No help, ever. Emails say theyhave fixed problems, but no one ever comes. Mold everywhere. Staff does not know anything. Some are decent, most are rude and hate their job. Call backs NEVER happen. Staircases are filthy.

Overall our experience has been great. The office service has improved a lot attending to community problems. One point to improve would be security. Car gates are always open. Anyone is able to enter and reach our apartment doors at any time. Taking into consideration the fast growth of the city, to have a closed community with restricted access is a diferential value. That would be a must to have.

The community is very well located, has very good common areas, the ladies of the main office are very nice as well as the maintenance members, the apartments have very good distribution. But they have a terrible problem with the management of the condominium in many areas, which makes the positive things it has lose value.

the maintance staff is perfect, the community is nice, quiet, the neighbors are good, but the security is horrible. Anyone has access to the property, there are no cameras or security at the entrance. There are always people in the pool who do not live in the community

Grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is responsive, polite, and professional. There were no issues with the office staff. Trash removal service (daily) is a big plus. Parking is sometimes challenging, especially for the buildings on the west side of the complex. I have been here almost a year and am satisfied with the experience. I intend to renew my lease.

maintenance is a huge problem, they always have an excuse on why they can't fix something and of course the blame is always on how the tenant is using it. we have rats in the back porche, they brought pest control suposedly, rats still there, you are sitting enjoy the lake and the rats just stroll by

Maintenance has knowledge of the operations of appliances, and they are giving you advice on how to best use the appliance and prevent damages. Your dishwasher is completely operable, their advice is valid. If you use regular dishwasher soap like Palmolive or Dawn, it creates too many bubbles, and the dishwasher does not work properly. They recommended you use Cascade which is the appropriate dishwasher detergent. Rest assure, that will solve your dishwasher problems. In reference to the rats, pest control measures have been taken to control your concern. With the cooperation of our Residents in keeping the community clean, this will also deter rodents and other pests. We greatly appreciate everyone's assistance in following the trash rules.

At first Loved it as months went by I started disliking the complex. Maintenance doesn't do a good job. Security socks, my car was stolen and I got more information about the theft in the area from the police than management.

Dear Verified Resident, We appreciate your feedback and expressing your concerns. Our maintenance staff does a great job in handling work orders. Work orders are completed in the order they come in. Unfortunately, sometimes some work orders come in that take priority over other previous work orders due to emergencies. I can assure you that your work orders will be completed in a timely manner. I am sorry to hear about your vehicle. We do provide a security service overnight but as the police, the security cannot be at every place all the time and things tend to happen just like they happen in any neighborhood. The police department is the correct place to inquire about that kind of information. I'm happy to hear they were able to assist you with your concerns. For all other inquiries in reference to The Atlantic Doral, please do not hesitate to contact us at your earliest convenience.
