Perfect place for me!

I have lived at Katie Manor for 6 years. I loved my apartment then and I love it now. I've met lots of people here that I consider to be like family. The building is very well kept. I think its cleaned every week. I enjoy the activities-some that are planned by the staff here and others planned by the people that live here. I would not want to live anywhere else.

Need more apartments like these for older folks. 5 star!

This is a very very nice place. I am relocating to help my sister and really wanted to live here. Such great reviews and I was given a tour by Donna and it is such a lovely place. They have a beautiful raised garden bed area and a very nice small pool. Spoke wi5 some very kind ladies on the porch and they also love their home. Thank you so much Donna for taking your time in giving me all the info and the tour, the complex is gorgeous. Please please build more complexes.

Love it here!

I really enjoy living here at Katie Manor. I moved here from a place that was not just for seniors so being around others that are at the same stage of life as me has been good. I enjoy the amenities here from time to time like the pool and movie room. I give Katie Manor 5 stars.

Making the adjustment to an apartment building verses owning my own residence, has gone smoother than anticipated. It is a very clean property. The amenities are a great bonus. The pool, Kitchen area for gatherings, the movie theater is great (currently needs repair to projection unit). Exercise/fitness room. Large television in the Common area. My only complaint is the location of the dog park. Right next to the smoking area. And there is no shade at all. Very hot. A larger canopy at the main entrance would be nice for rain protection. Its very nice for the price, no doubt! Hopefully City of Crestview will come up with a reliable, consistent shuttle or bus transportation for the Seniors unable to drive.

Very nice, very professionally managed. Beautiful facility

I was in hopes of getting a apartment when I wen there. I was not aware that there were no vacancies and a waitlist. I just sold my home and need a place quick. Donna showed me around and the 2 bedrooms are awesome. She explained the application process and the cost and everything very well but I gotta moove now. There a really nice movie room, a gum and a pool too. Wish they had more apartments. Thank you Donna for taking so much time and helping me.

Realize we are close to Walmart, hospital, pharmacy, fire station, Publix and lots of good doctors in our community. Also, we have several forms of getting therapy or other medical needs here at Katie Manor & transportation.

Great community, wonderful staff, plenty of activities. The building is still rather new. The staff keeps the place very clean. There are always holiday decorations and activities. There is an extremely diverse collection of residents here as well. I'm happy to be living here.

Very clean and up to date facility. Located in a very nice area of town.

I was given a tour by Donna and she was so very helpful in explaining everything that I needed answers for, even was treated to a cup of delicious coffee and a donut. The open area in the lobby and sitting/kitchen area is huge and very clean. I wish they had more apartments here. I got to meet a few of the people that stay there and they seemed nice also. Thank you Katie Manor and Donna.

I have found this community very nice and friendly. The staff does everything they can do to help you with any problem. The community is kept neat and clean. They could use a few more handicap parking spaces

Convenient location, close enough to big cities yet full of charm. Courteous staff, knowledgeable in all areas of apartment living. Very nice living for seniors with all the amenities. We need more security cameras on the parking lot.

Very clean and very well managed apartment complex just for Seniors 55+

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to get on the waitlist. They currently have no vacancies and I need someplace immediately. Donna was so very nice to take the time and show me around and explain everything. The complex is outstanding. It has a super nice swimming pool and screened in porches. There is a grilling area by the pool too. The 2 bedrooms are very large. they have two full baths. I wish there was more senior apartment complexs in this area. Thank you Donna for all your time and help.

Loving my home!

I absolutely adore my home at Katie Manor. As I mentioned in another review, the building is always so clean and our maintenance team is super. I lived on a farm for years and had no neighbors. I never really thought I wanted to live really close to people but I have enjoyed meeting all the people here and forming new friendships. We have lots of activities like bingo and pot lucks and such. There is even a hairdresser here 2 days a week. This is surely the place for me

It has a great location quiet setting and I really like our gardens that we as tenants have I mean some of us but the walk around the building the pool the screened porch and the other side by the gardens is open with ceiling fans. Also to have a maintenance man that is on property makes it very nice but sometimes like our movie theater room use to ave a big screen so we could have movie's but it's not now.All in all I'm very satisfied with my apartment but w you know we always like more. that's life but again I'm thankful for many things like excess to stores doctors restaurants and of course our fire department is a block away I'm thankful.

Very Beautiful Senior Community

Katie Manor is such a nice complex. It is very nicely landscaped and has a beautiful sparkling swimming pool for the Seniors. There is a walk around sidewalk for exercise if you dont want to use their very nice gym. Donna was so great. She gave me a tour of the property and showed me a 2 bedroom and it is huge and beautiful. She explained everything to me that I needed to know regarding renting an apartment. I think she was even disappointed when I told her I have my grandkids living with me. I met a couple of people there that had nothing but great things to tell me . I need to move from where I am because I will be getting my grandkids to move in with me, I was not aware that everyone must be over 55, that is good for seniors though. Maybe if something changes with my situation, I will be back to Katie Manor. Thank you Donna for your help.

Beautiful Property

I visited this senior apartment complex and found it to be quite amazing. I was deeply disappointed to find that there were no vacancies. If I had the time I would have got on the wait list but I need a place immediately. Brandi was such a pleasure. She helped me in everyway possible, made everything so easy to understand. She gave me a walk around the complex and it is beautiful. The pool, fitness and movie theater are spectacular. I could not believe how beautiful and clean the place is. perhaps they can build more complexes like this one to help the seniors in this area.

I really enjoy the peace and quiet afforded me here to pursue my reading and general hobbies. There are community activities such as Bingo, and birthdays, etc. in the community areas should you prefer. The grounds are very well kept and parking is plenty. Security is excellent. I am very, very happy here.

A c lean, quiet, friendly community. Very safe, no "porch pirates", everyone looks out for each other. My only negative comment is the kitchen cupboards are lacking and too small. Great place to live.

The maintenance staff are top knotch!! Always very nice. The office staff keeps everyone on their toes. Very much needed here. The Bingo activities and coffee and snacks in mornings are very nice also. Thank you Katie Manor for making our home so special.

This is a very unique community. It is located in such a good location, near hospitals and doctors. Donna was so pleasant to visit with. She showed us the place and we love it. Got to meet a few people that live there too, shared some coffee with them. Very nice movie room and fitness and swimming pool. We sure appreciate Donna helping us, she explained everything so good and helped us to figure our income up. I guess we are fortunate enough to have such a great income that we would not qualify. They have income restrictions, which we understand and thats good for people with the lower income. Very nice place though. Thank you Donna for taking the time to help us. God Bless.

No appointment was made but they showed me around the place anyway. Looked at a very huge 2 bedroom and this is what I need. It has 2 big bathrooms also. The place has a very nice gym and pool too. Donna was very professional and kind to help me with my income information. unfortunately my income is too small for the rent at Katie Manor. It is a wonderfull place though. Thank you donna.

I have lived here for several years and it is as nice as the day that I moved into it. It is very close to my favorite shopping spots and right behind the doctor and hospital. The units are so big and very nicely layed out.

Very nice and clean place. Donna was very professional at explaining everything and showing me around. I gotta have a one bedroom by December 5. Separating. The area that this apartment building is located is superior. Next to doctor offices, grocery stores to. I would love to live here but theres nothing vacant now to rent.
