I like it here

I read the other reviews and I am rather upset. The girls in the office are so sweet that I do not understand how people can write bad things about them (see "you can do better" review). The girls in the office will bend over backwards for you; wether it is late rent, repairs, or just to listen to resident venting. The person that wrote that review must of been evicted, and if that is the case they were doing their job. Also the gym does have new equipment and the property is in the process of being painted as promised by the office staff. I really do love it here.

Great $

I moved here and love it. I got a great special. It cost me nothing to move in and I got a free month. There was no apllication or security deposit to be paid. I love it here. The staff is really nice and will bend over backwards to help you.

Very pretty place to live

I love it here and I love the lake view. The personel is very nice, almost too nice. It was very cheap to move, I didn´t have to pay anything plus I got a free month. <br>Thank you Altamonte Bay Club!!!!

Can do better

I moved here a couple of years ago. I love the location and how small the community is. When I first moved in all was great, but the past year all has declined little by little. The gym needs new equipment, the buildings need painting and the managament needs a little more education. Maintenance changes too often and the girls in the office need to be nicer and more personable. I love this community but it is slowly ging down hill.

NOT PERFECTION BUT I´M HAPPY

I moved here from NY in March. I love my apt. I have a HUGE 2bd/2bth. When I moved in, I was shocked to find it so clean and totally ready to move into. LOL. I must say, I think they could do a better job with the landscaping around here although I´ve noticed a few improvements over the past couple of weeks. The buildings need new paint on the outside and the gym totally needs new equipment!! It´s a useless gym. Also, maintenance can be pretty slow in getting back to you but the staff is very nice. On a positive note, I love the neighborhood, I love my apt (the layout is great) and it is very safe and quiet too. TWO THUMBS UP. <br>P.S. No roaches or creepy crawlers around here. :)

Great Pool

I really enjoy living here. There are children, young people, and senior citzens that live here. It really is a great mix of people. The pool is rather relaxing with the view of the beautiful lake. I also love the fact that it is SAFE!!! I give it an all around 5 stars!!

Great $

I just moved here from NY and I love it here. The price & size of my apartment is awesome. I have a 1016 2 bed 2 bath apartment for only 745.00 You can not beat it. The office staff is very very very nice!!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Look for another community

I recently moved from NY and thought that the price was great. The problem is managements does not enforce their own policies. The management has also changed twice in the last 2 lease periods. They are not very good in maintaining the complex. my first lease was for a year and it was a horrible experience, my second lease was for the minimum of 7 months and the price went up and will go up again. I wished i have done more searching before i signed a lease, but being new i did not know.

Horrible

The office staff is incompetent. The maintenance people are questionable at best. Work ethic is shoddy. Good luck getting any help or reason out of any staff member in this complex. I would give them a negative rating and am looking to leave as soon as possible.

LOVE IT!!!!

To whom it may concern: <br> <br>I loved living at Altamonte Bay Club. I was shocked to see some negative reviews, maybe they were past evictions or they just could not afford charges for damages that they acquired. As far as the office staff, I do not think they are high school dropouts, that is just silly. I have always found the office staff to be very friendly and knowledgable. The maintance staff is also awesome and friendly. The apartments are HUGE at great Rates. I miss living there (I moved out of state due to a job transfer)and not only the office staff but the maintance staff are HOT/SEXY according to my boyfriend and myself. Also, it is a small community so everyone is friendly and well mixed in ages. I would go check it out if you are looking for a new apartment. Good Luck!!! I MISS YOU ALTAMONTE BAY CLUB!!

Don´t move here

The staff is completely incompetent. They have changed managment several times in the past two years and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. They stuck me with rediculous charges that were actually the fault of the apartment complex and told me there was nothing I could do about it, I had to pay. When I moved to another apartment at the end of my first leace they completely screwed up the whole process. They lied to me about the apartment I was moving into until several days before hand and then told me it was my confusion and there was nothing they could do. Do yourself a favor and look for a better community. The maintenance staff are hoodlums and the management staff are aparently high school dropouts.

Bad Service

I had lived at the community for 2 years and finally moved out because the new staff is very incompetent, maintenance staff keeps changing and the office personell are not friendly and sound and act stupid moast pf the time. Do not move here, it has gone from a great apartment to almost ------!
