I am just moving back to area from a 10 year stay in Portland. I was so impressed with the layout of the apartment. I saw a two bedroom 2 bath and wow does it have the space. There is a neat swimming pool and fitness area too. Donna went over all the application process and explained the documents that I will need to gather. It is a very clean and very well kept property. Located in the heart of Crestview , close to everything. Thank you Donna for all your help. I look forward to living at Katie Manor.

Need more of these nice places in area

Donna was very nice and helpful. I need a place to stay ASAP. They have a waitlist at Katie Manor that is very long. I need something now as I am relocating next week on a new job. I will need to park my semi tractor and trailer at my apartment also. Hopefully the waitlist will thin out and I can get on it soon. Very big place and the rooms are huge. I got to have coffee and eat some pumpkin danish as I spoke with residents. Very nice place, keep up good place donna.

Love it here!

I moved here about 6 months ago and boy am I glad I did! It is close to my doctors offices and about 2 miles from my son. My apartment is cozy and cute and just enough for me and my little dog. There is a dog park that I take him to several times a day. My neighbors are friendly and I have made friends here. Any problem I have encountered has been tended to very quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for senior living, you have found the right place.

Loving my new place!

I really, really love my new apartment. I was on the waiting list for quite some time but it has been well worth the wait! The people that live her are extremely nice-kind of feels like we are a family. The activities are fun and well put together-Sometimes hosted by the staff and other times hosted by the other tenants. The building is well taken care of. I am so thankful to have found this place.

Lovely, well maintained property in a great location. Handy to shopping and medical facilities. Friendly staff and a great active retired community. Who enjoy improving their health with swimming, walking, and socializing with weekly bingo and other games.

Apt. is quiet, staff are polite, very quick to correct any problems that may arise that are brought to their attention. Really do recommend this apartment complex, especially if you are older. For a building with 103 apartments, I think it's great .

Need more apartments for seniors in area please.

Very nice place in a very nice area. It appeared to have some very nice people living there. Really clean and well managed, donna was very nice and professional. Thank you for the coffee. I need to move sooner than later. I will post nice pictures in a bit, really pretty place, they need more round here.

Very nice place , no short term rentals

I was not aware that they did not take on short term rental rates. I am here working for six months and need something today. They also have a waitlist that Donna explained very well to me. She showed me around and it is a really nice place. Very well maintianed and taken care of. I thought it was only a year old but its actuaally seven years, looks new. Thank you.

Very clean and well decorated. Big tv's, nice swimming pool, fitness center and also a beauty saloon. Big movie room also . Close to shopping and nice people that I met there. No three bedrooms though.

I was looking forward to moving into Katie Manor. They do not have the small efficiency size rooms that I need. My income is too low for my monthly social security income. They were very nice there. Donna took so much time with me trying to help. Thank you katie maner.

Nice place

My sister n law lived there until she had to move in with family. It is a super place for elderly. I wish they had three bedrooms. I have too much stuff. Nice pool and fitness area. My wife would love the beauty saloon. Thank you Katie manor for being so nice and helping us.

Very nice, beautifully maintained complex for only over the age of 55. I would have rented there today if it would allow children, I have my grandkids that live with me. The staff was so professional and helped me in other ways though, gave me a lot of info for the area.

I work mostly but the time I've been here everything is nice, animals welcome, over all good , close to shopping center, grocerie story and gas station. Very convenient , has a pool and is very nice..

Great apartments in a great area.

These apartments are pretty new. Very well maintained. I got to see the place first hand, and it is very clean and nice. We getting married soon and need a one bedroom asap. Donna was very professional and accomodating in showing us around and helping us. I wish we had time to get on their waiting list. They allow pets and they have a beautiful pool.

I was hoping for a vacant room that I could move into asap. I need something by April 1, 2023. The facility is very large and very clean and neat. I really like the fact that there is controlled access and not everyone off the street can come into the building. This appears to be a great feature for older people. Build more complexes in this area please, thank you.

Really very nice apartment for 55 years of age and older.

Very nice complex for age 55 and older. Apply now for the future as they have a waitlist that is pretty long. I need something very soon so will not be applying but it it a very nice place. Allows pets, very professional staff, good location.

Very nice and well taken care of senior complex.

Really wanted to move into this place. I was not aware that everyotne that live there has to be over 55 years of age. I am only 53 but I will sure be moving there when I get 55. Donna showed me around and went over all the money it would cost to move in and what I needed to do to get on waitlist. It is so nice and clean. I can have my 2 dogs ther too.

Spacious living areas, great community for Seniors over 55.

Katie Manor is a very nice community for us older people. It has the biggest floorplans of any place I have visited. I will be staying with my sister near by for a few weeks. Very disappointed that there is a waitlist to get in at Katie Manor. Brandi was so caring in taking the time to show me around and give me all the necessary information. Very professional and helpful. Perhaps I will get on the waitlist if I dont move back up north. I would really like to live in this community.

Such a beautiful Senior Facility!

I would like to say how lovely this Senior facility is. It is very clean, neat and very well decorated. There is such a need for well managed Senior facilities in this area and Katie Manor is at the very top. I came to town to visit family and friends and decided to move here. Crestview is a very nice area. Katie Manor has quite an extensive waitlist. I need something very soon. Donna gave me a tour of the facility and explained everything regarding the application process and the waitlist steps that I need to take. Katie Manor is decorated so wonderful for this time of year. It makes all the residents feel right at home, I am sure. Thank you so much for helping me and showing me around Donna.

Love this place!

I moved into Katie Manor this year. I have thoroughly enjoyed the activities. I have also enjoyed making all kinds of new friends. My apartment is cozy and quaint-just enough for me. The maintenance staff here is quick and thorough. The office ladies are very nice and helpful. I would not want to live anywhere else.

Outstanding Senior community

I popped in to see if they had a studio apartment avaiable (a friend told me the wrong place that has studios). I was amazed at the place. It has such a beautiful, well taken care of facility. Donna gave me a guide around the place and I would love to live here. The Christmas decorations really make it feel like home. I spoke with a few tenants and they love it here. Hopefully if my income changes I will be able to get a one bedroom. Thank you donna for helping me and giving me all the information I need to get on waitlist soon.

Apt is light and open. Staff is execlent to help when needed. Residents are very friendly. Most of all I'm glad I can have my toy Poodle here with me,and have a nice area to walk him. I would recommend this to any one,of course you need to be 55and older
