Walkways are very stained and dirty, both carpet and concrete. Trash is often backed up, but residents throw trash in the rooms even when it isn’t backed up. People drive WAY too fast in the garage. It’s dangerous.

When we moved in, the community was great. The community was clean and the upkeep was good. The maintenance team, especially Carlos, was fantastic. Erica and Karen, the manager and assistant manager were on top of things. After they left, Tia has been the bright spot. She can't do it all though!!! All of the best maintenance guys have moved on. Carlos was the best!!!

Well since we have new management the communication of work being done on the plumbing hasn’t been what it used to be. We don’t receive notice of when the water will be shut off and when it will be potentially back on. And the maintenance requests are backed up due to short staffing. Overall, average at best.

I’ve enjoyed living here for a few years, but recently there have been a lot of issues. I wouldn’t recommend living here just yet. The maintenance team takes forever to respond to issues (and I’m not sure it’s on them or on management to hire enough people).

Poorly maintained. Could be a great place to live if management was able to take care of basic requests. The people themselves are nice, but they just are not quite getting the job done. It have had to clean dog urine and feces and human vomit out of the hallways.

The community it quiet. However there is constantly maintenance going on so water gets turned off. It’s great that the complex is smoke free because it keeps the area smelling fresh. Great distance away from Angel stadium and the Block shopping center.

Overall it's been a pleasant experience...... we've had a couple issues but management and staff are definitely a caring group. Besides this issue with the gas leak and a theft we had last week in the parking structure it's been great

Experience has been mostly good. Communication from management has become less consistent, front gate has been broken for a really long time now, when gate was working people would stop at the entrance to grab their mail blocking cars behind them.

Allure is an amazing community, the staff is always friendly & maintenance is very prompt. I love living here, it’s quiet & I feel safe at home. It feels like you’re a resort. They keep all the community amenities very clean.

This community is close to everything that is a plus. I haven't had too many concerns living here. Some management teams have been better than others as well as office staff. I think there are improvements that could be made.

Living at allure has been a great experience so far, weve been here since March this year and have not encountered any big issues that have been problematic. Whenever something does come up or we need maintenance work done, allure staff of quick to handle whatever situation it is. Completely love the allure team, so grateful to have great management here.

Do not live here. The management at the Allure properties is terrible. Tia and Elena will go out of their way to give poor customer service and passive aggressive comments. There are other communities close by that are much better than this place. Also, the pet owners are inconsiderate and dont pick up their pet waste. I wish I looked at the reviews of Allure before I chose to live here.

We have only lived here for a few weeks, but so far our experience has been great. The gym is very clean and up to date, and the pool is resort like with cabanas and modern lounge chairs. It feels like we live in an upscale hotel.

The maintenance group that runs this apartment complex has always been so friendly and accommodating to what's going on. It's the usual; slow drains, garbage disposal, etc. I've never had to wait long for them to address and fix issues.

Allure Apartments was once considered our home, until the staff (surprisingly the main people in office) gaslighted legitimate complaints that we have now sent to higher operations, directed the blame on us residents instead of tackling the problem head on, and deliberately made our moving situation 10 times more complicated than it needed to be. In the end, even after we moved out, they refused to help us with our wrongly written final credit statements, once again sidestepping any issue brought forth to them. Allure is a great place to live overall, but management is HIGHLY unprofessional, RUDE, and deserved to be fired quite honestly. Our issues with management got to a point where we felt the need to get a lawyer involved, as their lack of effort to help got to a point where we needed higher protection to feel safe where we lived.

Living at Allure has been wonderful. When ever a service request has been submitted it always gets resolved within 24hrs which is incredible. All requests have been completely with the utmost professionalism.

Great place to live, amenities are excellent. Staff is very professional. The only downside is the freeway noise, keeping the windows closed will reduce noise. Been living for about three years and was the best decision ever.

The maintenance crew are exceptional here and very friendly. The apartments are normally a very quiet and cozy place. The package delivery system is top notch in the area is perfect. The security measures and clean up crew regarding the covid situation has been handled perfectly.

I am really happy here. The walls are thick and it is quiet because of that. I know the reviews say there are some issues with car break-ins which is unfortunate. I havent had any personal problems but I can see that it could be easy to get into the parking lot. Overall I think the staff are extremely friendly and have been helpful through the pandemic, especially Dinesh and Karen V. The pool area is really cute and has nice cabanas. The appliances are quality and this place is near a lot of highways and the Chapman University. Some other apartments had complaints of roaches and lack of aircon. You wont find either here. The price is steep but what isnt expensive in this area? You are paying for quality. Im renewing a second year.

I have loved the staff and the safe community. I wish there were more strict rules in place that prevented did feces from growing mold on the grass from residents who dont pick it up. I dont feel safe touching the gates with Covid

We could not be happier with our decision of choosing Allure! 5 stars without a doubt! Allure was able to get us approved and moved in in less than 48 hours. The office staff are amazing, always helpful, and very kind. The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and beat the price and size of majority of other apartments in OC. Allure is surrounded by so many things to do, places to shop, and delicious restaurants. I would recommend Allure to anyone looking for a clean, pet friendly, place to live with many great amenities!

Staff has been great dealing with covid - I felt extremely safe during the leasing process and actually enjoyed the self guided tours. The leasing folks answered all of my questions and the application process was very easy to complete and submit online.
