Katie Manor is a wonderful place that is designed only for the 55 and older people. I wish I would have moved here a long time ago. It is the neatest place and all the people are so nice. The office people have helped me with anything I ask. Maintenance is fast to respond too. Very clean and I feel safe here to.

I really love my home at Katie Manor. It is such a great place for the seniors over 55. The maintenance staff and office staff are always so quick to respond to help us when needed. The place is kept spotless thanks to all the staff running around cleaning all the time. 5 star review for sure.

I was not aware that you had to be a certain age to live here when I went by to do an application. There is a 55 age requirement to qualify for these units. I wish there were some like this that the younger generation could live in. The place was super clean and I would have loved to live ther. Three stories and a cool pool.

I only need a small efficiency unit and they do not have those said units at Katie Manor. The area is perfect for the age of 55 and older. The facility is very nice and clean. Beautiful swimming pool and nice movie room and fitness center. The manager was very helpful in guiding me in a direction that my low monthly income can be accecpted. Thank you for the help and the coffee.

I wish there was more of these apartments. Very Nice

This is a very nice facility. I need something rather fast and am not able to go on the waitlist. It is a very clean and well located place. The manager showed me around and I really wished I had came down here sooner. It is nestled back in the woods and really close to the hospitals and shopping. Maybe one day I can live in this wonderful facility.

Beautiful complex for age 55 +. I would love to make this place our home

This is a lovely complex and we wanted so much to call this place home. Unfortunately our income is too high to live here. Donna took the time to show us around and explained the yearly income requirements. We are fortunate enough to have a nice income but unfortunate that we make too much money. Hopefully the limits will change one day. Thank you Donna for the special detailed and attention you showed us.

Very nice, clean complex. Staff treated us very professional and kind.

Dad and I stopped by without an appointment and the only disappointment was there is not any vacancy and a waitlist. We need something rather quick. I wish they had more rooms available. Donna showed us a lovely 2 bedroom (Just what we need) . It is very large with 2 full baths. My dad is in wheelchair and needs a roll in shower and handicap features. The complex is very beautiful. Nice pool, fitness area and a neat little movie theater. Thank you for spending the time with us.

Katie Manor is specially designed for Seniors 55 and over. It has very nice floorplans and the apartments are beautiful. The location is perfect. It is very close to shopping and doctors. I will be back when I turn 55 for sure.

Nice clean facility

Very nice and clean place. I thought they had three bedrooms here.I would have rented on site if they had. The pool and the gathering areas are beautiful. Unfortunately we have to have a three bedroom. Very nice staff and place.

Have lived here since it opened 8 years ago. Office and maintenance staff have treated us well and did a fine job. The common areas and the grounds are well maintained. The few maintenance issues we had were cared for promptly.

Hi absolutely love it here. Everything is very close. I feel safe. I'm close to family. Staff is excellent and there's a pool in the back which I absolutely love. Yes, I do plan on renewing my lease ??

A beautiful, well managed Senior Community

My husband and I were blown away by the appearance of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Donna showed us around the and let us look at a beautiful 2 bedroom. So spacious, 2 full baths also. No patios. The swimming pool is perfect for this area. We really liked that it is so close to everything in Crestview. The pet weight got us though, we have 2 Huskys (110/121 lbs each) that are our family and must go with us. We also need something immediately and are not able to get on waitlist.

I have lived here for 3 years now. I have enjoyed living here for many reasons. One of the main reasons is the office people are always very pleasant and tend to any issues I have promptly and efficiently. The maintenance guys are always nice and gets things done. Great place to live!

Very nice place, very long waitlist

I just moved from the Orlando area and had no idea everything is on a waitlist. I need a two bedroom ASAP. Really nice place though, very clean and nicely taken care of. Thank you Brandi for the guide around facility and the coffee.

Very pretty complex. Only 55 and older are allowed.

Popped in to put in application and wasnt aware that this was for Seniors over the age of 55. Donna gave me all the information and walked me around. Very pretty place. I have a couple more years to go before I can qualify. Thanks Donn for the coffee and all the information. See you in a few years.

Spectacular Community

I really really wanted to live at this community. I was so sadden that there are no vacant rooms available. I need something really quick. Brandy so so super to show us around and help us understand how all the financials work. I wish that there was more places like this. It was so clean and neat. Smelled so fresh. Brandy gave us some names of some communities around the area that may can help us. We need to move out where we are by 4/1. Thank you Katie Manor for your help.

This is the nicest, cleanest community I have visited in last month.

Katie Manor is the nicest place that I have visited in the last few months. I was not aware that it is for 55 + people only. I would move in here in a second if I qualified with my age. Donna showed me around and gave me all the information. They have a beautiful swimming pool and a great movie theater. Maybe one day they will have another community that is not just seniors. Thank you Ms. Donna for being so kind and walking us around and helping us.

The best it can be from an apartment this size. Kept very clean More activities and better notice of programs. Perhaps a bulletin board on each floor. Lots of barking dogs at times. Comfortable in my own apartment and enjoy it.

Very beautiful Senior Apartment complex

I stopped by on a whim to see the facility in hopes of renting a unit. I was saddened that they are full and have a waitlist. The place is so beautiful and all the people I got to meet while Donna showed me around were so kind. The fitness center, swimming pool and movie theater were very nice. Donna was so kind and generous to help me. The coffee was a plesant surprise. Thank you Donna and Katie manor for your help this morning.

I have had a positive experience in the short amount of time I have been here. Business is handled professionally, and in a friendly manner. Building and grounds are kept clean, as are common areas. Activities are planned and we'll instituted.

Hope to get mom in soon!

I toured this community last week, looking for an apartment for my mother. She will be moving here from Las Vegas next year. The apartment is exactly what she needs. It is clean and quaint. Some ladies were playing cards in the community room and they were happy to tell me about how much they love living at Katie Manor. I am gathering everything that we will need to get my mother on the waiting list. I am thinking she will really love living here.

Really clean place for 55 age and over.

I wasn't aware that the people all have to be over the age of 55. I really think this is a beautiful area and a nice apartment community. I did enjoy meeting the staff though. Donna was very nice. My Aunt was with me and she says when she moves down next year, she going to move here. Very clean.

When I visited Katie Manor, I was really impressed by the amenities and the cleanliness of the place. I can see myself using all of the amenities. I am getting on the waiting list because I am certain this is the place for me. While Brandi was showing me around some of the residents were painting pumpkins which I thought was really nice.
