Great place for seniors. The staff is very helpful. The grounds are kept beautiful. During normal pre-covid times, there are planned social activities, as well as spontaneous card games and other board games. Lovely screened-in porch as well as covered patio, both with rocking chairs for socializing.

When I visited Katie Manor today, I was not aware that all residents had to be over 55. Boy that was a bummer. Brandy was so kind to show me all the areas of interest. There is a beautiful pool and a nice grilling area on poolside. The fitness center is really cool too. Thank You for being so patient with me Brandy, then to find out that I dont qualify. I will see you in 2 years for sure.

I stopped by in hopes of renting an apartment for my father-in-law. Due to an emergency situation he needs an apartment within the next few days. This is a very beautiful and clean senior facility, however they did not have any availability. Due to the situation I was not able to rent. Very friendly staff, she gave me all the information, Showed me the floor plans and discuss the availabilities. She also advised that we could go on the waitlist for the next available one bedroom. This is a very very nice property.

I was shown a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. These are very roomy apartments. Lots of cabinet space. Donna showed me around the building and it is beautiful. They have a movie theater, a beauty salon and a real nice work out area. I was not able to get an apartment due to my income, I sure wish I could afford it. Please build more apartments with lower rent. Thank You.

I really enjoy this place. Very friend and well maintained. Whenever I request something it is corrected or maintenance will fix it the next day. Would recommend this place to my family and friends. Great place.

I have a best friend who currently resides at Katie Manor. I stopped by to see her and was greeted by Donna at the front. What a very kind lady. She provided me with information and while I waited on my friend to come down, Donna gave me a tour of the community room and garden area as well as the pool. They have just painted the pool deck and it looks so beautiful. I am trying to sell my home and would love to relocate here. Such a beautiful, clean place for Seniors.

I was able to handle all correspondence online prior to moving in. I had seen the apartment location while it was under construction and liked the location; Close to shopping and emergency services. Katie Manor is a good place to live.

Stopped by without an appointment and manager, Donna was going to lunch. She was so kind to give me walk around the community. Very beautiful property, very good location. I just opening up my new hair salon and I need a 3 bedroom for me and my daughters. So saddened it is only for 55 and above. It is still a very lovely community and Donna was so kind and even pointed me into the direction of another property where I put in an application. Kudos to Katie Manor.

Even in the pouring rain, this community was astounding. I was given a walk around (tour) of this beautiful place. Donna showed me all the neat stuff they have for seniors, the movie theater, fitness center, pool and gardening are. It was lovely. She took the time to go over all the rental procedures, (all on line) but she said she would help me with application. A very nice and professional person. Due to my disability and my small income, I will need a efficiency apartment on the ground floor and I was saddened that they do not have these. I will keep looking but in the mean time Thank you Donna and Katie Manor for being so kind.

I stopped by this nice community in hopes of a one bedroom on the ground floor. I was given a walk around the property with Donna and I have to say its the nicest and cleanest community I have ever been to. Donna was so kind to us, she explained everything to us and went over the application process that we have to do online. I was so disappointed to learn that all people that live there have to be 55 or over. My girl friend has a few years to go. Maybe we will be back in a few years.

I was in the area looking for a safe place for me and my family. I visited Katie Manor and was shown a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The staff person, Brandy showed me all the nice community. I fell in love. It is located is a very convenient area of Crestview. Close to medical, shopping, etc. I am in need of a 3 bedroom. I have custody of my 3 grand kids and was not aware that even though I am over 55, all others that live here also has to be. Maybe if my family status changes I can come back there. It is so clean and Brandy was so kind to me.

I stopped in this pretty little property unannounced and was greeted by a very friendly staff member named Donna. She gave me a tour of the community and all the information. It is such a clean and beautiful place. I was very much saddened when I found that all residents had to be the age of 55 or above. My lady friend is not of that age. I will gladly wait another 2 years and come back to Katie Manor. Hopefully the very nice lady will be there when we return.

I must say that this is the most beautiful Senior community I have ever went into. I have looked at many for my mother. I was given a wonderful tour with the manager, Donna and she was so very helpful. The common area is not all set up due to the Covid, but the furnishings that are in place are so neat and clean. She showed me a 2 bedroom on 3rd floor via elevator and it is so spacious and roomy. My Mom will require one on the ground floor with roll in shower with a seat in it. They do not have that at this time and she must move from Alabama within the next week or two. The facility was very clean, neat and the Donna was very helpful and patient with all my questions.

I visited Katie Manor last week. It is a beautiful and clean community. I gathered all of the info but unfortunately I will not be able to move in right now as I will not be 55 for another 2 years. I like the fact that they do activities with the residents. The staff was super nice and helpful! I will definitely be looking into living here when I turn 55.

The community is very clean. Management is nice and willing to work with you, to the extent that they can. Very nice amenities. Very convenient to stores and food, restaurants. Very secure, You must have a card key to get into the building, which assures no solicitors can bother you.

Wow, where do I start? I love this place! Beautiful, clean, community! I am so happy to finally be able to call Katie Manor my home. I cannot wait to make use of the pool this summer with my grands. Moving out of my daughter's house was hard, but Katie Manor has made the transition easier.

Was given a tour today and it is such a lovely community. I met with the manager and assistant manger and they were both complete sweethearts. I met some of the ladies down drinking coffee and they made me feel right at home. These apartments are located in a great area behind hospital and Walmart is right up the hill. It was so clean and fresh smelling. I was truly heartbroken when we were going over the qualifications to live there that I make a tad bit more than they allow on the yearly income. Keep up the nice job at Katie Manor and if my income ever decreases, you will be my new home. Thanks for the staff for being so kind!

I loved the community! I was there a few weeks ago to visit with my sister and brother in law! I was able to play Monday night Bingo with them! They are so happy there. Beautiful, nice, and clean place! I will be recommending to anyone I know that's 55+ that is looking for a home.

I visited this Senior apartment and it is a very nice and clean facility. I met with a very nice lady named Brandy. She showed me a 2 bedroom apartment. I only need a small studio apartment. There was not one of those vacant to see. She showed me the huge movie theater and the fitness area and the community area. It is very nicely decorated. I like that it is so close to everything. Walmart, pharmacies, hospital, shopping and restaurants! I hope they will have a studio available soon.

This community is a senior community. Two elevators that accommodate the traffic very well. Community room is always busy with activities and is kept clean. I have access to computers, hair salon, exercise room and the theater room. The staff and folks that live here have made me feel welcome from the first day. The apartments are setup comfortably with spacious bathrooms for walkers and w/c.The bldg is very quiet. I do not hear any noise from other apts. The garbage chute is located a short walk from my apt. allowing me to toss my trash frequently. I do not smell any food smells throughout any part of the bldg. I feel safe coming and going to the parking lot or just walking around the bldg after dark. It has taken me a year to move here and it was worth the wait.

These units are clean, ergonomic, and practically luxurious. The grounds are very well kept. There are all kinds of activities. I love it here. Brandi, Chris, and Tim are awesome people who can be both professional and practical.
