Met and beyond my expectations. Friendly helpful staff. Love how quiet the area is and of course the lake view is breath taking. Feel like home already. Only wish would be more parking spaces other then that all is well.

Great town close to shops, good restaurants, a good quiet and family atmosphere. Close to major highways, good schools nearby. Very good staff, excellent service, beautiful lake view very relaxing. I recommend it

It has been a great experience. The community is very quiet,well kept. Any maintenance issues that I have had have been answered and fixed the next day after I put the work order. The staff communicates to you of any activities that are going on. You can follow your work orders ,activities,know your neighbors,what they are selling,etc in your portal

I really like the Apartments the staff in the office they are very helpful when you have a maintenance problem and you report it the be rigged to fix the problem. Only thing is the parking you might not a parking by your Apartment but it will be one kind of close

Phenomenal for the most part. The only issue I have is with my downstairs neighbors who fight, scream, and start a scene at all hours of the day. ALL. HOURS. The man has been arrested in the past 6 months for domestic abuse and for causing a scene but still lives there. It doesn't make sense.

Not living up to expectations. My bedroom window does not close and I have put in 2 work orders and i've live here for 3 days now, you do the math. I live on the first floor and I am a woman so image how not safe I feel in my own place. not to mention the bugs getting in and the heat. So sorry I moved here.

It is a quite place with lots of buildings. Two floors per building. In front of the mall and lots of shopping places. Publix is right there. The Hospital is also close by. It has been raining a lot in this area though

It was easy to get all documents signed and move in was easy and there was a couple things wrong when moving in but maintenance got it fixed immediately. Overall I'm happy with the apartment and the employees are super friendly.

I must say the apartment Manager Tyrone was awesome along with his maintenance staff and a resident all pitched in until they got my sofa moved in even after I had given up and ready to say forget they refused to let me lose my furniture which im super grateful the figure it out and got it in the house hat off to them all that made my move in experience over a 5 star

Love this community, it's very clean and in good condition. The pool, gym and tennis court are amazing, it's lovely to have spaces like that to spend your time and relax. Carol and Tyron offers very good service, they have a lot of patience and they always do what they can do to solve your problems. I'm very happy to live here!!

I just moved in a week ago and I am absolutely loving this community! The neighborhood is very quiet at all times; the neighbors and staff are friendly. I had a few things that I needed fixed in my apartment and they have been fixed pretty quickly. I also love the valet trash service! I am looking forward to living here at the Lakeshore community!

This community complex has a lot of benefits. It tends to be quite. The staff are as compassionate as they could be. Paying rent and making service request is very easy. The trees are beautiful to look at, the pool isn't bad (I don't even like pools), neighbors are super chill. Everyone has their own experiences but mine has been very positive here. The worst part is the amount of leaves that fall down those beautiful trees and parking can get hectic but to me those are worth the benifits.

My experience has been less than stellar. According to one of the maintenance person, my apartment wasn't ready for me to moved in. I've had to submit multiple service repairs within less than a month of moving in. I had a question about a fee on my bill, went to ask about it since it wasn't discussed?Carol answered me in the most condescending tone I've ever been talked to. Apartment is great and very quiet. Maintenance staffs are nice. Office staff only care when they're trying to get you in?after that it's as if you're bothering them by asking a simple question.

My experience so far with the community has been great. My move in experience went supper smooth with the great help of Carol and Ty they made everything so easy and pleasant for me. I have no problems or complaints.

Very nice neighborhood, it is close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, AMC movies etc! But is also very quiet and nice! With a lot of green and a beautiful lake! Apartments are nice and if you need any service done, the administration is very deligent on providing solutions!

I absolutely love it here!! The pool is such a great place to relax and unwind from a busy hard week of work! I want to mention the new guy from maintenance, I believe he’s the new supervisor? He’s really nice and have seen him working! I hope he stays on board and makes a change here for the better.

I enjoy living at Lakeshore. The maintenance team and office team move pretty quickly. The area is quiet and safe as well. I've lived here for four years and I plan to continue living here in the future.

Safe comfortable and pleasant apartment complex with excellent amenities and staff. Close the bus line and restaurants plus the mall Surroundings and grounds kept clean trimmed and cut . Staff is polite and professional

No rules are enforced even when multiple violations are pointed out. Management will act like they care and then do nothing about the issues. Apartments are old and run down. Neighbors are loud and not at all courteous towards other tenants. Police in community constantly. Low quality tenants. Apartment infested with roaches. Constant smell in apartment that smells like mold when A/C is running but maintenance says they don't smell anything. $30 for valet trash when the trash can is 20 feet away from my apartment. $1500 a month to live in a dump that I don't feel safe leaving my child home alone in. You can find better elsewhere. Carol in office is very nice but actions speak louder than words. Make some changes.

Have lived at Lakeshore Apartment Homes/Altamonte Springs, FL since September, 2012; and, each year I can't wait to renew my lease. The office management staff are very nice and always go above and beyond what is expected. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to any maintenance problem; and, always follow up to ensure the problem has not reoccurred. Would definitely highly recommend Lakeshore Apartment Homes/Altamonte Springs, FL

The office staff (Carol especially) has worked very hard on making sure we felt comfortable. The maintenance guys and bug spray guys are great. The community is quiet and well maintained. It's going good so far.

Not the best as the office person tricks you making you look at a model home and then later on your apartment is way different, and you can only see your actual apartment one day before move in so in a way you have set up everything to move in and pressured to say nothing more but move in.
