It doesn't get any better than this!!! The office manager is so kind. She helped us from beginning to end. Th building is so lean and most people are friendly. The assistant manager explained our lease so good. I hope we never leave here

I am so happy with my new apartment, I love, love my apartment, people here are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Love that the other tenants are always involved doing something, playing bingo or just hanging around just talking and getting to know each other.

We moved into Katie Manor this year and we are so extremely happy. The community is so clean and well kept. The office staff go above and beyond to help all the people that live here. Some people take advantage of that but overall there are some great people that live here. I am so please with our move here. The activities they have each month for us are so sweet. I think that this company sjould build more communities like this, I know many that would live here if they were not fully occupied.

I love my apartment and all features of Katie Manor. Common areas are kept in great shape. Landscaping and outside of building is well kept up by staff. Residents are friendly and community minded. Overall, great place me, an active senior.

It's wonderful everything looks so new peaceful just very pleasant....It's a wonderful place to live if you are looking for a quietsecurity and things to do.So if you're looking for a quiet good security great things to do lots of restaurants hospital now by Walmart then this is the place because it's all of that and much much more

The apartment complex is very good at security. I feel very safe in my apartment. At night the parking lot is well lit as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like the ground plots that residents can maintain a flower or vegetable garden.

Staff is very friendly and so are some of the residents. I love that we have coffee during the week in the common area. I also look forward to enjoying the garden are now that it's getting warmer outside.

I went there to apply for an apartment but found that there is a waiting list and I need an apartment today. I was saddened by this because I loved the place. I was shown around by the manager and it is a very nice and clean place. The 2 girls in the office was so friendly and helpful. I wish they would have been an empty apartment.

I am just so impressed by Katie Manor Apartment Homes. Myself and my mother went to tour this community a few weeks back. She is looking to get on the waiting list for a 1 bedroom to move in this summer. They were having a resident function the day we toured and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I am thrilled that my mother will hopefully be living in such a nice, clean place!

"I am as happy as I can be here! I have been here since day 1 and I will be here for the rest of my days. I love my cozy apartment. I love the staff here. I don't use the amenities much but it is great to have them here in case I choose to. The building is very well kept. After almost 3 years, I still am very happy to have found Katie Manor."

I have been living here since it opened. I love it here and the staff are wonderful Location is so convenient to the stores, perfect location. The grounds always look beautiful and the cleanliness of Katie Manor is a 5 star.

I love this apartment community. Since we moved my brother into this community, he has done nothing but brag about how amazing the staff and all the nice people there. He loves to go have coffee each morning in the lobby area and visit with the others. Each week that I visit him, the place is so clean and fresh and the staff is so friendly. We were so worried about moving him in by himself, but it turned out to be the best thing that has happened to him! We are so thankful for Katie Manor.

I love living here. I love my apt. I love the amenities. Security is upper most in my mind as a senior. I feel very secure here. Katie Manor is close to Walmart and the local hospital. Since I don't have a car I am able to walk to these sites.

I find the apartment good value. Recent upgrades to outside lighting have made safety even more important People are friendly and there are frequent gatherings to socialize. I feel very comfortable here and have recommended it to my friends.

We moved my Mom in there because she wanted to be independent. She used to stay to herself most of the time, but now she is very active. She loves it there and it is exactly what we wanted for her. She tells us each time we talk to her how wonderful the people that work there are and she is meeting new ladies each day. We wished we had made this move to Katie Manor a long time ago. The grounds and inside the building is always so clean and fresh. Definitely a 5 Star Apartment community.

This is the best thing to happen to this area in many years. The staff is always so helpful and kind. The building is kept so clean. We had to move for family affairs, but would love to come back!!! The price that you pay for an apartment here is way lower than anything that is in the area that is brand new. I wish they had these up North. Katie Manor keep up the good work.

Katie Manor is like any other apartments that I have lived in over the years. Environment is clean and kept up properly. The sit down shower is my favorite part of the apartment. Apartment rooms are easy to navigate.

Upon meeting Management Brandi very helpful, full of information and made my move effortless with dates, time, and other helpful information. Other staff members, speak and treat you humanly. They are very approachable and acknowledge you respectfully. When you are new to your surroundings you can sometimes feel like a fish out of water. The Management team were and still is warm and inviting as also most of the residents here. I moved from a very bad situation and it was my hope and dream to turn that experience around here at the Manor. I now live and comfort and wake up with a smile each day. Being a widow is also new for me and I don't intend to be a victim I am a viable living human being looking to live well and I am doing just that. I love my surroundings at the Manor and I have plenty to keep me busy

These are very comfortable and clean and new.They are kept up very well inside and out. I feel very safe here which is very important to me. The inside common are always very tastefully decorated everyday and on holidays.

Beautiful home with state of the art decor, it's like living in a hotel. The community is kept up and The staff us delightful too! Love the commmuty gamed and get togethers. This will be my forever home

Katie Manor staff has provided me a safe and warm environment. I frequently use all of the amenities provided to me. I have resided here for less than a year. The three staff members have always been courteous and kind. I highly recommend Katie Manor to those who are looking for a 55+ community.

Nice area with many areas to explore. Close to stores and hospital. Only one problem. The only thing is the smoking area us in the heat, rain and awkward area and if you don't have a car and wheelchair bound it's horrible.
