They might as well apply to be Section 8 housing and get it over with. I lived here from 2016 until this year I left due to it turning into a project. It used to be a nice neighborhood, now they will let anyone live here, even if it means 5 adults to a 2 bedroom unit or multiple families in a 2 bedroom just to get paying tenants. Maintenance cannot fix anything. The paint job that they just did was shoddy. There are still paint dropping all over the stairs that has never been cleaned up. They half painted the balconies and left the edges under the railings unpainted. You will hear every noise from your neighbors and management will tell you that they will handle it, yet it continues. The bugs here are disgusting! Huge palmetto bugs, fleas, spiders and ants are in the apartment at all times. There is no pest control here even though all tenants are paying for that every month. You also have to pay for trash and everyone else's water usage up and above the already too high rent. They nickel and dime you with any fees they can think of or just keep increasing the fees already being charged, and you get nothing in return. While I had a guest on vacation here, she was approached by one of the maintenance people (there are only 2 here) while he was on the clock working and in company equipment asking her how old she was, did she "smoke" because he sells drugs and could he take her out. This is just one of the many issues you will deal with while living here. Go elsewhere or better yet spend your $1,300 - $2,000 on a mortgage.

The staff here is wonderful to work with. Carol went above and beyond for my husband and I when we were moving in. She answered all of my many questions promptly through emails and we couldn't be more thankful. So far we are really enjoying our life here. The pool is absolutely beautiful and so refreshing.

Good community!!! It's very nice and quiet. It's close to everything you would ever need. Would definitely recommend it to someone looking to relocate. Never had any disturbances at any time while living there.

The neighborhood is nice. They keep the outside clean. The maintenance team is always on the job and on time for needed services. The rental pricing is manageable and not overwhelming. I don't have much complaints

Very fast and convenient. Staff was very helpful and stayed in touch with any info that might be needed or sumbitted already. I haven't completely moved in yet but so far just passing through it's very quiet and friendly environment... the outside building could use a little maintenance or updates and the appearance of some patios could be addressed but overall so good so far

Im loving living at Lakeshore. Is beautiful, quiet safe, great location and the staff is very proactive. It was the best decision to move to lakeshore. The parking lot is huge and the amenities are super beautiful and the Lakeview is the best view ever

Very friendly staff, they were so helpful to me as this was the first time i have rented. I have a view of the lake and that makes my apartment perfect. There is plenty of parking and I have two cars, there was not an issue with this at this property. Other properties I looked at wanted me to pay extra for my additional car. I like this property because they do not have a gate to go through. My friends can visit and they are not monitored with log in codes. My back porch looks right out on the lake and not into a parking lot. Too many dog owners for my taste, I love dogs and cats too, however, the dogs bark all the time. Have a dog but train them please. I love my location!

I enjoy sitting on the beach chairs, digging my feet in the clean white sand, overlooking the water (Lake Orienta). So peaceful and relaxing! It helps after a long stressful day! I enjoy living here and recommend it.

Carol did an amazing job. My partner and I were moving from Miami to Altamonte Springs and that alone was a task but with Carol's help, it made the apartment hunting and application part easy. Once we got to the community, her and her team had everything ready for us and we were moved in without any problems. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends.

I have had a great experience living in this community! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the neighbors are as well. The apartments are cozy and spacious and I love that I am surrounded by nature and beautiful trees! Did I mention the gorgeous lake deck and the beach! It's such a relaxing place to live! We love this apartment complex and the floor-plans are adorable. Vivian made everything very easy. We were approved and had our keys within days. Maintenance issues were handled quickly and professionally. Bonus, this is a very dog friendly community.

Moving in was a quick process. Carol was so helpful & informative. It's a quite & clean environment with lots of adoring dogs around. My first issue with appliance, maintenance was here to fix the issue the next morning. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Carol the leasing agent is very nice, Patrick is also nice but need more help, tiny bugs falls of the trees and get inside the cars. limbs fall on top of cars. They trimmed only small limbs from tree when they should have trimmed trees way back.

it is a good area and accessible to markets and I4, the neighbors are nice, there is no noise and it is quiet. The good thing is that I can be with my dog ??at all times, the apartments are quite large and the staff look for quick solutions for everything.

I have lived at Lakeshore for 8 years, the maintenance and management staff always takes care of any issues that arise. The location is ideal for shopping, leisure and recreation. I would recommend this community to anyone.

LakeShore at Altamonte Springs is an excellent apartment complex to be living in. Its been 6 wonderful years and more to come. It is safe, clean, and wondeful. Excellent Admistration team as well as Maintance team. We are locate near Altamonte Mall, Publix, Walgreens and many more. Near transportación services and minutes from I 4. I love it here. Excellent view from the pool area dock of Lake Orienta. This Resort living without Resort price

This review is for Patrick, a member of the Maintenance Team at Lakeshore at Altamonte Springs Apartments.. Patrick is the epitome of what a maintenance person should be. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance issues and possesses the expertise to fix the problem right the first time. He takes the time to ensure there are no other problems; he follows up to make sure the maintenance issue needs no further repair; he never leaves a mess; and, he is always pleasant Patrick is truly an asset to Lakeshore at Altamonte Springs Apartments. Personally, I feel he deserves a raise; or, even promotion to Supervisor of the Maintenance Team. He definitely needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. He's a keeper!
