Katie Manor is a great place to call home. The maintenance is always so quick to respond and very knowledgeable. The office staff Donna and Brandi are so helpful, all the time. Fun place to live. There is always something happening for the residents. Many friendly people and the staff is very good to us. I have a one bedroom and it is plenty of space and lots of storage space in kitchen. New flooring is very nice.

Living at Katie Manor is definitely a plus in my life. The staff are always there to help us when we need anything. I love the pool and the activities that are always planned for us. We have a huge Easter egg hunt coming up and will be fun.

We have enjoyed Katie Manor since we moved in here almost ten years ago. Brandi and Donna do an amazing job keeping everyone straight and happy. The amenities are always very clean and fresh. Nice Affordable Senior Complex

The complex is very nice and has affordable rates. I am only needing a small one bedroom, preferably a studio, but they do not have either one available now. The pool and the movie theater are so good for seniors. If the pool was heated it would be even better. Apartments are very roomy and layed out well too.

This community is different than all the rest I have looked at.

When i walked into Katie Manor it was so warm and inviting. Very clean and well decorated. Made me feel like home. Brandi was so great answering all my questions. She explained it all so that I understood it all. I got to see all the amenities and an apartment, and it is just what a Senior my age needs. Very spacious and well laid out. I must get some personal things taken care of and I will be back to see Ms. Brandi. Thank you, Nadine

Katie Manor is a friendly, outgoing community with office staff that is helpful, kind, and business-like. Their staff is knowledgeable, always busy, and trustworthy. Grounds are extra clean as the interior of building. So happy I live here.

I just moved into Katie Manor. The leasing agent told me that they had been there for 10 years. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the community. My apartment was clean and just perfect when I toured and when I moved in. Brandi was super helpful during the entire application process. She was easy to work with and made the process even easier on me. I would recommend Katie Manor to anyone looking to move to a senior community. I was very lucky to have found this community and even luckier that they had an available apartment.

I lived here going on sevenyears in February 2026 I have no desire to move anywhere else you're in almost walking distance of every place you need to go whether it be shopping, medical facilities, food, restaurants, and ideal place to live there's several people that have lived here longer than I have. If they have problems I don't know. I don't choose to join in a lot of the activities here only because of my health, but I do try to go to some of them they're always looking for something new to keep us occupied and busy. I've had the chance to live different places, but I choose to live here the building is kept very clean as I said before the office staff always try to help everyone and so do the maintenance. Terrific place to call home for anyone over the age of 55

Katie Manor is a very nice and clean apartment community. It is always decorated for any holiday and season. The maintenance and office staff are always here to help with anything that is needed. The coffee and snacks are great every morning. I plan to be here forever and give Katie Manor a 5 Star.

Excellent location, beautiful facility

We were referred by a local person as it is a very nice facility in a great location for the older folks. There is also a bus that picks up those that dont drive. My wife and I are both in wheelchairs and we need that. We must have a two bedroom with the roll in showers and there is nothing vacant on that at this time. The place is very well maintained and very nice. Brandi gave us a look at the place and we really like it. The movie theater was so neat. Very clean and decorated great,

I am pleased with and proud of my surroundings. My view of the gardens is lovely. People here are friendly but not pushy about relationships. It is all good. My apartment is excellent by a combined effort of management and my own efforts to keep a clean orderly home. Our maintenance staff and office staff are busy but helpful.

Very nice place for seniors above 55

I was prepared to rent a place when i went to see it. The facility is very nice and the apartments have so much room. A big wide open living room and kitchen is nice. This place has everything to offer the elderly. The rent is more than I can afford so I was not able to rent. Donna was very nice in showing me around and she helped me get my income together to see if I could afford. Nice place.

Very nice complex only for 55 age and over.

I was so impressed with the complex that is designed only for the elder. It is a very nice place, Swimming pool is great and I would love to live there and never move. Donna was very nice and showed me around we sat and talked for a bit and she helped me figure if I could qualify. I only receive a small amount of monthly income that does not allow mw to live there. I am trying to get assistance because this is a wonderful area and Katie Manor is beautiful. Thank you Donna for helping me.

Very pleasant facility. Clean, very professional staff.

I was given a show of the facility and it is above what I expected. It has very large 2 bedroom/2bath rooms. Very nicely layed out. The pool looked so refreshing and had several swimming in it. I loved the area that it is located. All nestled back off the main road in a woodsy area. They have elevators too. The manager was very kind and professional. I will be leasing as soon as I can get my partners income verified. Fingers crossed that we are not over. Thank you Donna for all your help.

Very nice community that is located in a great area. It is close to Dr. offices and all grocery shopping is just around corner. Very clean place that is kept that way from Awesome staff. The office staff and maintenance are great.

Good experience, but wasn't told my 2 bedroom didn't have a bathtub until I had already signed lease and paid. Otherwise very good. I have recommended it to others, and would really enjoy having some of my friends move in here.

I have lived here for several years because of the many conveniences they offer. Inside trash, inside mailbox, swimming pool I never use, an exercise room, bingo, monthly birthday celebration and more. I feel very secure here with a key card to enter the building.

Our apartment complex is great. I love my apartment and the complex. We are close to every thing. I have 2 raised gardens. We have a pool. Apartment staff is easy to communicate with. It is a safe place.
