Stay Away
The windows and walkways are filthy. The clubhouse hours were cut to 6pm until cameras could be installed. That was back in February. Management says they are still working on it and use the excuse that they are understaffed. As noted in the pervious review, the water has been off for more than 24 hours now with absolutely no response from management or maintenance even after I left three messages. I could go on and on but there is not enough room here. Basically the worst managed property I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I intend to move when my lease is up no matter what. For over $2,000 per month we definitely deserve better service. Very frustrating.

NO WATER 7/4/2007
Today (7/4/2007) our water supply has gone missing at Allure. Apparently, the city of orange has no clue what happened as they aren't the ones cutting off the water...apparently an internal problem... of course, no call back from the maintenance emergency line :(

LONGER CLUBHOUSE HOURS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm also pissed about them closing the clubhouse at 6PM. When i first moved in they said the Clubhouse would be open til 10PM. That's part of the reason i moved here. Then all of a sudden they start closing the Clubhouse at 6PM!? WTF kinda crap is that? Who the hell is off of work and ready to use the Clubhouse by 6PM?! It's --------! If you're going to move in, do us all a favor! Ask what time the clubhouse closes, when they tell you 6PM, tell them that is not acceptable! Tell them you aren't off until 5:30, and you wan't to have a chance to use the clubhouse too. Tell them you won't move in unless they push the clubhouse hours back to at least 8PM. 6PM is just unacceptable!

a good place to live so far
my opinion of this place is a complete 180 from what the previous tenant has said. the office and maintenance staff have all been very friendly and helpful. they always answer any questions i have. i agree that getting something fixed takes some time, but it does get fixed. you just need to understand that sometimes the maintenance staff is busy, so it might take some time before they get to you, which is usually only a few days. as for the clubhouse closing early, thats because people were having parties and trashing the place. if you're going to be mad at someone, be mad at those people who cant appreciate nice things. speaking of nice things, this whole complex is really nice along with the 24-hour fitness center, the clubhouse, main office, business center, and pool/spa. even the restrooms by the pool and main office are gorgeous! and you cant beat the location since we have a perfect view of the dinseyland and angel stadium fireworks! im glad i found allure and i would recommend it.

Do Not Rent
Horrible apartment to live in!!! the management is super nice and helpful until you move in!!! they do not respond to any things in need of fixing, and you have to call ten times and tell them and they still do not come fix the problem!!! hours of the club house was open till 10pm on move in after the first month went to 6pm, most people are not even off till 6. You have to keep calling to get answers around there! and when you ask are you going to call me back, they say yes in 2 minutes and you 2 minutes turn into 2 hours and i have to call back!!! there are so many things wrong with the way they treat you especially after move in! worst apartment i have ever lived in!!! DO not move there!!!
