No good the neighbors are too bad The pool is used for all the miami people less neighbors from Atlantic Doral. No security no supervision nothing 1 security really? Everyone have a pets. But no bags. In just 2 stations. Really!!!!

This community is very clean, apartment was beautiful and rent was reasonable compare to the market. Office staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to have assigned parking since parking seems like an issue here.

My experience in this community has been good in general, you live in an environment of peace and tranquility. However, so far this year 2023 I have noticed a lot of decline in the Complex. I want to express my concern about the deteriorating conditions of our residential complex. I am not an owner, but I think and act like this place is mine. I have lived in this community for 15 months now and I would like the physical condition of its facilities not to decay and deteriorate due to lack of attention and maintenance. The aforementioned is based on the fact that both the jacuzzi and one of the fountains have not been in operation for more than 1 month. Many of the light poles around the lake path are off or down (they are not well fixed to the ground), the gym is dirty and full of dust (looks like it's not cleaned often), and as in addition, we are presenting security problems in the parking areas and corridors. All this has led to Atlantic Doral having a low rating on Google. In summary, there is a great lack of care and management on the part of the management of this residential complex. Good physical condition and services are the main sales tools to attract new tenants and make those of us who already live here stay for a long time.

Los dos promeros a?os me parecieron muy buenos.. hoy en dia me son regurales, he visto a la policia muy srguido, cobran el alumbtamiento de la urbanizaci?n y la mayoria de veces esra ocuro y estan cobraron por tener que renovar contrato que me parece muy mal porque todo es online por lo menos ya wue cobran deberian dar una copia impresa

el condominio es precioso, mucho espacio de estacionamiento aunque no tiene puesto fijo, areas comunes bellisimas, la vista desde mi apartamento da a la laguna y es un espectaculo! las condiciones del apartamento no son las mejores pero por ahora todo bien, nada que no se pueda arreglar, el tema de la basura si es bien heavy

The buildings, spaciousness, gym, pool, and lake are good. The staff is good. Management is good. Dog poop is found everywhere due to lazy residents. Neighbors are too noisy. No regard for others. Trash bags are left in front of my house door. Lazy neighbors. In short, the community & management is good, and the residents are not so much.

The Atlantic Doral is the best place to live in Doral today, modern, spacious and very well maintained apartments, clean and beautiful outdoor areas. It is a pet friendly community with a park for our pets where they can run and play. The pool is large and very comfortable, it is the perfect place to share with families and friends, beautiful view of the lake makes the place an oasis in the city.

The Atlantic Doral should not be your first choice if you're looking for a community that values cleanliness, safety, and high quality living. While the management team is making improvements, they do not enforce community guidelines/rules, which reduces the value of living here. Many Airbnb rentals and unenforced parking rules for guests make it difficult to park if you get home after 9pm. Shopping carts from Publix thrown into lake or left on sidewalks in common areas. Trash and dog waste in lake and sidewalks. Trash in hallways of building common areas without receptacles staining the floors. High rental prices with low value.
