It's a great community rental, prices are too high. They are working to fix all problems in the neighborhood... for that price I rather have available parking for residents and visitors and better security...

I love living here, except for the minimum security the community has: no restrictions to access the gates (car or pedestrian), no security cameras, security staff only during the nights (if they go) from Monday to Friday (never on weekends)

Unfortunately I have had the worst experience ever since I moved to the US in 2014. I lived in Miami, then Boston and now back to Miami on what I could say is the worst community management ever. Top Manager Mr Augusto Taylhardat, have not been able to deliver his promises on the safety and cleaning of the buildings. It is awful to invite my friends as it awful dirty outside of the apartments. Windows are full of mold and the trash issues are very serious. I have made my recommendations but all of them have kept in promises and lack of commitment by the manager or office staff (maintenance staff tries to work with the tools they have). There are many options, better than this and on better prices. If you are moving in, good luck, if you are still thinking, take Atlantic at Doral out of your choices. Carlos Perez Current Resident

well , I have read all the reviews and must of them are 100 % correct . we moved here almost 4 years a go , and maybe on any other place or location in the world you will fill special after spending all that money .. But here im just a good person giving them money every month and thats it .... I know this is a business , But comment sense must be something very simple" if you know you have a Tennant that has many option to moved else were and he still stay and don't moved ? " in my opinian thats a very very good customer to take care " but thats only my opinion..... But I wish the service was a lot better for the money they get every month from us .. they already know what to do and it is not that hard to manage a place like this ... all you have to enforce are the rules and thats it . I really hope this place one day gets back on there feat on the management side .... Because everything is not about money only ... Principals has to kick in one day " if you need to talk to me one day and get real advice from a Tennant and a friend ? don't hesitate to contact me . you will know who I am ... Im maybe the only person here renting for almost 4 years ... MM / RM

I have lived at The Atlantic Doral for three years. While at the beginning the apartments had strict rules and regulations, something changed a year ago. The regulation and rule to only place your garbage out after 6pm at night, in a canister goes unenforced, even after letters and treats of fines. People put their trash out in the morning, in just plastic trash bags and then they leak everywhere. The pool is open season for anyone that wants to come through the open gates. We are provided fobs, to no need for them. The pool restrooms are always open, and the gates, well all you do is pull close to them and they open. People have all type of stuff on their patios which is also against the rules and bikes are left for months on bike racks rusting. Newer people are moving in and teenagers are constantly roaming, throwing trash on the driveways and parking areas. People are nice in the office, but when this lease runs out, I am gone. Management take notice, if you don't, take the luxury living off the sign, because this place is going unmanaged and unkept.

The apartments are very nice and have fantastic amenities inside; granite, stainless steel, etc. The rents are pretty high, but are on par for what is standard in Doral. The grounds are very nice and the pool area is great; the gym is good enough and the clubhouse is pretty standard. The area around Doral is pretty awesome as they just constructed a new plaza right across the street making shopping REALLY convenient. Two major highways are just minutes away making everything in the Miami area about a 30 minute drive. Where there are issues is with the management and residents; both could care less once the lease is signed. The residents don't particularly care about the community and don't respect the rules at all. They pay no attention to the hours for the vallet trash and leave garbage whenever and wherever. They walk their dogs and allow them to relieve themselves pretty much wherever the dogs decide instead of the designated Bark Park. If you're lucky few will clean up after their pet, but the majority just look the other way. Parking is a disaster; if you are unlucky enough to live in one of the buildings in the front of the complex then you have 51 spaces to accommodate 48 apartments. Go ahead and do the math for a typical couple/family who probably has two cars. I recommend having a bicycle with you if you come home any time after 6. The office does their best to appear as if they are actually taking care of issues by sending email reminders, etc. There is rarely a fine enforced as they are more concerned with filling empty apartments. Go ahead and try calling at any point during the day and you will know exactly what I mean. When they don't answer their excuse is they are short staffed and showing the property. Outside of they they do little else to make you feel like a person; you are basically just a rent check. If you enter the agreement knowing that you will receive little to no attention from the office and just a lot of fake empathy this is a good place to live. The schools are awesome, the pool is great, and the location is perfect. Just have low expectations for all of the services that make it appealing to rent an apartment.

Quality apartments among the four complexes in the surrounding area. Real hardwood floors, thick granite counter tops, hardwood 42" cabinets, and comfortable layouts, Beautiful lake view. Outside landscaping, dog park, and pool area always kept nice and neat. Professional, personable, and competent management team, complemented by a wonderful and attentive service team.

Awful place to rent, although new, it is very cheap construction/materials. Noisy all day long and the landfill smell make it unbearable. Parking spaces is a problem on a daily basis. Stay away from this place. Be aware.
