The Atlantic Doral is a great community offering you all the amenities that you need and in a good location. The staff is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel at home the moment you step your foot in the office. Everyone that we have encountered so far have genuinely been so helpful and kind. It's nice to see there's a sense of community amongst the neighbors, and overall we are happy being here.

the maintenance people always professional and helpful. the office never answered the phone we need surveillance cameras in any building the security no is enough to all community my vehicle was vandalized and no have proof for the police

This is a really nice place to live in. I would recommend for families. The property is very clean and secure. I had a very good experience with the moving process. I would like to thank Alexander the property manager and Daniela and Nicholas for being so professional doing their job. I would also like to thank the maintenence guy Angel who was very helpful. Me and my daugther are very happy that we chose this property to live in. I really recommend this place.

Los pasillos se acaban le lavar a presion y se lavan a menudo. La comunidad no es una comunidad cerrada pero si les tenemos una compania de seguridad en las noches. Dear Verified Resident, Thank you for providing your thoughts on our current pricing. We do Market Surveys every week to be sure we are maintaining competitive pricing. You may be thinking that other communities are giving out specials of 1 and 2 months free and therefore we are more expensive. Our pricing is competitive and even lower than most communities in the Doral area as we adjust our pricing based on those specials. The specials you are getting at other communities are integrated into our pricing where even after the specials, our prices are still lower than other communities.

Bad begining, the day we moved in my 2 cars were towed away, saturday night, rain and no sticker from the office. Some security guard made money on me. Who is to blame ? Management I believe. Any ways I believe this was intentional and I pay for someone else mistake

Thank you for advising of your concerns. It is unfortunate to hear that your vehicles were towed the first night. Our process is to provide the decals at the time of move ins, but you must have your vehicle present at the time. Our office is open until 6pm and we can place the decal on your vehicle during office hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

My wife and I love this community. Over the years we have lived in a couple of apartments complex and non of them (by far) come even close to Atlantic Doral. Living in an apartment comes with challenges that are inevitable, but The Atlantic Doral mitigates those to the max. So far, we love it here.

As we continue to monitor parking, we look to adding more visitor spaces if the volume allows for it. I am happy to announce that the grills are being replaced and will be ready for use this week. It's a safe and clean community. Close to a shopping center. It has a lot of amenities, gym, pool, hot tub and a play area for the kids to play. The personal is friendly, from the handing man to the office people are nice people. I recommend this rental community.

Thank you for your feedback, please be advised that security is not guaranteed anywhere. We do provide a security guard from 7pm to 7am each day. Towing is enforced to control parking for the convenience of the Residents. There is absolutely no connection between the security guards and the towing company. Our breezeways are being pressure cleaned at this moment and are pressure cleaned every quarter. it is the resident's responsibility to follow the trash policy and place their trash in the bins provided by management.

This community has been a nightmare from the first day that i moved in. Everything that you can think of is wrong in this community. from the security ,to the security gates that open and close automatically to anyone and everyone, so if bad people want to coming in their are welcome, like it has happen in the past where three cars tires where stole, three cars where left with no tires. the only good thing about this community is the gym,pool and tennis court thats about it.

It's great, except for the amenities management, everything is available only during office hours, except for the gym and outdoor pool. Haven't been able to fully enjoy my money's worth. No gate pass codes needed to access the community, its something that I didn't notice until I moved in, it's actually a great lack of security, since there is no control over who comes in and if I allow them to visit me or not.

Wow, this has the best community I have ever been in. Very safe and clean place to live and, I greatly recommend it. It is very close to two whole squares with plenty of places to eat, look, and shop. Great place to live!

Used to like it more when i first moved. The building was cleaner, and quieter. It was sad to know by the tv news, that cars were vandalized in the community. No staff members alerted us. I haven't seen anyone cleaning my buildings in 2 years, besides the guy who cleans the ceilings. It is also advertised as a gated community, but the gates open to everyone, and people come and go in via the bushes on the 76th st.

Thank you commenting on your concerns. We do our best to keep the community at it's cleanest at all times. Our maintenance staff works hard everyday to keep The Atlantic Doral looking beautiful. Your breezeways are pressure cleaned every quarter and in between when necessary. if you need assistance with your area, please let us know. The vandalism of vehicle is an on going issue throughout Doral and the surrounding areas. An email blast was sent out on the day of occurrence but rest assure we have the police and our security company on high alert. This community is not advertised as a gated community. The entry gates are in good repair and serve as a deterrent.
