Katie Manor is a good place for me and my two cats. I enjoy my room with a view overlooking the beautiful woodsy area in the back. The raised garden areas are nice for those that like to garden. The girls in the office are always so friendly and helpful. Nice facility. Five star.

It's very clean and quiet. Very conveniently located to everything. Everyone is real friendly. They have lots of different activities for you to do if you're not working. You have to have a card key to get in the complex, so this makes you feel very safe.

We really love our unit. It is just the right size for my husband and me. We have the enjoyment of a nice swimming pool and they allow pets here also. The maintenance is always taken care very promptly. I would refer Katie Manor to everyone.

I was shown around the complex with Brandy and she helped me understand all the qualifications to live there. She was very cordial and understanding. We will be moving in December and cant wait. It has a very nice swimming pool and a nice work out room and a dog park for animal owners.

Very nice facility for elders over the age of 55 that are still able to take care of theirselves. Dog park and pool are my favorite ammenity. I really enjoy chatting with the friendly staff. They are always so helpful. Fun activities to do to.

I am very pleased with all aspects of Katie Manor Senior Apartments. The apartments are very well laid out with wide open floorplans. The two bedroom two baths are very spacious. The activities that we have throughout the month are very fun and creative. The swimming pool is a nice change of scenery in the hot summer time and my great grands enjoy it occasionally. The office staff is fabulous when we need something, they are so helpful. The rules, some people dont like but they are in place for a reason.

I love my home at Katie Manor. I have a two bedroom and it is where I want to spend most of my time. They are very spacious and roomy. The management takes very good care of all of us. We have the funniest times down in the sitting areas, playing games and drinking coffee and snacks. Best place around for Senior living.

Good Times Roll at Katie Manor

Brandy is in charge of the office and dozens of other jobs that she tackles with a smile and efficiency. Her calm demeanor and pleasant manner go a long way in keeping the residents happy and contented. When things go wrong she quickly resolves the problem and knows who to call for help when it is needed. She is a valuable employee and very much appreciated by the residents of Katie Manor.

Great place to live

I have been living here at Katie Manor since 2019, which is five years. The staff in the maintenance crew are awesome Chris and Tim always come to the rescue in a time of need. I enjoy living at Katie Manor. I would highly recommend living here.

This apartment facility is a very nice place that is set up just for people our age and the office ladies and guys that work here are so so kind and helpfull allthe time I get to go to the beautful pool when it is warm enough and I love that alot. Such a pleasant facility. Very clean and office was so helpful.

I was treated so sweet when I visited this facility. Brandi explained all the rental requirements and showed me around the place. I was able to speak with a few ladies that live there and they spoke in very high regards of their home at Katie Manor. I will need to revaluate my income and perhaps this will be my new home.

Office staff have been very helpful whenever I have questions. I enjoy the weekly bingo games. Monthly birthday celebrations are fun. The interior of the lobby is always beautifully decorated for the seasons.

Income is not enough, Beautiful place

I was not aware that this was not based on your income. I make a little over a thousand a month. I cant be qualified to live there. It is a very very nice place and for anyone looking for the best in this area, it Katie Manor. You need to have the monthly income of two times the rent. Very nice place, swimming pool and fitness for exercise. I wish is was cheaper.

We will be relocating in January on a short notice, unfortunately. We must have a ground floor room with a roll in shower. I need to go on the waitlist and do not have time. It is a really pretty place and Donna helped us all she could. There wont be time for us to move here yet because nothing vacant.

Nice Senior facility. Must be 55 or older

We had a great experience on our visit to this complex. They were very accommodating. Donna gave us a tour, all the information we needed regarding the qualifications, policies and even enjoyed some of the tenants conversations. Very big units they have there. The two bedroom is very large and nice. We currently have 3 large breed dogs that are our babies. This is the only set back is they do not allow large breeds and only 2 pets are allowed.

I'm very happy with my apartment and the community. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I enjoy the use of the pool and other outdoor areas. The grounds are well kept and indoors very clean. The staff is very friendly.

Ideal place for any Senior over 55 years of age.

I had an appointment to tour the facility and I was not disappointed. It is a very well established and maintained apartment complex for independent seniors over 55. I was hoping for a more private area such as a screened porch or balcony. I was very surprised at the size of the two bedrooms, very spacious. I have two dogs and they love it on the screened porch where I am currently at. I will stay where I am for the time being. Thank you for the time at your beautiful facility.

The move here has been good. Facility kept clean. I've enjoyed the pool. Also great to have a lot of good friends as neighbors. I usually participate in all the activities. It is conveniently located to hospital, shopping, Dr's offices & many churches.

Extremely nice facility.

I had a very pleasant visit as I stopped to check on openings. I have three larger breed dogs and not sure what I would do without them. Donna gave me all the information and showed me throughout the facility. I was so thankful for the hot cup of coffee and the time spent with me. It is a beautiful place.
