Allure is a great community to live in, the staff is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, especially Karen. The amenities are very pleasant it is a quiet community, and I love all the remodeling that has been done in the past year. The gym is amazing!

Allure has been a wonderful loving experience so far. The management and leasing team have been very helpful and our apartment has been exactly what we hoped it would be. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was not easy, but Allure made it a smooth process and made sure we were informed and up to date throughout the whole process.

Allure is not a bad place to reside but I would not recommend it to any friends or family. Implementing the mail pickup was a huge improvement and investment. The cement walkways should be sealed similar to grocery floor natural cement floors to improve the cosmetics of the overall residence.

Cons their residents into thinking they're getting all these great amenities, but they're either closed or being worked. Refuses to reimburse and management blows off the residents. Don't come here for amenities, total bait and switch.

The staff in the leasing office is super helpful and respond very quickly to calls and emails about any concerns I am having. Also, during the covid-19 health crisis they have taken appropriate safety measures which is encouraging to see.

Would recommend living here. It is clean,safe, quiet and conveniently located to the freeway. The apartments are very updated including updated appliances. Issues are resolved in a quick manner by the staff. The staff is also very professional

I have really enjoyed and been very happy living at this apartment complex, staff is helpful and courteous and the complex is neat and clean and have great amenities, food truck options and events throughout the year

Excellent experience, the place is clean, organized and the staff responds to my request in a very professional manner. I like the common areas such as the pool, gym and other areas. Sometimes my apartment is a little bit noisy due to cars in the street, but it is to a big deal.

I clicked to fill out a maintenance survey and now I have two pages of questions asking about my satisfaction with Allure apts- I did not select the survey for this purpose. And I can't submit without being prompted to select answers to certain questions which I do not wish to provide any feedback on. Please re-format entirely if you want accurate data instead of having users select random feedback.

it has been a great experience, from the management staff to the beautiful pool and pool area; the apartments look beautiful too. I appreciate that improvements are constantly being done. It makes the entire apartment community nicer! Thank you

Great place to live!!! I love my loft apartment. Staff is amazing front the front office, maintenance, and cleaning crew. Favorite feature is the Allure Gym and game room, Food trucks always available if your too busy to cook Neighbors are friendly. Dog run if you have a dog looks fun.

Happy to be living here... Although the fire alarms do go off.. Management does not have control over other peoples actions.. Its be nice to live here and we are happy so far. no issues and if so they have been taken care of

I tell all my friends about this complex. We love everything about it. We especially appreciate how quiet the complex is and how sound dampening the walls are. I just wish that they kept up more with the dog run.

We love living here! The apartment is spacious and we love the balacony. The amenities are great and the staff is very nice. Karen the manager has always been very helpful! She is so sweet and goes out of her way to make sure residents are happy.

Amazing community with beautiful ammentites , close to all the entertainment you need as well as 2 blocks from shopping and Angels stadium!! The staff is amazing and the units are beautiful, I have a loft style and you will fall in love with the high ceilings!!

Allure apartments are all new and remodeled now and it's really a nice place to live. We are so glad that we found it. So if you are looking for a place to live this is it! Great location and beautiful apartment and impeccable service that made the moving a smooth process.

The community is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment layouts are very nice. The amenities are also amazing. I love the in unit washer dryer. I also love the resort style pool area. I have lived here for two years and have no complaints. We are planning t renew our lease again.

I have a package that delivered and the office is close. I ask a short girl with a glasses i think she is the manager. Because it delivered to the reception and she told me that she can't access to that and it's in the office. She complain to me that she supposed to leave at 6:00 PM and she need to write a report. Like why would you told me that and not go to get my package. The residents in here, like ---- to her.

I have been at Allure for 3 years now and it's been a great experience living here. The staff here is always willing to help are almost always available. I feel very safe here due to the added security patrol. The grounds are always so well kept and maintenance has done a great job if any issues arise in my apartment. I also love how dog friendly they are. My pup loves coming into the office for some doggy treats. Last but not least, Food Truck Wednesday's is always an added, yummy, benefit. Definitely recommend.

I've lived at Allure for 2 years and have never had an issue. The complex is extremely safe and perfect for individuals of all ages. The staff is always helpful and nice. The amenities in the complex are great and everything is maintained and kept up on a regular basis. Any time I've needed something fixed it's been taken care of right away and anytime the complex needs to take care of general maintenance that affects the residents they always send out notifications beforehand. Overall I'm very happy with my experience at Allure and would recommend living here to anyone.
