It's ok..the only thing I am at all happy with, is the smokers upstairs ? These were or are suppose to be smokefree apartments. Cigarettes butts on the sidewalk and on my back porch are ridiculous.

The community itself isn't bad however I don't understand after having lived here for two years rent increased over $200 when I renewed my lease this past year. It's a very small apartment and the building I'm in is located by a very busy intersection which means constant traffic all day all night, nothing but loud cars and loud music constantly blaring and shaking the walls. I haven't had a moments peace and quiet since I moved in. I know that's out of managements control but to force me to pay over $1200 a month for this is absurd.

We have already asked for some maintenance that has not been done, our bathroom has been waiting for 2 weeks to be repaired, our stove does not want to change it, it is old and always causing problems, the bathroom ceiling also needs to be repaired and so far nothing has been done, we are not satisfied with the what is happening we just want you to change the stove and make the necessary repairs

I've had a pretty good experience so far. The maintenance team is very helpful and nice. It is a safe area and everyone is nice here. The complex team is very quick to respond to any issues or questions. The complex itself is maintained very well.

Great staff and crew. Location is outstanding. An abundance of shopping restaurants hotels and services within 5 minutes of property. I feel my unit is dated but have never been in any other unit. A bit pricey but safe and nice folks. Be well be safe.

A great place to live!!

I have lived at this complex for several years and it is a great place to call home. The office staff is amazing and maintenance is quick to fix a problem within 24hrs or less. If you are looking for safety and a quiet place to live, move here.

The community is quiet, cozy and well maintained. It's a smaller community which I enjoy. The lake view is impeccable. The grounds and landscape are beautiful. The staff are very helpful and personable.

My experience has been underwhelming, at best. Management is rude, unprofessional, hostile, and negligent. They don't notify tenants when they spray bleach which shoots under the door and into the windows due to poor upkeep. It has been a subpar experience in every regard, they advertise a video of a nice apartment on their website which is far from what you receive once signing your lease. The back of the apartments which are supposed to have an emergency fire exit are unstable and dilapidated, there is copious amounts of mold, the vents look like they haven't been cleaned in years, the amount of pests are unmanageable even though we are made to pay for pest control. Maintenance is rude and inconsiderate, they do not complete work orders. All staff members treat tenants like we are an inconvenience, needless to say I would NOT suggest friends or family to get a place here, I will not be renewing my lease; if I were able to get out of my current lease I would.

Overall I've really enjoyed living here. Any issues that I've brought up over the past 2 years have been handled thoroughly and in a timely fashion. This includes digging a new drainage route since some pets were flooding.

It's just been an okay experience. It's an older complex and definitely not worth what they're charging for rent. These units have not been renovated. They paint over everything, even the bathtub, and the windows don't stay open (in my unit anyway). The doors need to have better seals. Under the carpet it feels like there are broken tiles. Mainly, the office staff could work on communication - they don't like to answer questions and will sometimes ignore you flat out. Unless it's in person, which is rough for someone who lives alone and can't be home during the hours the office is open. Even when I request a phone call, they don't care. Super unprofessional. But I needed a place to stay and it's worked out. Outside is nice and kept clean. My unit has a lovely view. Seen some beautiful sunsets in the several years I've been here. The complex is located within walking distance of several gas stations, fast food joints, grocery stores, and other shops. Definitely a convenient location. Also these units have washer/dryers which is a huge plus.

The best place to live, friendly environment, perfect staff, for anything that you can have they just answer and find a solution for your problem, calm place the view it's amazing, a have a lake view from my apartment and I really enjoy the viw!

The location of apartment complex is proximity to just about everything you need. The staff at the office are very professional, especially the maintenance crew. I am not able to rent from this apartment community at the moment due to availability but the energy I received when i walked into the office was stellar. Erica was a pleasure to speak with and she was able to help guide me with different activity i am able to do in the area. I was not able to walk a unit, but the virtual tour was better than I expected. I am waiting to see if something comes up for a 2 bedroom.

The view is great here and so are the people. We never had any issues with people here and it's quiet. Maintenance responded quickly to any work orders put in. Also very pet friendly and there are poop bags supplied for you.

I enjoy it very much. I wish the prices on the apartments were a bit lower as the sqft for price seems a bit high. But all in all it's an enjoyable apartment complex. I am looking to reup my contract and move into a larger apartment and I wish there was a discount for people who have always paid on time.

Leasing office ok Maintence very good Lawn great I am on bottom floor 1 bedroom and there is a family of 3 above me and they are very loud. I feel families should be seperate from singles Would also suggest adult pool and child pool

This is the worst managed apartment complex in Jax. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and would advise anyone considering moving here to look else where. The staff here is completely unprofessional and all they care about is the rent.
