The community is a very beautiful area. Most of the apartments nearby are a very quiet and respectful place to live. Never had an issue. Just the garbage disposal and maybe the parking for guests. It's a very good place to live besides those two things.

Maintenance staff: mainly Angel and Jaime are always very courteous, professional, and have demonstrated to care, sometimes going above and beyond the call of duty. Office management staff: I can only say great things about Lidia, she usually saves the day, and and seeks to find ways to solve issues, she is truly the person that keeps the community afloat. As for the main manager I can not say the same at this moment.

Absolutely great community, smooth process, and even better prices/deals. I moved due to military orders on short notice and was able to complete everything in a week and move in the same week. If I had to do it all over would use the same process and 100% without a doubt go with the same apartment company.

Then term luxury apt is a scam. Most items around the complex are old or damaged. Most then half of the gym Macy are broken and very old. The garage looks like a city dump. Office has zero customer exp.

Its a good community, with comfortables, and good conditions apartments. Office and maintenance staff are kind and eficient. Its near to supermarkets, restaurantes, pharmacy and many others facilities at Doral city. Its a good place to live.

Esta es una comunidad tranquila, familiar. Los apartamentos son comodos y de buena distribucion. Todavia se mantiene en buen estado! Sus instalaciones y comodidades. Esta muy bien ubicada, muy centrica, cercana a todas las vias de acceso.

Very nice community, convenient sports facilities, outdoor spaces, great location close to schools, supermarkets, Restaurants, Cafes, easy access to public transportation, professional maintenance staff. Highly recommended.

Everything is quite good, some cleaning details and some details when receiving the apartment, if there is a little bit of daily cleaning in the common areas, the bicycle storage points are a disaster, and some sources of garbage along the roads

Could be better, lousy neighbors ,people are not picking up after their dogs, too many bikes taking up car spaces, they should have their own space to park. The jacuzzi should be fixed at the pool. Community used to be cleaner.

I don't have to much to say about, but I think when they put the new manager nothing is the same. For example garbage is a messy and we pay for de pest control and never we get a visit from the company

The staff is great and the community is quiet. You will love living here, and it's close to everything. Gated apartment buildings, but would really like it if we had access control where guest would have to be buzzed in or added to a guest list to get past the security guard.

Wonderful location with great amenities. The office staff Tiffany was amazing, she helped me have a smooth transition and answered all my questions and concerns. so far everything has been amazing and I am happy to have found this apartment.

Unsafety community, zero support for the tenant by the team and the company, lousy management, location close to the dump so sometimes the environment stinks, low maintenance of common areas, some moldy apartments, the clubhouse is the one for the entire city of Doral there are no access controls
