I believe for the amount paid for rent, the community should definitely invest in a better trash removal company. The one you use, currently leaves trash bags and trash everywhere. I have seen trash bags left behind in the middle of the streets. Sometimes I believe trash bags rips, and trash falls, and they don't bother to pick it up. Another thing is how disgusting the floors look in the building hallways because of the trash. A deep pressure clean is definitely needed. It looks really bad and it makes me not want to bring guests around due to how ugly it looks.

I love this community it really feels at home, the commons areas are great, everything is really clean. Great schools are near, shopping plazas with markets, restaurant's, gas stations all really close to this community even walking distance. And the best is the staff they are loving and caring

Amazing experience in the neighborhoods, can't complain about it. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. It is a lot of space for the parking lot , and they have security all night looking around the neighborhood and making sure the peace and safety of the Lovely Community of Atlantic

This community is fairly new and should be better maintained as it is now. I live in the third floor and I've had multiple issues with licking roof though drywall, repairs was done on the roof but the drywall inside the apartment are not fixed. Amenities are well maintained but the pool was closed for 4 months last year, not good. The gym needs maintenance in weight machines and new equipment that are damaged and/or obsolete. Trash area is a mess!!!! neighbors are dumping big furniture freely despite emails sent from the office saying that it's prohibited, so I'm assuming they are not fining these non-sense neighbors as they say they would in multiple communications. We need security cameras and coded gates. Anyone can come in to this community and dump their garbage or furniture here.

Looks pretty from a distance. Good paint and landscaping. The amenities are outdated and often out of service. (Gym, pool, playground) Water is yellow. Outdated stovetop. Check your apartment before moving in. Carpets were not cleaned although we were told they were "professionally" cleaned. Many of tenants do not respect trash or dog poop rules. Office staff disregards any concerns. Maintenance tries to do their best with what they get.
