I have no complaints about Bella Springs. Any maintenance issues that have come up have been resolved quickly by friendly staff. The ladies at the leasing office have been more than fair to my roommate and I in competitive pricing in rent and quick to answer any questions we have. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

Management is absolutely terrible. What they lack in knowledge, they make up for with dishonesty. Dog poop and garbage everywhere. FIRE Safety concerns regarding fire hydrant access, red curb restricted parking violations on every curb, every night - pics will be posted online. I also have a 60 second video illustrating the extreme drafts blowing through the apt living spaces 24/7, replete with wind howling on the audio :) I am going to the local fire department and showing them the pictures of the red curb violations. Let's see what they think of all this. Much more to follow.

Horrible! The management shows you a model and won't let you see the unit you are going to rent. When I moved in the carpet was so dirty and worn that I asked them to replace it. They refused. They cleaned it 3 times and it still has a dark discoloration track down the high traffic area (see picture). The staff are ----- on paperwork. When my former spouse died, I went in to the office to change my emergency contact info and let them know I took in her dog. No condolences on the loss of my wife--instead they hounded me about providing documentation on the dog (cost me $50 at the vet) and about the added fees and deposit. I paid immediately, but they forgot to have me sign the pet addendum. They continue to harass me about signing it, even though I am fully paid up and have signed my intent to vacate in two months. My advise, find another apartment building with management that puts people over money and paper.

Nice comfortable place to live. Very helpful and supportive of specific needs. Maintenance team especially are kind and responsive and punctual. I have never waited for a service for more than a day or two, and most often it is within a couple of hours. Trévone, thanks for helping today and so quickly! I had a matter that wasn't urgent, and was expecting someone next week. You showing up within an hour was a great surprise! You guys are all great. I can't comment much on the community as I am in and out for work so much, but it seems fine and friendly. The only issue is that it often hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving things around. Perhaps it is just courtesy in their parts, however.

Bella Springs has been a great first home in Colorado for myself, girlfriend, and our dog. We chose to move into a "not updated" apartment, although our model still stands out as a good looking, well maintained, and properly equiped compared to other apartments we looked at. Not to mention the rent is very reasonable. I have only had one minor maintenance issue, but I do inquire about having our shower drain unclogged about once every couple months. Every time the staff has been very prompt to fix this issue immediately, while also ordering additional parts to mitigate from it happening again. I have worked with Zach multiple times and he is extremely professional and good at his trade. The only things that have been inconvenient about living here is finding parking at times in uncovered spaces, and some less than friendly neighbors. Overall, I would say this is a good place to live if you want to be on the quite north side of town.

We have been living here for more than past 1 year and the experience has been nice.Surroundings are quite and peaceful. Accessibility to I-25 is another added point.Nearby restaurants,gas stations and malls are located in vicinity. All maintenance staff specially Zach are prompt,humble and go beyond their way to address the issues reported. Property staff always greet you with a smile and take time to listen to you.Overall a great place to stay.

Love this place! I recently put in a service request and it was completed very quickly by the service supervisor Joe. He was extremely polite and respectful and made sure that we were completely satisfied with his work. The property is beautiful and very quiet, it is well kept and the grounds look great! I'd have to say we are very lucky to live on such a beautiful property.

Bella Springs has been home for almost 4 years -- great location, well kept grounds and two pools available in the summertime! The staff is outstanding and always take good care of me (they are my second family here). There's nothing better than the maintenance guys -- Zach always arrives with a smile and great disposition; he goes above and beyond his requirements each and every time, I love his good-hearted nature! This location is surrounded by restaurants and other entertainment options, and very close to I-25 corridor.

I've lived here for going on two years now.The rent is reasonable and the amenities are great. With two pools to choose from and a jacuzzi, it's definitely one of the better choices for pools. I must state that the single most significant standout feature for me is the employees. They are always courteous and helpful. The office staff and grounds/maintenance crew are incredible! Zach in particular, has continually gone above and beyond and always has a happy smile and wave regardless of what he's doing. Bella Springs was such a phenomenal place to live; I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are very spacious and are all up to date in impeccable shape. I have absolutely no complaints about this apartment complex. Even when I was doing paperwork the leasing staff was very courteous and polite. The people in the office were all outstanding as well.

How would I rate Bella Springs? I would say its a really nice place to live even though it is one of the older complex's in the area. They do a good job of keeping the grounds clean, I always see the guys working busily. I want to say Zach has fixed a few things in my apartment and his is always so polite and kind. Also I really like the goodies they always have in the office for everyone to share. I think that is a really nice thing to do for all their residents.

We have found Bella Springs to be one of the best all around locations in the Springs. From the less populated North side of town to the grand views, we just love the location. The property itself is well maintained with the pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, BBQ, door side trash pick up and modern club house amenities well suited for our lifestyle, it provides so much of what we like to spend our time doing. Also, the staff in the office and maintenance crew respond quickly when we've had any questions. We love this place and definitely recommend it.

Nice place to live. I lived in a house for over 30 years so I was hesitant about living in an apartment. They made it really simple and quick for me to move in. The girls in the office were so nice and helped me step by step. I took a first floor so moving in would be easier. They helped me pick out a very nice apartment and help me with suggestions where to put my furniture. Once I was moved in, the maintenance guys checked on me to make sure everything was good.

I currently live here at Bella Springs and love it! I have been her 2yrs now and this has been a great experience. The property is lovely and so close to everything. Also the Maintenance team has been very helpful when ever needed and so kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Especially come summer time it is so pretty with all the trees.

The location and view of these apartments are amazing. The office staff is very kind and do their best to do their job well, some things are out of their control. That being said they are called "luxury" Apartments but are far from it. When we moved in we found out from dirty, brown, rancid smelling water that our water heater was over 13 years old. Be prepared to pay extra for a trash service that only picks up one 13 gallon trash bags. Nothing else. The cabinets in the kitchen constantly break and the door will never shut unless you yourself install magnets to hold them shut. If you need maintenance to fix something in your apartment expect no respect when it comes to dirty shoes. They just waltz right on in which makes since why they charge you $125 mandatory carpet cleaning fee when you move out. When it would be cheaper to replace the world's cheapest carpet that they use. These apartments are beyond not worth the money. Also be prepared to hear everything neighbor around, theit screaming children, barking dogs, and any kind of walking. Walls are paper thin.

We love living at Bella in our newly renovated apartment with attached garage! I'm particularly impressed with Joe in maintenance who always fixes issues the same day. Thanks for the new washer & dryer Joe!! We also adore the beautiful ladies in the office. They are so friendly and sweet to me and my girls every time we visit. My husband and I were going to move into these apartments and we paid the application fee, deposit, and ungodly admin fees. After that, we received the lease and it was, although probably fairly typical of corporate apartments, completely over the top. There is a pest fee each month, trash (and recycling doesn't even exist there) is more than my parents pay for their own house to have trash AND recycling thanks to their valet trash service. There are fees to pay for your utilities through the company they contract through. They make you responsible for every little thing, including light bulbs (in my past apartments those have been replaced by the apartment complex). Even if you die you're not exempt from the lease, but if there is an act of god, they are suddenly released of any duty to you. You have to pay for community area utilities, for which I'm sure you will never see the ACTUAL bill so they can surely tack on whatever they need that month, making your utility bill extremely high. This is likely why the woman who helped my husband and I quoted me $150-200/month for a 630 sq. ft. apartment. If you're considering living here, ask for the lease in advance and make sure you want to be bound to all the stipulations. Read carefully!! The woman who helped us was nice and the apartment itself was fine. Nothing to get overly excited about. All the problems we encountered seemed to start in the paperwork.

My experience at Bella Springs has been really good. Apartment living is usually not my thing, but selling my house quickly moved me into the renter mode. The group here made it easy to move, rather hassle free. Refreshing! The place is very well kept, I chose a parking/carport only about a building down, bought new furniture and I am good to go! I would suggest anyone to check out Bella Springs if you are looking for a rental. I would give them a thumbs up!

Great location, I am about 5 minutes from work. We already lived close by, put our house up for sale, and our house sold quickly. We found a very nice apartment at Bella Springs and living at Bella Springs allowed our kids to stay in the same school. We knew we would have to do a major downsize from our large house to an apartment but we found out that it wasn't so bad after all and we love how simple apartment living is. The office gals have been nice and polite and we have not needed any maintenance yet but they seem to be friendly too. We will live here until we buy another home and will love the simplicity that comes with living at an apartment home. And we wanted to say how nice it is to have all the doggie stations around the property for our fury little one.

I have rented here on two seperate occasions and loved it!!! Probably why I came back!! :) The location is perfect, close to everything, even has a great A rated, charter school right across the street! Also, cool restaurants, stores, and a park, within walking distance. The thing that sets this apartment apart, in my opinion, is the staff. Brittany is awesome, so helpful and kind. She always gets back to you right away if you have any questions or problems, and you never feel bad about asking her a question. Also, a big thanks to Alanna and Gwen who have also been warm and helpful. I recommend this place highly, and since I am a realtor, and have seen lots of different housing options, I think that that says a lot!

Even though some other reviews had a poor experience, I can say I absolutely loved living at Bella Springs. My wife and I loved our apartment - it was plenty spacious and everything in our apartment worked well. When we moved in, there were some slight cosmetic issues. We alerted the office and maintenance was very quick to come solve the issues. In fact, the maintenance team was always fast to come to our service requests. The other reviewers have complained about parking, and I will admit it could be tough to find a spot. However, the cost for a carport is low and it guarantees a spot. Honestly, there were many days that both my wife and I could park in regular spots without needing our carport and there were plenty of spaces left open all around us. This was on the left side of the complex, towards the right side of building 4. The ladies in the office were always nice to me, and I am kind of shocked at the other reviewers saying they are "rude" or "unhelpful." Honestly, this is one of the best properties I have ever lived at. The property is incredibly clean, the landscaping always looks fantastic. I love how it's positioned away from the main city - keeps it nice and quiet. If you like to be in the middle of everything, this isn't the property for you. However, it's close enough to the interstate and Powers to be accessible to anything you could want. I definitely recommend.

Scary. I should have read yelp. The staff lied to me, water and garbage is extra, about $80.00 per month. You want to use the pool, they charge you more. Hallways are dark and smell like urine. Have a cat, they want it declawed. Dogs damage carpets, walls and common areas worse, but they are acceptable. Are you friends with the manager? You are good, she waives everything. No parking available unless you pay $25.00 or more a month. Residents drive through the parking lot at about 35 mph. I have seen too many near misses, I almost got hit while walking. This has been the worst experience ever. My advice, rent elsewhere.

I recently moved in due to a job transfer, and so far I'm pretty impressed with Bella Springs. They made it so easy to get the application process going, was even given my approval quicker than any other apartemnt I've lived in. The other day I was jogging up the road and thought I saw the manager and some of the other ladies picking up trash. At first I didn't think much of it, but when I asked the next day, sure enough, it was them! It's cool to live in a community where management not only cares about their grounds, but the grounds around the neighborhood!

Moved in with my girlfriend, all is good. We've been here for over a year and are going to renew. We looked around to check out some of the newer places in the area and wow what a shocker on rates. We feel that we get a very good deal here. Our apartment is close to both our jobs and we have the floor plan that has the really large living room. Makes it easy to have friends over. The only concern would be open parking to hard to find at times so we each got a carport, we have no problem with parking with having our own spots reserved though. Glad we got the spots. Since moving in they have added a few new items but our favorite is the outdoor fire pit by the pool. Maintenance and office staff have been friendly. Haven't had any problems there at all. Guess I would say all is cool here.
