Don't waste your time or money coming to this association. The management team and maintenance workers don't care about anything. It will take WEEKS for anything to be resolved, if they ever even acknowledge you. The community is always littered with garbage, loose dogs and random kids who don't even live in the association.

The apartment layout sqft is bigger than most neighboring apartment homes. The amenities are excellent and above average like tennis court and children playroom. It's a gated community with assigned parking.

I just feel that what is paid for here isn't cheap, so the maintenence and upkeep should be better. There are rodents going up and down the stairs every night. The trash area is disgusting and the trash bags leak from floor to floor when they're bringing them down.

We had a very disappointing experience. We waited for about 15 minutes, standing the entire time, as no one invited us to sit down or even acknowledged us. Despite the rain, we were not shown the amenities or offered any kind of courtesy. We understand the weather was not ideal, but this was not an appropriate way to treat potential customers. We hope they improve their hospitality and communication in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this community. While the property itself is nice, some of the rules are inconvenient and unlike other places I've lived. For example, the club lounge is only open when the leasing office is, which means it's closed on Sundays and after 6 PM. This makes it almost impossible to use if you work a standard schedule. There is also a required deposit and charge to use the grill, which feels unnecessary?most communities simply take an ID and return it after use. Lastly, the walking gate is often left unlocked, which creates safety concerns since it allows access without a FOB. These policies take away from what could otherwise be a better living experience.

The community back in 2017 was really nice, everything was clean and the quality of service and amenities were kept up but with the team everything started to fall down. When I want to use the gym there are people who doesn't even live in the condo. Now we have a bunch of trainers brining people from outside and the same with the pool

We moved to this community because it has outstanding qualities that set it apart from others. In the past, there was an excellent management team?attentive, responsive, and effective. There was greater security and a more thoughtful approach toward those of us who are long-term residents and intend to stay. The community had a strong record of timely payments and virtually no issues. There were also noticeable improvements in waste collection and maintenance of common areas. This is truly a valuable community. However, unfortunately, if good decisions are not made moving forward, the overall quality and integrity of the community will begin to deteriorate.

Is a very peacefull site.. the Apartments needs some of love in kitchen is very old cabinets and the kitchen Also.. but the community is quite calm. The problem is the parking because we don't have an assigned page and when you go out at Night and return late it is very difficult to find space maybe they will take it to review and assigned one parking for each apartment. Other improvements can be think change the Carpet for other floor, they can find options very accesibles, is very Hard maintenance the carpet Clean and without dust.

Well taken care of community. My apartment is spacious and has a great outdoor patio space. The office team and maintenance team are very approachable. This location is optimal and convenient in its location to shopping, the Palmetto, and the Turnpike.
