the problem. Second, the dog issue is crazy. There is a dog run where dog owners should be taking their dogs, but there's constantly dog crap on the sidewalks and maintenance is very slow at cleaning the grounds. The pool area is dirty. They need to replace the lounge chairs, I won't even sit on them without wrapping a towel around them, their nasty and old. Beware of this place and think twice before moving here.

The property overall is great. There is no where else in the area where you can find apartments of this size, with the lofts included. However with our particular move in, it was so unpleasing it took away from the beauty of Allure Apartment. Unfortunately there were last minute problems that arouse (on the side of Allure)and the property manager was originally telling us (just 5 days before) that our move in date would be pushed back a whole month! Which is completely unacceptable. Then the solutions he was offering were not even helpful, and were very small in proportion to this large problem. Luckily a resident who was already living in Allure, in the same exact lay out, said she wanted to move out early for personal reasons and they took that opportunity to get that apartment ready for us. We moved in about 2 weeks after our original move in date and all the property manager did was apologize and lower our security deposit. Once moved in, we were happy because we got the awesome layout that we wanted but maintenance still had to come in and fix some issues here and there the first week, and we also had (and still have) an Ant problem. So property is great, the lay outs they offer, are unlike any other! The move in, and management team, not so great at all.

Even though this is a smoking free complex there are often times where cigarette smell is present in hallways. Some pet owners are not courteous and leave excrement in public areas which smells and is unsightly. Otherwise, it isn't a bad place.

Staffs are very helpful. Great maintenance service when needed. The place is beautiful to be what you call home. Down side is the trash chute room. It's not a great matter but I have to hold my breath every time I go in there. Friendly community is always a plus and this place has got it.

Good except parking sucks it very hard to have Friends over the speeding in the parking structure is bad it not enforced some going to get killed it a bad promblemq. Car radios blasting.in parking garage you can here in your apt.need more signs about dog owners picking up there dog waste I have a dog it amaze me how many don't especially those with big dogs there is so much you step in it

Great location with shopping, great food and entertainment a short drive away! Quiet street with very little traffic. Very close to Disney and nightly fireworks are really nice! Great complex if you have a roommate; a little pricey if single.

The experience at Allure has been great. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. They remember your name and apartment number when you come in, even though there are a lot of apartments. My complaint would be the noise level from the neighbors.

Staff is very nice and the package service is a vital part of living our modern life and it's really appreciated. Guest parking is a real issue. Maybe an agreement with the complex across the street but guest parking is limited. Love it so far!

I am satisfied with the service I am getting from the staff in the office and maintenance people. I will surely recommend this apartment to my friends and acquaintance. Can you monitor the dog owners to leash their dogs. Also I noticed that the TVs in the exercise room are not working can you do something about it?

I have been very happy living here in Allure! I love having all appliances in my apartment and new fixtures. A very professional community and very well kept. Staff is friendly and maintenance staff is very speedy with requests. Property has wonderful community events as well.

The amenities having in this community room are superb. They are providing 24 hours internet service,other facilities like printing,scanning etc. And if any problems in house they are clearing it immediately once we complain. We are very satisfied with that.

I moved into this community in March of 2013 . I have been here approx.15 months .It really has been great . I never have lived in a place that takes care of maintenance as fast as this . Also the people in the office have gone way beyond the call of duty like taking care of packages that come from UPS or mail . Directing and helping our guests .And even when we got into this place it was a difficult fit for them because of credit history and they worked it all out . It has been a joy after what we had gone through.

It's gotten a lot better since last year. I haven't experienced any of the fire alarms randomly going off lately. No motorcycle thefts. Had a great time renting out the clubhouse truly great family/friend experience. The staff is always helpful and very professional. A little pricey for a one bedroom apartment but you do pay for the area you're living in.
