had a great stay!
I will miss it here! The great views, wonderful staff, and your awesome pool party's!! I have never been so happy in an apartment complex before. I have read some of the negative reviews and I think its because the girls in the leasing office are hot babes and this makes people jealous. I will recommend Bella Springs to everyone.

Moving out!!!
This place is horrible. The noise is crazy here, the parking is nuts, nothing ever gets fixed, and yes...the office staff is rude and uncaring. I am most likely going to be breaking my lease. I would rather pay thousands of dollars worth of fees than suffer any longer here. Please trust me when I say...DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

Avoid Bella Springs
Bella Springs was a complete nightmare of a place to live. The maintenance would take 3 weeks to resolve an issue. And even when they actually stopped by to fix an issue, they're "fix" would last about a day and then fall apart again. I ended up having to purchase the adequate materials from Home Depot and fix the issues around the apartment myself. Furthermore, I was charged a ridiculous amount in "damages" to the apartment for things such as scratches in the closets from where the inept maintenance crew had tried to fix the closet shelves. The apartment complex has no parking and is in the middle no where with no convenience stations, gas stations, grocery stores anywhere near the complex. I would seriously advise anyone to think twice about moving into this apartment complex.

Would never recommend
I am currently a resident and would never refer anyone to live here. Everyone leasing agent in the office is rude and doesn't have to time to deal w/ problems. It takes more than one day to get a simple problem fixed. The maintence crew will not go above and beyond. The have no customer service skills at ALL! The location is good and the view is nice, but being made to feel below the staff is unacceptable.

Quit your whining!
I am currently a tenant at Bella Springs & LOVE the place! All of these people who are complaining must've been raised with a platinum spoon in their mouth. You're living in an apartment community, not some high class, high maintenance celebrity living in Beverly Hills! Would it make you happier if the ladies in the clubhouse fluffed your pillow & placed a mint on it too! If you're truly that unhappy with the place why don't you go rent out a cheap, rundown, rat infested duplex in Old Colorado Springs...save some money & buy yourself a house. At least this way you'll be able to shovel your own driveway, pick up your own trash, clean your own pool, fix your own sink,... and listen to every little stuck up snob that comes to your door to complain for yourself! Get over it & quit your whining. This is temporary living. Make the most of it!
Your loving resident,
J :)

PLEASE, DONT DO IT!!!
Moving into these apartments was the worst decison I have ever made. The staff really are horrible, they are rude incompetent and disrespectful(I mean they roll their eyes at you!). In the winter-forget about it-the ice and snow will stay where it falls until it melts..it is dangerous. They will enter your apartment whenever they like, but NOT to FIX anything! The buildings look nice but they are very poorly made..anything that can break will, and good luck getting someone to fix it. They dont take much time to clean your apt before you move in..when i moved in, there were still things in the cabinets-things that belonged to the previous tenants...but you better believe when you move out it will need to be spotless. The trash blows all over the breezeways and streets, and no one ever picks it up. The best advice you will ever get is DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!

Bella Springs IS Home :)
I've lived in numerous apartment communities across the country & feel that Bella Springs is definitely the best! The ladies in the clubhouse are so friendly & genuine. The property is well maintained along with the relaxing pools & hot tubs. Even the residents are very friendly. Everything from the scenery to the apartments themselves are beautiful. If you're looking for a great place to live you have to come check out Bella Springs. You won't be disappointed...I haven't:)

We had a nice stay
We lived at Bella Springs Apartments until our new home was completed. We loved the area of town and being close to our kid's school. We were treated very nice by everyone in the office and will miss the tasty cookies that they baked everyday. We are excited to be in our new home and will look back on our time at Bella Springs as a very pleasant stay.

Nice part of town - but stay out!
Apt looks good and some nice features HOWEVER Heating and Air system SUCK! Floors are cold and lots of drafts from every opening. NOSIE, PARKING, TRASH and PET POOP! Utilities higher than other complexes. Front Office staff could care less about you the customer. Hot tubs are dirty. Referal Program doesn't payoff! All kinds of different rent programs based on what they think you can pay!!!! Once you sign nothing will be done in YOUR favor! Make sure you film and DETAIL move in condition of apartment----or you will pay when you leave! Some people get nasty on this site but in this case most of the detail listed is correct....any ratings of 5 is done by management input! They will search you out if they can by these posts.

NO NOT HERE
I just moved in the place was not as clean as it should be. After a few weeks I would tell my friends that this is not a good place to live the walls are like paper the doors let in a lot of cold air, and the heating system is bad the heater is always running. The parking if you do not buy extra parking then you may need good walking shoes. And even when you but extra parking then you have to fight to keep others out of it. The management only writes violations notices so they can get more money from you. The trash system is bad we set the garbage out just so the place looks like a dump with the wind blowing it all over the place. There is not much her for the price you pay for it. The management make it hard to stay but we signed a lease and now im stuck PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE

Just moved out
My family and I just moved out of Bella springs. We thought it was very pretty and in a great part of town. The kitchen was really nice and big. Parking was tight. In all it was a nice home for 6 months.

I liked it....
I lived at Bella Springs for 6 months and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It is true that parking is tight, but I got a carport. Their pools are great and for the most part the gym was never crowded. i personaly liked the location set out of town. I think for the most part everyone would like this place. It is really pretty from the outside. If I still lived in Colorado I would live there.

It's a good place, although it has it's flaws...
I live at Bella right now and have for several months. It is true that parking is rough, but then again, most apartment complexes have the same issue. One big problem is their inability to clear the ice from the parking lot. In the lease it says they will clear it 24 hours after the snow has fallen, however, it's still icy after several days. Also, if you have pets, it's nice they allow them, but sad they force you to pay $400 deposit (200 of which is non-refundable) along with $25/month pet rent. Isn't that what a deposit is for??? It is quiet living here, and I even have people living above me, which is the true test. My utility bills are minimal and the location of Bella is fantastic. Also, while the walls might be thin (you can tell when your upstairs neighbor has flushed their toilet or is running their water), I can never hear their TV or radio. The management is good, too, despite others' ratings of them. Overall, a pretty nice place to live, and better than many complexes around town!

Loved it, miss it!
My husband and I were residents at Bella Springs and we LOVED it! The pools were beautiful, the apartment was spacious, and I loved the management company. I agree with the people who have already noted that the bad reviews other people have written are either from one or two people posting anonymously, or they're just difficult, angry people.

Bella Springs? NO, thanks!
Our first impressions were good when we were looking for an apartment... the floor plans are great. My husband and I are both professionals but we felt as though we were being put under a microscope when applying for a lease by the leasing agent. A little too intrusive for our taste. The leasing agent seemed very condescending without any justifications. They are just another apartment complex. We've since rented at a nicer place for a lot less hassle.

Glad to be gone
This place is the absolute worst for customer service. Believe what you read and move on to rent elsewhere. The staff is truly disrespectul, unprofessional, and incompetent when it comes to dealing with you like human beings. They would much rather charge you to death in rent and/or when your lease term expires then settle your issues or problems about the apartment, noise, parking, or to clear the walks of snow. I myself slipped and fell due to their incompetence in being able to clear the pavement in front of the carports due to the accumulating ice and snow that just refroze every night cause it wasn't cleared. Don't waste your time here. And, don't stand for having to pay extra just to have a parking space. As for the buildings themselves, you can hear water running, machinery turning on and off, and there was this annoying ticking sound that didn't ever go away. Also, I agree that they used cheap materials when building this place as the metal shelves in the closets are cheap and worthless. We stayed as long as we had to then moved out.

Not too shabby
Really wish there was a self cleaning oven - not the most user friendly when cheese melts from a pizza, but other than that, not too shabby.

Stay Away
We have had to call the police 3 times or more due to noise violations. There are no quiet times enforced by management. 3:00am parties are allowed to go on without complaints from management. We mentioned it to management and they said it was not their place to tell a resident to keep quiet. Their take was "they all are paying customers and we can't bother them" Parking is non-existent and is an additional $25 per space for residents. Even then, someone else can park in your spot and it's on you to have them towed. We can't wait to get out of here. The management plain doesn't care - and everyone there is brand new.

And with the recent snow - forget salting - our access to our only front door was iced over for two days that we slipped each time we came and went. And our storage closet fell off the wall 3x now breaking our expensive belongings.

good site, poorly run
the apartments themselves are great. spacious, clean, fairly quiet inside, nice area of town. however, parking was a nightmare and were basically forced to pay an extra $25/mo for reserved parking. and the management and staff seriously deteriorated. there used to be great people in the office - Natalie, Barbara, two Melanie's. They would do everything to help out. then something happened and they left, and the new staff would budge at nothing if you needed to extend your lease for 1-3 months. my rent went from $800/mo to $1200/mo because i needed to stay and extra two months. the manager was rude and obnoxious, at one point responding to someone complaining about having to pay for parking, saying "this is a high class community", and basically telling that person they didn't belong there. there were several visits by the police to apartments in my building due to domestic violence cases, and many disrespectful teenagers around. the pool is very loud and out of control with no one enforcing quiet hours or the number of beer bottles broke in the hot tubs, and cigarette butts are everywhere. stay here if you can sign a lease and leave at the end and don't have to deal with management. if you expect changes to your lease terms or like to enjoy a relaxed community and their amenities without obnoxious people, look elsewhere.

I wish I still lived there!
I loved living at Bella Springs! The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. I loved my apartment and only had minor maintenance problems that were cleared up quickly. My neighbors and the majority of residents were very nice and it was a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone! I wish there was a Bella Springs in my new city.

Bella Springs is an excellent place to live. I just moved out, and my experience here was great. It is a great environment, location, and the office staff was very helpful.
After a year and a half of living here, I have never had any problems like some of these other reviews. It seems to me like these are just bitter people. I highly recommend Bella Springs to anyone, and I hope they can have the same experience I had.

Excellent experience
First off I think the majority of the negative reviews were written by one or two people. The writing style is the same on all them. I must admit I was a little turned off by the lack of free parking, but having to pay a little more and know that I have reserved covered parking is nice. The property is beautiful and has some really nice amenities. And I have had absolutely no problems with anyone in the office.

All the bad stuff you've read is true
I was telling someone about the problems I've had with the Management at Bella Springs and they suggested I go on-line and write a review. I wasn't suprised to see that many people have shared my experience. I can't believe the owners of this complex don't get a clue and fire the staff.

If you believe this is luxury living, with resort amenities, don't kid yourself
When you read the signs that align the street in front of the complex, you would think that you were in store for a plush, resort community. While they tout the movie theater, the pools, the spas, the fitness center and all the rest, they neglect to tell you that there is no more high speed internet access, there are numerous restrictions to using the pools, and you have to go through the gestapo to use the movie theater. OHHHH, but when the staff wants to have its own private party or bbq, they get the run of the place. They charge too much for that stuff anyway, and what they don't charge, they make up in rent. With the pipes making noise all the time and the paper thin walls, it is not worth it. Also, expect your cheap --- shelves in your clothes closets to fall at least once, since they are crap. Don't live here if you want to keep your sanity
