The staff and maintenance are extremely nice and they will be willing to help with anything that's broken, the pool and gym sometimes gets closed 30 mins earlier and it's normally open until 7:30-8 pm. Trash times are pretty inconsistent. There's barely any security and anyone can just get in and get out as they please.

The Valet Trash is completed every evening except for Holidays. Times may vary by the time they get to your door depending on the work load. Our community is not a gated community and is not advertised as a gated community. We provide a service of an unarmed roaming security guard as a deterrent.

The community is excellent, I love it and the apartments are spacious, big, comfortable. Very nice. Needs to improve the security, door entrance, dog's control without rope, and take action with residents who do not comply with the rules of the condominium.

The community is beautiful and quiet, the property manager Lidia is very professional and Angelica very efficient, the maintenance technicians are incredible, efficient, professional and pretty kind. I don't regret to rent here, the area is perfect with everything around.

It has been a very nice experience overall. The management responds to issues that arise, which are few and far between. If there is an issue that requires more communication, being able to speak to management on site is helpful. No apartment is perfect, but I have not had any problems that did not get resolved promptly and with due diligence. The visitor parking/towing situation could use some more discussion as the time when the tow company starts to circle is not clear, esp if the visitors parking is full on a Saturday night and you have guests over for a few hours. You don't want your guests afraid of being towed during dinner, and I've received two sets of info (one from mgmt, one from the night guard who sees the tow company every night). The apartment is located close to a lot of conveniences, like Publix and Aldi, and very close to the turnpike. All of this makes it a great place to be overall.

I love my community here and the group of friends I have now met. We debated on moving just for money purposes and after we looked at another community down the street and close to the dog park for my convenience, we still decided to pay a little more and stay here because it made us realize how clean and orderly and how hard the staff works to keep this place looking great! We love this place and are staying right here!

Very week security, no security cameras in the community, no proper security for our cars, bicycles and scooter and bikes. No proper response from the leasing office and inadequate response from Maintenance. I lost my parked car and bike from reserved parking lot. They says gated community but anyone can come into the community without permissions. Just gates will be kept but opens the gate if bring our car near to gate. It's very expensive to and overall average or below average.

We do our best to provide a safe and comfortable community to live in but there are times that things happen even under a watchful eye. Our community is not 100% gated. The gates are more of a deterrent rather than a safety gate. We are in conversation about adding cameras to our gates but it will be some time before it comes to fruition. Fake advertisement. Over priced for what is given to you. Dirty. Horrible and unprofessional management. These apartment have nothing "luxury" about them. Management did not care about giving me a dirty apartment which included a pooped toilet.

Thank you Verified Resident, we greatly appreciate your feedback. Our maintenance staff is very dedicated and diligent in their efforts to get work orders done on time. Work orders are handled in the order they come in except for on occasions when we receive an emergency work order such as Air conditioning, hot water heaters, leaks etc. These take priority and get bumped to the front. We are in the process of implementing new strategies to better service the trash collection and governing of the trash policy. I am happy to tell you that the community will be undergoing a complete painting of the exterior building and a deep pressure cleaning of all hallways will take place. Looking forward to continue serving you at our community, The Atlantic Doral.

This place is too expensive and office staff is not friendly. Only good thing I can see here is the maintenance staff. Every time renewal, the rent is increasing 150 to 200, this is too much. I wont recommend this place.

Very pleasant community. More on the upscale side of apartment living. Haven't had not one problem in a year and a half other than slamming the doors by other tenants. Door slamming should be fixed by adding a manual or hydraulic door closer to help keep things more quiet when entering and exiting the apartments.

The unit is nice and comfortable. Common areas cleaning and upkeep needs to improve. Side walk need urgen power wash. Pet policy need to be enforced. Overall it's fine. Jacuzzi needs to be fix . Thanks

Thank you Verified Resident. I appreciate you bringing up your concerns. The amenities are cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. We do our best to keep up with the usage and cleaning up after everyone. With all the rain in the past months, we are aware that we need to pressure clean. Pressure cleaning is scheduled for right after the Thanksgiving break. As for the Jacuzzi, it is in perfect working order. We have it taped off with a #STOPTHESPREAD tape due to not being enough space for Social Distance. We have taken all necessary precautions to protect our team and our residents during these difficult times.
