Great overall from staff, to their expertise that runs within their maintenance team. This community is highly recommended by my family and I. The community is kid friendly and pet friendly which is a big plus with us!!

The complex looks nice and has very nice areas for dogs. It's nice and quiet; have never been disturbed by noise from neighbors. However, the theft of packages is out of control, and unfortunately it appears to mostly be other residents that are responsible. Also, the gate nearest the Parcel Pending locker room has been broken for weeks, so anyone can enter what is supposed to be a gated complex.

I love living at Allure! It is resort style living at a price I can afford. A little bigger than most and tons of cabinet space. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and the leasing staff is great. You definitely get more bang for your buck at Allure.

Good experience overall. Maintenance is super friendly and quick to act. Appreciate the unobtrusive management while still be available for questions/issues. Only complaint would be animal waste around the community, but that’s more on fellow residents than on the allure team

Great area, except for traffic on the 5 in the morning. Wonderful Rate for the apartments, managers aren’t communicative, and will not follow up with you when reported incidents. maintenance is great! Overall great for the price, condition of the apartment is nice.

Leticia in the office and Mario the maintenance guy there really friendly and helpful with everything I need. Thanks guys! I would highly recommended this apartments to friends and family! They have a lot of things to do and games.

Actually i can’t imagine the community like what i see for now from every things , beginning from the team , I appreciate all the team here specially laticia she has a good interview with us , she is very helpful and cooperative, and the maintenance team also has very quick response I appreciated sll of the Endung with the facilities in the community Thank you so much

It was tough at first with parking. The stove/dishwasher not working half the time. The fridge breaking and us losing a ton of food. The staff always came out quickly to fix those issues and management/ maintenance staff are too notch. They always came out fast and front office made follow up calls after repairs. I do wish the community centers were open a little later than 10 especially during summer

No issues to report really. The noise level can be a bit much sometimes from the pool but that's expected and in very, very rare cases does it go past 10pm. Property was quick to investigate issue with a non-resident using amenities.

This community is the best so far. Any issues they are right on it no matter what. They are very quick on handling the issues we have as well as any other issues. I would definitely recommend anyone to move here without At doubt.

Very disorganized and has parking problems
Very disorganized and has no parking options. It's funny they got parking problems in Orange County. There is no street parking, the leasing office had advised the residents to use the 'Leasing Office future resident parking' when the leasing office is closed, that is 'Weekends',' Holidays', and 'Sundays'. Guess what, the towing company that is "Southside Towing" in Orange who are another set of criminals (They say that they are closed on Sundays but charge you an additional $100 for towing your car on Sunday from the leasing office 'Future Resident's parking spot). Many cars have been towed since March. I would reconsider investing money with them especially if you have family or friends that want to visit you.

Been at Allure just over a month. Had a few maintenance requests thus far, nothing major, but every single request has been dealt with timely and professionally. Communication has been great. Overall the community is great and we got no issues or complaints at all. Will continue to review as time goes on, but thus far, nothing but great things to say about Allure.

Allure is a great apartment complex. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location with great amenities at a more affordable price than competitors. I feel very lucky to have such an exceptional gym, pool and clubhouse for the price I pay!

They need better staff and to screen future applicants better. A lot of new loud people have moved in and keep setting off the alarms because they smoke in the building. The staff never answers the phone, if you want something addressed you have to go down to the leasing office. They get attitude when you walk in and try to talk to them about an issue, especially Karen. Packages in the mail room are left all over the floor, I’ve had to move them in order to get to the box where my package was left. Trash always builds up and leaves the hallways smelling awful.

The standard of living has dropped drastically after the change of ownership for the building. The trash room is regularly overflowing, and recently has been even worse where the compactor is broken so the trash room is a health hazard. A band-aid is put in place where a large garbage dumpster is parked on the street to hold the excess trash, but this sits right outside our unit and is not only visually unappealing but the smell prevents us from opening our windows. The hallways are constantly dirty, the stairwells smell terrible, and the stairwell/hallway doors are always closed making the smell worse. Would not recommend moving here.

My experience is getting better. At first it was difficult with the transition with management, however, now, it has been good to see the changes and ongoing communication to help residents. The only difficulty till this day is upper management/regional level. Communication and help is not helpful or unseen.

The apartments themselves are nice but ever since the apartments sold and changed management they have gone down drastically. We understand they are now a income restricted complex and with that came different kind of people. We moved in 2 years ago when it was nothing but nurses and doctors. Now we have issues with attempted stolen motorcycle, stolen packages and our apartments reeking of marijuana. The parking is a nightmare people from across the street are parking at the front. You have multiple families living in one unit. We have seen in one unit alone with 4 vehicles its a complete nightmare! The overall maintenance of the apartment is bad, the hallways are disgusting, the gardening isn't addressed and we are glad our lease is coming to an end to move else where. We loved our stay from 2020 to beginning 2021 but once the program hit it has never been the same. I personally think for the amount of money we pay the apartments should be well maintained its very questionable including how a trash bin can go a week overfilled and not addressed. Alarms go off almost once a week its just been an overall nightmare.

When I first moved in I basically had to help myself and keep reminding the leasing staff about my application, like they didn’t really care. There’s a roof next to my apartment and there’s been an old pizza and some trash on top of it since I’ve moved in and it’s unsightly. None of the cleaning staff have attempted to try to even clean it.

Allure used to have stellar service. However since the beginning of this year they have really gone down the drain. Starting with very dishonest management, poor property management, very poor maintenance and grounds keeping and poor communication. Apparently they had hired a very incompetent manager named Jazmine who really brought this place to its lowest. However even now that she has been removed, issues continue to occur: overfilled trash shoots, the smell of pot through the complex to the point that leaving your windows open to get a cool breeze is impossible as your apartment will soon be overwhelming with the stench of pot smoke, trash all over the complex, poorly maintained common areas, trash in the parking structure, and still poor or untimely communication with management. They do have a stellar assistant manager Tia, but it seems the workload is not evenly distributed to make a positive impact to this once thriving community. We used to have events to bring the community together like paint and wine nights, movies at the pool, coffee with management, competitions and many events to bring tenants together. It’s become a frat house/------ as some undesirable tenants have been allowed to reside. Parking is overflowing for guests because people are allowed to bring in additional roommates or use the parking structure to park and walk to the stadium. We have towing but even that service has gone down the drain as the towing company removes cars indiscriminately. Security was a constant presence patrolling every night, now they are seldom seen in the area and vehicles are vandalized often. If management or Greystar does not take the steps necessary to remedy these issues, this place will become an overpriced ------ if by these issues it hasn’t already.

Horrible experience
My hope is that a regional manager or someone from corporate can reach out to us and help. I was told Ehrhardt, Christine was the regional manager but have not been giving any valid information on how to get ahold of her. Thankfully assistant manger, Tia, gave me corporate info but the calls DO NOT go through. This is the review that my husband had left and I am adding it on my account on behalf of both of us. My last review was based off old management, it seems to be a constant changing factor here, in the time we have been here, there has been 3 different managers. I only knew of the first one leaving because I would stop by and say hello from time to time. This last one, Jazmin was very helpful while she was here but we had no idea she had left. The overall property is about a 3.5-4 star but the understaffing and most recent conflict with KAREN has made our experience here more towards the negative side. I’d also like to mention that my husband is a patient person and he is very much someone who deflects people poor attitudes and has a great understanding with people projecting their bad moods onto him. But from his explanation, KAREN was extremely unprofessional and totally uncalled for. We renewed our lease with the help of the leasing office team, back in March. They did a great at being helpful with our transfer( Tia, jazmin, and Greg). However, this review is for the upper management. It is very difficult to get in touch with someone through corporate to discuss unprofessionalism and discrepancies in our lease. KAREN has not been very helpful when she called me and mentioned conducting audits for our lease. She called and said we would have to back pay for bills that we have not been paid. I’d also like to mention that these bills have not been on our statements nor on our resident portal. I explained my frustration on none of it making sense on back paying parking and other items. I asked, “how do I have pay something I made no idea was missing and I made no mistake on”. It is the leasing team who made the errors. Karen was EXTREMELY unprofessional, her demeanor, her tone and her comments made were COMPLETELY unprofessional. I didn’t have an attitude, wasn’t coming off with any ill intention for her to be giving me attitude. I continued to express my confusion and frustration. KAREN made a remark about, “I’m an adult and have to pay my bills”. I responded and let her know that I do not go LINE FOR LINE in ALL OF MY BILLS. It’s not like I go through every single bill and make sure companies are charging me for EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. It’s not until her unprofessional got worse that I began to get defensive and return the same attitude she was giving me. I’d also like to mention that in the 18 months that we have resided here, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, we have paid ALL OF OUR, every single one of them. ALL. ON. TIME. Sometimes even EARLY because the 1st would fall on a Sat/Sunday. Again, it’s not that I made the mistake of not paying, we had no idea that we weren’t being charged or that there was missing items. We have no issue back paying, but I do not feel that we are at fault for this mistake and on top of that, the unprofessional for this whole issue was completely uncalled for. The following day, I requested to be helped with speaking to someone, so that I can file a complaint against Karen and get clear answers on why I must pay the differences on the mistakes that the office had made. On top of this, it does not seem just or helpful to know the original staff from 6 months ago, who helped during my transfer, are no longer working there. A few days after, we(wife and I) walked into the office and spoke to new manager, Amy, we tried our best to explain the situation. She said she didn’t “know Karen all that well /// hadn’t worked with her much” (can’t remember exact verbiage) but then she communicated that “it wasn’t her intention”. Which didn’t make much sense because how can you know her intention but not know her well.. It’s been about two days since we have been followed up with, we were suppose to get information on who to contact or how to go about filing a formal complaint and getting our lease agreement and have received neither. I understand and have grace with that the fact that there has been many changes with staff, understaffing and new staff so I’m sure that they are busy but we also need to take responsibility in getting our needs met as residents.

Decent place to live. Dog poop all over the dog areas though. Maintenance request takes days to get back to you then the problem is never fixed the day they come to fix it. Always another day that is mostly not the days they say it will be.
