Great looking community, friendly staff who are professional and happy to help you with outstanding concerns. Good place to live but tends to run a little expensive. Great location close to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. Depending on location in community there can be some noise concerns, but are minor and mostly due to neighbors not the way the building is built.

Still no heat in my unit. Would not recommend anyone to stay at Allure. People, and include some of the worker here drive crazy(speed), and racing in the park garage. The supervisor is a jerk, no customer service skill at all.

Better with new manager; past issues resolved. Guest parking is a problem, as is security in the parking structure. Maintenance is very good and the grounds are well maintained. The common areas are very nice.

The are 3 office staff that I seem, but I would recommend going to see Erica. The carpet was worn out and pretty dirty when I moved in. I ended up cleaning it myself. The grounds are clean and neighbors are quite. There is no street parking, guess parking is usually full at night so if guess are over good luck. It's right by UCI medical center and the freeway so you do hear ambulance and traffic noises. There are ants in my bathroom of all places.

My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and have lived in a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and most recently moved to one of the lofts. We have seen the management/ownership change, and it everything keeps getting better! They are in the process of completely repainting the place, and it looks great. Recently, they installed a new internet-based system to help with package notifications and community updates. Very nifty for somebody who has a home office! The management is the best I have dealt with in all of my experiences renting. Individually attentive and truly caring of the community at large. Service requests are always completed in a timely manner. I've seen this place go through a few "growing pains", but it has definitely become a wonderful place to call home.

The community had various security issues when I first moved, but management has made great improvements by installing security cameras. The exterior paint and renovations to the gym I use everyday makes a huge difference. The front office is very good on communicating especially when I receive packages from work.

its a good place to live. however, the parking is a problem for residents who have two vehicles. the elevator has no ventilation and feels stuffy inside and sometimes smells like sweat or dog. the grass area is filled with dog poop. the hallway carpets are very dirty.

After living at Allure for a little over a year, I've found the staff to be excellent and the facilities to be well maintained. We very much enjoy the amenities, especially the pool and spa. Never a problem. Highly recommended.

It's been a great experience. I love the view from my one apt loft. I enjoy the angel stadium fireworks & beautiful view. Allure is well maintained & has a beautiful club house & secure pool. My family loves to visit !! Not to mention 24 hour gym access !

The property if very well kept and I love our unit. Unfortunately, having a young son (11) and a pet makes it inconvenience. You never see any kids around and the biggest unit is the furthest away from the doggy area

THIEVES! And it appears they are posting fake positive reviews to improve business. Shameful. DO NOT RENT HERE. Allure is owned by Riverstone Residential Group, who has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau in a few states. I lived here for several years and was glad when I moved out. The office staff, mostly the property manager, is rude and unscrupulous. They are out to get your money and once they get it, they could care less! Noise level is ridiculous, nothing is maintained, door locks do not work, graffiti is not removed, no parking, phone calls to office are not returned, THIS IS NOT LUXURY LIVING. THIS IS A SCAM. A SCAM!

I've lived there for about 9 months and I think it's great. Staff are very friendly and helpful from the leasing office to the maint. crew. There is some noise from the street due to location, but I knew that moving in. All in all I would def recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Everything that is wrong with this apartment complex stems from the property manager. If you have a complaint, nothing will EVER be done to fix it. For instance, no one ever did anything about the CONSTANT noise coming from the ridiculously loud speakers of other peoples apartments (I eventually called the police and they took care of it). The parking garage has assigned parking spaces and the person next to me parked over the line EVERY SINGLE TIME and nothing was ever done to correct this. You are only allowed one guest parking pass but there is NEVER guest parking. There is a sexual drawing carved into the concrete the entire two years I lived there and no one ever fixed it. The locks on the gates are constantly broken. Moreover, the property manager and office staff talk rudely about the residents behind their backs. The property manager was the same the whole time I lived there but there was honestly no less than 12 different office staff members that worked there while I lived there. None of them stayed for more than 6 months nor did they have proper training. The maintenance staff was nice and prompt, I will say that. Lastly, these people are THIEVES. They will take your money and pretend they never got it and then CHARGE YOU AGAIN. My bank ended up calling them and speaking with the property manager before it was returned to me because they certainly wouldn't listen to me! There are several comparable apartment complexes in the area with similar pricing... READ THEIR REVIEWS... because they are infinitely better than Allure's reviews. If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. I will never do business with Riverstone, the company that owns Allure, ever again. TAKE ME ADVICE AND RUN AWAY!!

I currently live at Allure Apartments and Lofts. It has been an extremely pleasant experience with kind, caring and professional staff members. The property is well kept and they pay special attention to the amenities as well. I think I will sign another lease and recommend this place to others.

DO NOT EVER MOVE IN HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! Our apartment was spotless when we moved out and they took our entire deposit and then preceded to send us a bill for $400 on top of te deposit for no reason. They claimed that it costs that much to clean the apartment. I have never heard of being billed on top of a deposit especially when there was nothing but regular ware and tear. F**k this place

I have lived here for almost a year and a half. When I initially moved in the staff was wonderful and I loved the apartment. When it came time to renew my lease I decided to move into a larger apartment. What a nightmare! I was completely ripped off of my security deposit, although I wrote a strong letter to the management company and they decided to honor my requests. I was looking for fair and resonable. There are new employees in the rental office and they are rude, have no knowledge or follow through. I moved out of my smaller apartment the end of April, I have yet to see my refund of my security deposit and we are well into July. Contacting the staff is of no value. The only time I have had an response was when I had to reach out to Riverstone corporate offices. The maintenance staff is wonderful although they are clearly understaff. There is never water in the Gym the restrooms by the pool area are filthy, never sanitizer by the trash bins...its a huge disappointment and they call this "Luxury" living??? And for the prices they charge? Clearly I WILL NOT renew when my lease is up again.

Well I just gave my 30 day notice after my year of living here and I can honestly say I won't miss living here! I didn't have any real huge problems aside from the parking! The parking here is bad! My husband works late at night and he has had to wait a full hour in the parking structure upstairs waiting for a car to leave! You get 1 assigned parking spot for a 2bd w/ a loft which is the floor plan we live in. It seems like everyone parked on the top parking level all have guest passes leaving no spaces for the residence to park who have more than one car. I can't say much about the leasing office, they were always very nice but it seemed like there was always new people. Recently we got a notice on our door saying there was a forced entry into one of the apartments so that was definitely another sign that it was time to move. Overall I like my apartment not noisy at all for the most part. The maintenance people always very friendly and always fixed anything we needed in a timely manner. The trash rooms are a mess, lazy tenants who leave there trash everywhere instead of dropping it in the shoots! I can't say I would ever lease here again the experience living here was nothing horrible or extraordinary!

Nasty, nasty, nasty!

I move in 09/01/11 and I can't take it any longer! I have never live like this and I never will... There's nothing "Luxury" about this built. The inside of the apartments are very nice but the outside are very nasty. The garbage rooms stay FULL and Nasty. My apartment has a ANTS problem. Just Heads up DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!
