Great experience so far! The buildings are older but the staff have been helpful and willing to repair and/or upgrade problem items as necessary. The location is great, except for the lack of a traffic signal at the exit, but that is outside the control of the community.

So far my experience has been good. No bugs, neighbors are nice and close stores to walk to. Maintenance requests have been an issue, not major but enough to complain about. Overall not a bad place to live. I think I got lucky with my neighbors.

this is a very quiet community, the management is very friendly and efficient and I'm very happy to live here. the complex has excellent access, we are very close to interstates 1-95 and 1-295, also close to shoppins malls

This is a great community the staff is nice and good maintenance team. The senior residents have bible study together, enjoy the pool together, andplay free bingo at ----'s wings together. No porch pirates are here.

No, I'm not discussing this. Simply as that I don't know why I have to submit this. Overall my time was okay besides the problems with my bathroom and the pest control problem. I will not be renewing my lease.

fine untill the mold came and it was lazily covered up with spray paint. please figure out how to have proper staff that knows how to actually repair and not cover up damage until more damages come up

It's a great location for me. You have quick access to just about everything you'd need. Spacious apartments with ample storage, 2 pools and a nice trail to go for a walk. I've been pleased with my stay. No complaints from me

Great location, they are working on improvements, but many residents are still having problems with RATS. I also would like to see the water ponds full and it would be great to have 1 pool for adults and one for families.

A nice place to live, but the fountain out in the middle of the lake is not going -it was oneof the big draws to our moving here- extremely disappointed! Would like it if grounds were kept up like they did were when we first moved in!

My experience at the View at Mandarin has been a nice one. Moved in about12 years ago. It's very friendly with beautiful grounds.. I have a 1 bedroom apt that I love. Nice patio and view. My neighbors have been here awhile and it's like family. The location is also a big plus here.

The community is well maintained. The Property Manager and Maintenance Staff respond in a timely manner to your concerns and needs. The amenities are not high end, but neither are the rent amounts. As a single woman, I feel perfectly safe here. My only complaint would be the few aggressive dogs they allowed in.

In the beginning it was great very peaceful but now you are letting in illegal aliens and they are not complying with our rules especially in the pools very loud music and putting up large canopy tents
