This is a wonderful place to live. The staff go above and beyond for each person on sight. The facility is always spotless, a showcase for those who live her. The grounds are immaculate. They decorate for holidays which makes it so uplifting for those that may have family in area. There are games and movies to take advantage of if you so choose. There is coffee and snaks available in morning and popcorn when movies.

I love love love it here. My family and I are so thrilled to have chosen Katie Manor. The staff and most of the residents are fantastic. The facility is the cleanest I have ever seen. At anytime you can see the staff cleaning or helping other residents. They are always doing something here. We have game days, bingo days, seminars on different things every week. My life has changed so much since I moved here. The girls in the office and Chris are the sweetest people. I don't like the dogs in the kitchen area but other than that, I love it.

I enjoy being able to interact with other residents in the different common areas such as the kitchen, television area, and the pool. I sometimes like watching shows with a group instead of alone. I enjoy the Friday afternoon movies with snacks.

I have very nice neighbors. Apartment Community is quiet. Grounds are clean and maintained. Lovely resident garden. Lots of shopping and Restaurants nearby. Close to Medical Center Doctor offices and Fire Station.

Good(great), neighbors friendly, easy to get along with. Non-Residents (family and/or friends) are welcomed and have been well behaved manner. Not to my knowledge, there are no non residents living here (except short term visitors (family/friends)that has come for a visit.

The staff is amazing and very professional. The complex is nice. A nice place to live and meet your neighbors. Great location you are minutes from interstate 10, stores, restaurants and businesses. Driving distance to all the beautiful beaches, parks and just enjoy the Florida sunshine.

All the staff here are very friendly and helpful. The building and grounds are kept up and clean. There are activities you can do alone or with the other residients. The residients I have met are very friendly.

We love being here. You can come and go as you please or participate in the activities that Katie Manor has. The grounds are well kept. The pool is clean. The only problem is there are not enough handicapped parking spaces for everyone.

Amazing, the staff was in coummication throughout the moving experience. The tenants are personable, helpful, and pleasant, love the gardens, the pools, and the maintenance staff are also always helpful and onpoint if anything needs serviced.

We moved in a couple months ago and have not been this happy in years. Our children live close by and are able to visit us often. They did a lot of searching for this wonderful home. It is the ideal place for over 55. The ladies in the office have been a blessing to us. Maintenance is the most helpful guy ever. They all help us with matters that we need help with. We would recommend this beautiful place to everyone.

Recently moved my mother into these apartment and let me just say i havent seen her this happy in a long time!! The atmosphere is just wonderful and the people are so kind and considerate! We were both thrilled when we found out she could bring along our family dog Mollie and our cat Mittens! Im happy knowing that she can still do her daily excersise in their work out center and pool. She enjoys their movie theater and has made many friends in the hair salon and in the common area. The staff is so helpful when she has a problem or any questions. This place is just all around perfect for her.

I am so glad I found Katie Manor! I moved here a few months ago after looking for 55+ housing for over 2 years. I was a little worried that I would feel like I was living in assisted living or something but I could not have been more wrong about that. The other tenants here are mostly very kind. Some get together to plan things and they invite everyone. There are 2 perfectly lovely ladies that run the place and I have noticed that they make a habit of going above and beyond to guarantee the best possible living experience for all of us here. I am just thrilled over this place. I will be recommending Katie Manor to any of my friends that are looking to move.

Katie Manor is the best choice that we could have made in choosing our new home. The office people are so kind and always ready to help us. Katie Manor is so accomidating. There are a few people that live here that complain about everything but they probably would do that everywhere. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom overlooking the woods and we love it. If your over 55 this is the best place!!! Love it here.

First I'd like to start off by saying that management is top notch at Katie Manor. Donna is caring and has the utmost concern for each and every tenant. Brandi is there as well. The complex is just what Crestview, Florida needed! It's beautiful as well as having several amenities; such as a theatre room, gym, salon, library , swimming pool and so much more. I could just sit outside in the Florida room for hours looking at the amazing landscaping! It's affordable , especially being so new. I'd recommend Katie Manor Apartments to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!

I moved here 4 months ago and it was the best thing I have done for myself in many years. My entire family visits me weekly and they love that I am not stuck in my room all the time. We just got a shuffle board in and it is so much fun. I had never played and Dona showed me how and we had so many laughs while she taught me. Most of all the other residents are kind and friendly. The staff is so very nice, they help with everything and always make time for us. I would reccomend this complex to everyone. I wish i knew someone to refer here because you get 50.00 for sending someone here. The decorations for Christmas are beautiful. Some in every room. I love it here.

We moved our Mom there a short time ago and so far everything is great. She loves the small garden plots out back and the beauthiful scenery they overlook. The staff Donna and Brandy are wonderful. They helped us all the way through the application and move in process. We are very happy with Katie Manor for being such a nice place for our Mom to live.

I would like to start by saying that I am a resident here at Katie Manor and I have not been this happy in many years. I love the fact that the staff speak and ask you how you are every time they see you. Almost every resident I have met is very friendly. ( they ask if I need a ride, or they say they are going to Wal-Mart, do I need anything). The amenities are always so clean and neat, I see the staff constantly picking up after all the residents and this should not happen, but it does. I also love the fact that it is pet friendly as long as they are on leash and are not on the flooring inside building. This stops from "accidents" on the floors. My pet is as happy as I am here. For the cost of the rent here, I actually have enough money left over to treat myself to a special dinner occasionally. I just want everyone to know that this is an amazing place to live and by far the best in Crestview. I even received $50.00 off next months rent for referring someone to apply here and they were approved and moved in!!

I am so thankful that I found Katie Manor! The staff and my neighbors are amazing. Love that we are pet friendly and our kids and grandkids are always welcome! Brandy and Donna do an amazing job and go above and beyond their duties. Kudos to Managment from ground level to the owners for the open door policy. I can't say enough good things about my new home!

I can't begin to tell you how phenomenal the staff is at Katie Manor! Brandie and Donna have been so kind and professional from my first phone call to them checking on an apartment. They have answered each and every question I have had and were always patient and never made me feel rushed. Since moving into Katie's on July 1st I know I made the right decision in making this move. The appearance of the entire community is amazing... The family like atmosphere is amazing...Summing up Katie Manor in one word....AMAZING! Thanks again goes to Brandie and Donna for making this community a wonderful place to call home! :)
