Maitanance is not good and many issues on parking..I am working on second shift..when I reach at 11pm..no parking available. Please allocate designated parking for every unit. Two days back, I got the parking on entrance, while walking to my building group of people was outside and started commenting. bit scared.

Beautifull property. Great maintenance and administration staff. Has serius issues with trash management. Great location, virtually near of everything including Turnpike and Palmetto Expressway. Very peacefully.

Valet trash is a feature we provide to alleviate the burden of having to walk your trash to the compactor. All the appliances are horrible The washer machine dosent work The dishwasher is discusting the neighbors leave the trash from the morning in the hall. it's disgusting the pool is not cleaned well The community administration is very bad

Thank you for advising of your concerns. We have addressed the valet trash situation in the past. Please do not hesitate to report violations as we take them very seriously and levy fines on the violators. Our pool is maintained and serviced 4 times a week, monitored by the city and always been in compliance. We take great pride in our amenities and will look out for anything out of the norm that have awaken your concerns. Our appliances are in great conditions. Community is approximately 6 years old. If you have any issues with your dishwasher we will address immediately. Please do not hesitate to come by the office and advise of your unit.

Good Community and have all facilities. Good for families and bachelors. Staffs are good and helpful. Manitence staffs are realy very fast. However, only the problem is rent which is high for this apartment.

Please understand that there are 360 units in this community and although all service orders are taken with the same consideration, sometimes there can be an incidents where we must divert our attention due to an emergency.

Our community is gated but as you mention not controlled access, we place a security guard in the evenings from 7pm to 7am to compensate for the accessible gates.

I moved here 5 years ago. I have no complaints. Very relax and secure complex. Staff is great, always willing to help. Maintenance request is handle same day and I will definitely recommend people to come and rent an apartment here. AAA+

excelente, el condominio es tranquilo, solo tiene 2 debilidades, la piscina cierra muy temprano en comparacion con otros condominios, No es termica, y para las areas comunes se tiene acceso sin llaves.

Good morning and thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in keeping our community clean at all times. The grass around the lake is always clean as we make our rounds on a daily basis. Professional pressure cleaning is done quarterly in all the breezeways and stairs. We highly recommend to all residents to use their trash bins instead of placing the bags on the floor to keep the floors clean. We do our best to address all calls pertaining to cleaning as we are not everywhere at all times. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week and we pick up the pool deck every morning. As it is everywhere, it is the Resident's responsibility to pick up after themselves and take care of the property in which they live in.

Smart and well-mannered staff. Clean and modern apartments. Ample parking. Close to convenient retail - Publix, TJ Maxx, pharmacies, and banks. Price is higher, but you avoid the high down payment others charge to get in.

Doral has become an exclusive community in Miami and the demand for Real Estate is rapidly growing. Our amenities are open on Saturdays until 5 pm. Unfortunately, Sundays we are closed but the Pool is open daily from Dawn to Dusk and we have our gym conveniently open 24 hrs.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is hard to get in touch with and if you have issues there is nothing done about them. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. This complex is overpriced and the clientele that live here are very disrespectful. Unless you like listening to screaming children or loud music at 2:00am in the morning, don't move here.

It has been a Good experience but the parking is a disaster. New rules have to be implemented. We have to be more struck with the trash and pets trash. The cement flor is a terrible look and feel for the community. The outdoors flor in the buildings are very dirty
