It is very rewarding, the swimming pool is wonderful, the activities, the library, exercise room is good (I would like to have the stair stepper fixed). The property is maintained very well. I like the position of the mail room, and the spacious room in the common area.

I am so impressed in the upkeep of this complex. The staff are constantly busy. The 2 bedroom apartments are so big and layed out very nice. For the most part, all my neighbors are very quite and nice. Some of them that sit in common area chairs are disrespectful, but I really love Katie Manor.

Katie Manor is within walking distance to walmart and that is very good. The sidewalk that goes all the way around building is good for walking also. Brandi and all the staff are very nice. Thank you for helping me get into my home.

Katie Manor location is so conveient for Seniors. It is right behind Walmart and doctors offices and hospital. My apartment is the perfect size. It has 2 bedroom and 2 big bathrooms and even has a washer and dryer . This is my forever home. Thank you Donna and Brandy and very nice maintenance staff.

Katie Manor is a very wonderful community. The apartments are so nice. Very spacious. The yards and patios are always very clean. My grandchildren get to enjoy the beautiful pool with me on occasion. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. The office staff are so kind, always willing to help with anything.

Just moved back here from Illinois, my brother lives here. I sure needed a one bedroom immediately. Unfortunately there is nothing vacant here. Wish they had more apartment complexes for Seniors. Donna was very nice and took a lot of time to show me around and give me all the information I need to be able to live here. This complex is beautiful and it is right behind walmart and the hospital, which is really good for seniors my age. The pool was very clean and pretty. Spoke to a few ladies up front and they sure wanted me to move here. I might be back to get on waitlist if I cant find something else. Thank you Donna for being so kind and taking the time you took with me.

This is such a awesome apartment complex. Brandi showed me around and I looked at a 2 bedroom and wow they are big. They have walk in closets in both bedrooms and 2 full baths. My wife loved them. The swimming pool is cool also. We will not be the age requirement of 55 until next year. We will be back. Thank you Brandi for being so nice.

Katie Manor is a very nice place to live. The apartments are very nice with all of the amenities that make that provide all of the comforts of a home. The staff are professional and friendly. The residents are friendly as well! The property is well maintained and very nice.

The apartment complex is very nice. I was shown around by Brandi and she was so helpful. I met with Dona also and she was so pleasant. I need to move right away and they are full. The center activity area is set up so residents can have different activities there. Very Very clean and big. The movie room was very nice also. I wish there were more units available here.

I was shown around the facility and it is very large and really clean. Spoke with Donna at first and set up an appointment but Brandy showed me around. Very nice ladies. I just got from rehabilitation and need something immediately. I wish there were more vacants here. They are full and i need something now. Really nice back area and an even nice pool and porch area.

This is a very nice, clean and secure place to live. It has a movie theatre, beauty shop, exercise room and a very nice swimming pool. It offers a screened in porch as well. It has garden spots available.

My Father will be released from rehab soon and I stopped by this beautiful place to see if they had something for him. It is the most wonderful place, so clean and so homey feeling. I did not have an appointment but Donna showed me around the building and the pool and a huge movie room. My father would have loved it here. He doesnt have a whole lot of monthly income but while going over the income requirements, he would have qualified for a studio. This is just what he wanted. We were so sad to learn that there is nothing available right now. Thank you so much Donna for being so nice to me and helping me to try to find another place for my father.

Need something really fast to move into. No vacancies here. It is a very wonderful place. Donna gave me a show around and the apartment we looked at was amazing. She went over everything and even tried to help me apply online for the waitlist but I dont have time to get on a waitlist... wife says I gotta be out by July 1. Sure wish there were more units there. It was so clean and nice. Thank you Donna.

This is a nice friendly place to live. Neighbors are friendly but not noisy .Most keep to themself or small groups Most are friendly and greet you by name when you meet. This is a Quite small group all within one nice size apt project.

This is a really nice place. It is located in a woodsy area right behind the hospital and right down the road from Wal mart. I met a a few people that live here and they were real nice and said they loved it here. Brandi showed me around the place. You have to be 55 and I am bout a year from that. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Brandi for giving me all the info and showing me around. Beautiful pool also.

Thank you so much to the staff at Katie Manor, Brandi and Donna were so pleasant to me even though they did not have anything for me they still gave me a tour around complex. Katie Manor is so nice and very clean. I need to move in a couple of weeks, my house sold 2 days after it was on market and I was not prepared for this. Katie Manor is located in the best area. very close to doctors, hospitals and shopping and restaurants. Very beautiful complex.

I needed to move in an apartment really fast. I was given a show around this beautiful complex by Donna. She was so professional and made it very easy to understand the qualifications and the waitlist procedures. Katie manor is very clean and the 2 bedrooms are huge and very nice. The property itself is super nice. If you want to live there, you better get on a waitlist cause they full. Thank you Donna for being so nice and patient.

Took my Mother by to see if there was a full handicap room on the first floor, unfortunately there was not one empty. I was completely blown away by this facility. It is so clean and the staff, Donna and Brandi were so helpful. Mom is leaving rehab this week and needs a place, we live upstairs and she is unable to live with us. We will keep her at my sons until we can find something. Katie Manor is so wonderful, it is located in a perfect neighborhood, close to doctors, hospital and shopping.

I visited my sister in florida and she took me by Katie Manor and it is a very beautiful community. Donna showed us around the place and a very nice 2 bedroom. The rooms have so much space in them. Hopefully they will have something when I move this way in December. Thank you Donna for all your time and professionalism.

A really nice place to live. Staff are friendly, caring and helpful. Building is kept clean, and building and grounds are well maintained. Lots of opportunities for activities (prior to COVID). Apartments are comfortable. In-apartment maintenance issues taken care of promptly. My apartment is directly above the outside smoking area and the dog park, so it can get a little noisy at times, but a white noise machine solved that problem nicely I'm so happy I found Katie Manor!
