I ve lived at Bella Springs for a little over three years now and its one of the best apartment communities I ve stayed at. I moved here with a job transfer from out of state. I leased sight unseen and which is very nerve-racking, but my move went very smoothly and the pictures don t lie about how beautiful this place is! I hate to let go of my apartment but work is moving me yet again. I would definitely recommend Bella Springs. Very homey feeling here, with the office gals always having a smile on their faces and greeting me by my name whenever I go into the office for coffee. And maintenance always took care of any service/work requests in a timely manner which is much appreciated. Just want to give Bella Springs a big thank you! I've enjoyed my stay here.

Amazing! I live here at Bella Springs and just saw the most amazing sight. The manager drove onto property this morning and was flagged down by a guy whose car hood was hoisted up and he looked stressed. I watched her roll down her window and smile. I could not hear the conversation, but he must have asked her if she had jumper cables. I watched her pull her car up to his, get out of her car, reach in the back of her car and then she crabbed a set of cables! They hooked up the cars and instantly the guy s car started up. Then I watched them both smile and give a high five! But then, it gets even better. I see the guy coiling up the cables to hand them back to her. She smiled and shook her head. I think she must have said, You can keep them , or something like that because the guy put the cables into his car. I could tell he thanked her several times before jumping into his car and heading off. Just watching that made my day!

I moved into Bella Springs last summer and I love it here. I haven t lived in an apartment for 20 yrs. I was going through a separation/divorce and with all the chaos and stress that comes with that; my transition went very smoothly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys know what they are doing. I must say I miss my house but the perks of apartment living are hard to beat. It is great to have two pools and two hot tubs. The gym is pretty big, has all the good equipment with the free weights. I m in the smaller two bedroom with-out an attached garage (none available at the time I needed to move.) I will recommend getting a reserved parking spot. All in all it is a nice place to live and I will be renewing my lease when the time comes until I can get another house. Recommend with two thumbs up.

My family and I lived in Bella Springs while I was attending school. Due to school, finances and a new baby on the way we decided to move back home for support. The manager and her office staff was of great help to us during this difficult time. We are now doing well and just wanted to take a moment during the Christmas Season to say Thank you for the generosity and support. We will never forget that.

This has been a great place to live for the past year and I would have renewed my lease but my fiance has a house so I am moving in with him. I will really miss using the two pools and hot tubs. The fitness room is really decent too with lots of equipment. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex which is in a nice part of town and has nice people working there.

A big thank you goes to Bill on the maintenance team! I was juggling my little girl and trying to carry in groceries and was trying not to spill them. He was just so nice to stop and carry up all my groceries. That was such perfect timing and definitely a kind jester on his behalf.

The gentle compassion I received during my first office visit after having just separated from my wife, witnessing that same genuine caring given to Waldo Canyon fire victims, the swift response to a noise complaint I submitted, and the consistent friendliness of Maintenance and others demonstrate the quality of your people. I have lived here for almost a year and have noticed how many different groups Bella Springs has either raised funds for or collected items and food. It feels nice being a part of a community that strives to help others.

My experience here at Bella Springs has been top notch. Being a nurse working the night shift I have to sleep during the day. I am pleased to say that I am able to do that here since it is so quiet. It is a very nice upscale property where management takes pride in keeping it up.

We LOVE it here! Of course like anyplace you live you will find complaints like for example, the lack of parking and added on utilities but the positives far out weight any negatives. I have read reviews about thin walls and noise but the only time we have heard our neighbors was right after they moved in and they were hammering and even that was hardly what I consider loud. We are at the front of the complex so maybe it is different but it is so quiet, we forget we have neighbors! They keep everything very clean and pretty with planted flowers and the grass is always well maintained. The 2 pools, hot tubs and workout area are great! We have only had to call maintenance one time but they were here in less than 10 minutes. We feel very safe here and the school district is wonderful!

please with my choice

I just moved to Colorado Springs from the east coast and I was looking for a nice place to settle into. I didn't need a lot of extra's but, I did want a nice, clean apartment and a washer and dryer in my apartment so I did not have to go to a laundry mat. I am very pleases with my choice because not only did I find my basic wants I also have a nice corner fireplace that just makes my apartment so warm and pleasant! I am glad that I signed a longer lease since I really enjoy my new home.

Not enough parking unless you want to pay

I like the location, buildings, and interiors. The only negative is parking is horrible. For example, I drive around the complex 10 times and there's not one space unless you pay to park under the carport for $35 additional. One more negative is common having to pay utilities which are $40-50 in addition to Colorado Springs Utilities bill of about $60-$70. I am in the smallest one bedroom apartment.

Nice Apartment and Short Drive to Work!

I really enjoy the location of Bella Springs. The north end of town seems less congested than the east side that I just moved from. I was amazed that it only took me about 12 minutes to get to work. It is a direct shot off I-25 to Garden of the Gods Road. I like my apartment, like the staff, like the short drive to work and am looking forward to getting to know my neighbors. A big thank you to the team for helping to make my move-in so easy!

Overall good place to live.

I lived at Bella Springs for two years and just recently moved out because I it was time to move into a house. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. The good things - the staff is excellent! They were always super friendly anytime I needed anything. They knew me by name and made me feel like family. One day one of the maintenance men even carried a coffee table up to my third floor apartment for me. These are just like any apartment, though, as far as the noise is concerned. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Yes, there are noisy neighbors who like to party a lot, but that should not reflect on the apartment complex in general. It is not their fault that there are rude people in the world. The rude people also put there trash out when they are not supposed to, and guess who cleans up after them, the maintenance guys. The staff try their best to keep the place nice and clean, but some rude neighbors make that task impossible. The parking also sucks but that is the case in every apartment complex around the Springs. That should also be no reflection on the apartment complex. So, yes there are downsides to living in apartments, but you are living around a lot of people who do things different than you. It should be expected, to an extent. I should also mention that the move out process was excellent. There are people who claim they got ripped off with random charges but that was not the case with me. If you keep your place clean (you are renting after all) then you won't have a problem. The staff made it easy and pain-free. I would definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking for a nice place to live in the Springs. The surrounding area in the north side is also very nice and relaxing.

I clogged my garbage disposal, called the office and the maintenance guy was here in about 10 mins. Had had it unclogged and back to normal in no time. Thank you for the quick service!

The new DVD Box!

Thank you for installing the new Red Box DVD .....and Coke Machine in the fitness center! It is so much easier than making a trip all the way up to the grocery store just for a movie. Love the convenience of it all!! I appreciate the fun little things here at Bella Springs for us! Thank you.

2 Pools just outside my door!

I feel like I live at a resort with the two pools right outside my apartment. I literally only have to walk down a flight of steps and both pools are right there! So convenient!! ... and thank you for keeping the pools and pools areas so clean!

Just moved in

I wanted to take a minute to thank the team at Bella Springs for helping make my long distance move so simple. I rented the apartment from another state and was a little nervous about renting a place that I was not able to see personally. They picked out a third floor apartment for me and I could not be happier. My view has large evergreen trees and an open field which is so refreshing after living in a large city and my former apartment overlooked an interstate. Also I received a move in gift that allowed me to order a large pizza and drink for free which I ordered while I was moving my furniture in. The pizza was so delicious and I was so hungry from moving furniture. I have to say it felt like home for me! Thank you and yes I would highly recommend!

Thank you for my free carpet shampoo!

Just wanted to say thank you to the office team for scheduling us a free carpet shampoo in my apartment! With Spring just around the corner I wanted to get a jump start on a full clean and nothing feels better than a clean carpet! This actually motivated me to move around my furniture and redecorate a little. I didn t even have to move to get that "awww, new feeling". Thank you Bella Springs!

Washer and Dryer in my apartment...YES!

I cannot tell you how nice it is to have a full size washer and dryer in my apartment. I am able to cook dinner while washing my clothes. This has been so convenient for me. Thank you for such a nice home!

enjoying my stay

After visiting several apartment communities in the Northgate area, I chose Bella Springs and am grateful that I did. I have an upper level apartment which is very quiet and spacious. My large-walk in closet is to die for! At previous apartments I have had to store my shoes under my bed or even stack them on shelves but with the abundant space I have in my walk-in closet now I am able to have all of my shoes at my finger tips. I really love my apartment and the space if offers.

Do not let the nice facade fool you

Do not let the nice facade fool you. My daughter lived there in the past and my girlfriend lives there now. It is hot during the summer and cold during the winter. The utility bills are absurd. Then there are the common utilities to pay for the pool that is only usable about half of the year. My girlfriend pays almost as much on utilities at her one bedroom apartment as I do at my three bedroom house. Parking is a joke. They took up too much of the spaces as reserved covered carports (at an additional expense of course). The building my daughter had been in has nine unreserved parking spots at the building. My girlfriends building, three spots. Some of the apartments do have an attached garage. But even excluding those, there are more apartments than there are unreserved parking spots. Your options are to pay for a parking place, or pay the occasional parking ticket when someone from the CSPD decides to drive through the complex and have a parking ticket writing party. Heaven forbid someone has a visitor. They eliminated the covered dumpsters. Trash pickup is three times a week. You place your bags at the walk way exiting the building. But that area is usually blocked by the people parking illegally due to the utter lack of available parking. Whatever you do, do not put trash out at the wrong time and be very careful on windy days. They will go through your trash and threaten you with fines. I am not sure if they follow up on the threat for repeat offenses. Several of my daughter s coworkers had lived there as well. Just accept the fact that no matter what, you will not get your deposit back. No one ever does. In one instance the apartment was cleaner than before being moved into, and the only issue on the inspection was the drip pans on the stove had not been replaced. After visiting my girlfriend, I returned to my vehicle to find I had received a parking ticket. Looking down the street, there were multiple cars ticketed. There were no available unreserved parking spots in the entire complex. Yet CSPD decided to ticket every illegally parked vehicle. When I called the complex management to register my complaint about their parking situation, I was told that since I was not on a lease they would not talk to me. And that ended the conversation. So unless you don t mind high utility bills, are willing to either pay for a reserved parking spot or the occasional parking ticket, trash being dumped outside your building, and a management that just doesn t care, I would avoid Bella Springs at all cost.

Super cute apartment, great staff

I have only lived in Colorado Springs a short time, but I am so glad I chose to live at Bella Springs. My apartment was so cute, plenty of room for just me. Anytime I had a problem with something in my apartment, I was able to write an email or go on the apartment website to submit a maintenance request, and one of the maintenance guys would be over to fix it by the next day. I was able to pay my rent online, and if I had any questions about payments the ladies in the office were very helpful. I have really enjoyed living here and have referred Bella Springs to a lot of my friends!

Close to my job

I originally looked for apartments within the zip code where my new employment was going to be. I rented at Bella Springs so I could save money by walking to work. I feel my choice was good. I chose the smallest one bedroom to keep cost down and I must say that I have ample space. I am still working on decorating and need to buy more furniture but I am happy with my choice.
