I've been living here for 10 months now, and I have no complaints about this apartment complex. It is a very quiet and comfortable place to live. There's often enough parking that I can park right next to my building. The exception being when I try to park late at night, which is expected. I had very little trouble moving in. My apartment originally had a washer and dryer in it even though I specified that I was not going to rent their machines. The Lakeshore staff was very prompt in removing the machines from my apartment and from my rent bill. The 1/1 apartment that I rent is very roomy for a single person, and it's one of the smallest units. The kitchen could be a bit bigger, but it has enough room for me. All of the kitchen appliances work well. I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls and ceiling. The central AC works very well and keeps the space cool. It doesn't have a heater for the winter though, so I have a separate space heater. The bathroom has excellent plumbing and water pressure. The Lakeshore staff was quick to repair my bathroom faucet when it stopped flowing well. Altogether, I enjoy living here and I am planning on moving to a larger unit in this community when my lease is up.

The community is in a quiet , location which I love . Nice walking areas for me to explore and walk my dog . The community pool is nice with a nice lake view . However , it's hard to avoid the smell when I first walked in , which management said they would handle it and they did . The smell has not gone away . Then immediately having to put in work orders isn't ideal when someone moves in when it is expected all to be covered .

The manager is never available. The trash service is a joke. The amenities are often not available and are not clean. The walls are thin. You can hear everything. The neighbors kids sound like they are coming through the ceiling. But I have a fantastic lake view.

I think that there should be at least one assigned parking space per unit. I also think there needs to be more strict rules regarding picking up after pets. I lived in an apartment complex where they did Poo Prints and charged $150 anytime they found a resident not cleaning up after their pets.

It was a great experience. I moved from out of state and the agent made the extremely easy for me.All I had to do was get to the complex and grab my key. It doesn't get any better than that. Moving can be a scary process.

Maintenance staff have been quick with response and fix most of the requests. We get water through the ceiling and last request for water issues they just painted over. Would appreciate if it gets fixed.

I love the view of the lake from my appartment. The beach next to the pool is a nice touch, very relaxing. The community is nice and peaceful and very dog friendly( a must for me due to my ESA). The location is great, near but yet tucked away from the noise

I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY BECAUSE IT IS SAFE, CLEAN, WELL KEPT AND OFFICE MANAGMENT IS GREAT. MAINTENANCE TEAM IS THE BEST AND THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAYS TO ALWAYS DO THEIR BEST. JOELLE IS THE BEST OFFICE MANAGER THAT LAKE SHORE HAS EVER HAD, CAROL IS GREAT AS WELL.LIFE HERE IS EASY LOTS OF PARKING SPACES AND RESPECT BETWEEN NEIGHBORS. I GIVE IT 5 STARS.

My move in experience was ok. My only issue is the quality of work that put into this apartment after the previous tenant moved out. Still haven't seen the gym and I've been living here for 3 months. Overall it's a decent apartment for the area and price.

I'll try to keep this succinct. Ever since Cherishome acquired Lakeshore, there has been a steady increase in living costs, and pomp and circumstance, but a steady drop in terms of quality of service. My rent has gone up more than $200 in the 4 years I've been here. They added hidden costs in the form of a trash pick-up service that you cannot opt out of, which has resulted in trash smell every other day, because no one respects the rule that you should only put out trash on pick-up day. There's a general sense of working to improve the appearance of the premises in an attempt to justify the yearly increase in rent, without actually improving the quality of living in the apartments. They performed cosmetic "upgrades" to my apt. that amounted to new tile and a paint job in the kitchen. My old AC unit was only replaced after 2-3 occasions in which it failed. Neighbors vary depending on your location, but there is very little sound deadening in the apartments, so you can pretty much hear people talking outside clear as day. Also, if anyone slams their door, it can be felt throughout the entire building. The staff has been a rotating cast of characters. It seems like every year there's new people, and none of them know how to answer the phone, unless you're standing right in front of them. This isn't hyperbole, I cannot get a maintenance issue addressed unless I walk into the office, and even then I have to be the one following up, because they won't notify me of any schedulings or updates. Maintenance crew works hard, I'm not about to hate on 'em.

The staff are very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The schools are really good and you are close to tons of things. The I4 is super close by and the Altamonte Mall and other shopping areas are close by.

The move in wasn't good. We waited over an hour for paper work and keys even though we emailed and confirmed over the phone the date and time we'd move in. No one walked through the apt with us and upon entering it was dirty, infested with roaches and spider, and contained an odd smell. Had to wait 3 days after move in to actually move in because staff had to fix issues. It is better now and the manager helped with our issues but I'd say be careful. Make sure they walk through your apartment with you. It was very stressful. Everything is better now and we moved in nicely. Apartment looks great but had issues after moving in like a leaky ceiling and some wall fixtures were loose.

The best apartment complex I've lived in. The office and maintenance staff are quick to respond if needed and very courteous. The grounds are kept very well and always picked up. You can tell the staff really take pride in making this an excellent place to live.

The apartment itself is nice and spacious. The maintenance staff isn't the best and they do not check the requests submitted until the very end of the day, dragging out the work until completed. It's an overall quiet area, other than the lawn crew.

Modern apartments, good stainless steel appliances. The apartment was clean upon move in but they did not paint but did touch ups with the wrong paint. Previous water damage was very poorly "fixed". It doesn't leak but doesn't look nice. The staff are friendly and they quickly fixed any problems we reported. Nice landscaping. Parking is always available but not always all that close to your apartment. One really important factor for me was being able to have pets. Overall not a bad place.
