Staff is amazing, the girls in the office are always helpful and very friendly. Maintenance are always there the same day that I put a work order in, the apartments are nicely renovated and I'm happy I only have carpet in my bedroom.

The office staff are amazing!!! Christina helped make my move in as smooth as possible. And Kendra and Kristy are more than willing to answer any questions that I have. They just pressure washed the breezeways and I hope they continue to do that. Overall I love my place.

First management group when we first moved in was So much more professional than the new one that took over . Takes awhile for a service call to get a response and when they finally respond it takes a day or two to fix regardless of the simplicity

I just renewed my lease here, before I renewed my lease I shopped around and I could not find anything that compared to what I was getting here. The price is very reasonable, I have a washer/dryer in my unit thats not an extra cost, maintenance is quick and the ladies in the office are always nice and welcoming.

I think they're very helpful here in this community.I had an issue with both bathroom tubs and I wanted them fixed.They came in and redid them. They we're kind and cleaned up well. They put plastic down and covered everything so nothing got damaged.They did a wonderful job. One the tubs had a little scratch and peeling problem. They came back and read it.Everything is fine now and looks brand new.

My biggest problem was getting cigarette smoke in the master bedroom from another apartment (assuming it was below me). After that tenant moved it, that problem went away. The maintenance staff tried to fix it, but like I said, after the other tenant moved out, the problem went away.

Apartments are run down, shutters missing, windows so old you can't see out them. Dumpsters are always overflowing and an eyesore. Ducks and stray animals everywhere. Duck droppings everywhere. Breezeways to apts, never cleaned. I personally clean mine.

You are able to park in the handicapped parking places without any repercussions. The "luxury" Apartments have very thin walls,ceiling ? you can hear people walking above you. Yard Maintenance blowing Aka cleaning .. the area.. blowing trash and leaves on the back porch.. patio furniture.. and sliding door screen. Expressive trash accumulation at the dumpsters, that should not be visible in a "Luxury" apartment complex. Visible eye sores of missing, or badly damaged Shutters on the "Luxury" apartment building.

The first month I was here, I realized the last tenant's dog left the apartment with a bad case of fleas. I couldn't unpack my boxes for a month. When the problem was finally resolved they have given me a 700 credit towards my rent. So they didn't ignore the situation at all had the common courtesy to credit me for the inconveniences.

I've had my car broken into twice. The complex was working on the front stairwell and closed off the front entrance to your apartment. I brought up to the front office that i had no way to lock my door and they asked me if i left my back sliding door unlocked to get in. How can an apartment complex just make someone leave their apartment unlocked? Especially one where there are constant car break-ins. They obviously do not care about the safety of their residents.

It was okay. The vents are open so the smell of the neighbors cooking would constantly come in and kind of give our apartment the smell. Also took a while for the AC unit to get fixed, so that was a little offputting.

Oh, this q's easy...Uf all u care about is looks from the outside only- then you'll enjoy this apt. Also another plus is the location and then the bad is basically everything else!!! Thankfully I have no roaches but the other half of the buildings do, so I have the sugar ants. The first 4 yrs were a constant thing w them also. Losing thousands in groceries and I'm not kidding! Now it's just after rains occasionally as I'm raid'ed the entire place down I got so tired of them!!! We have also no cabinets for food anyways lol, since they removed those to make the bar space "prettier".. The leaking roof (that's never repaired right on the 1st try) is a pain, as is the ever increasing rent, and oh yeah:?the black mold also, So if you are interested in any of these things then sign on up!

The staff is friendly. Maintenance gets things done quickly. They keep the grass cut and watered. I like that they put the extra lights in the parking lot. The staff have been very easy to deal with . We recommend to any one looking to rent.

my time at the View has been positive. If I have an issue they respond immediately. The maintenance guys are terrific. They are experts really...able to diagnose a situation and take the necessary action. The neighbors I have now are very quiet and know how to live in apts. I have to mention the office personnell as they are very competent .

Super convenient place to live. Close to the highway and major stores. Apartments are more upgraded than neighboring places but still affordable. I don't hear any of my neighbors and there isn't any bugs in the apartment which seems hard to find in Jacksonville. Complex is clean and well maintained.

My experience has been satisfactory. Maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner. Office staff is friendly. I like the granite countertops in the kitchen and appreciate having a washer and dryer in my unit.

The staffs are really nice.. I love this appartment except cockroaches in the Kitchen from the day we start moving in Pell. My kids love swiming pool . Convenience parking space and school transportation .

I just signed a new lease here. I love it!!! The best office staff ever and a wonderful maintenance crew headed up by Cory. Along with Matt and Caleb they get things done. Both office staff and maintenance are caring people. I am 75 and they kept an eye on me. Love them all Grounds are beautiful and pools are always clean. Plenty of activites for family's. Great neighbors.

In my 1 year here there the MOLD caused a hole to open in my kitchen ceiling, which was repaired by maintenance using my cookware to catch the drywall they ripped down before leaving a gaping hole for 2 weeks, then spraying bleach all over my kitchenware before patching it up. I have pictures of the mold that was growing up there. Bleach won't fix it you can still smell it everywhere. Environmental cleanup services had to empty the pond because they apartment complex chose to have the pavement resurfaced (instead of maybe updating the appliances) and it all ran off into the water and killed everything living there. There was a SWAT/hostage standoff causing a lockdown of residents in the entire complex for a day. Now that I am trying to move out on the day before my lease expires I am being charged over $1000 for not giving 60 day notice. Yes, it was on my contract, but maybe they could have sent me a reminder on one of the 5 notices to renew my lease that they have sent in the last 3 months. The renewal reminders stated that I had until the 3rd week of May to "choose one of the lease offers". I always paid on time and never complained but I am complaining now. Yes, it is my responsibility to read the fine print carefully, but I think a decent establishment should treat their good customers who always pay on time better. Also, beware of the MOLD. Good luck

Good community. Horrible apartment. Apt was flooded from upstairs. Had mold. Stayed sick. Had to move out early. Owner ship never completely fixed. Had to move to get well. Still had to pay rent and cleaning at end. Management would not work with you and half the time didn't know what they were doing. Great location and facility but horrible management. No wonder it gets poor ratings. Worst experience ever.

We enjoy the property because it is very quiet and safe . If and when we have an issue no matter how how small or large it is dealt with immediately and professionally . Also the apartments are insulated well providing lower utility bills than other local apartments we have lived in near by .

Apartments: These "Luxury apartments" are older than I am and falling apart, don't feel safe in hem when a storm comes through!! They are only classed a luxury because they put nice counter tops in the tiny kitchen area. When we moved in there were several structural issues (can't fix) the main patio window was open to the elements on one side due to the structural issues and the AC unit failed. They have fixed most of the basic issues and replaced the AC unit although they freely admitted it was not "up to code" Staff: At first the office staff were polite, friendly and helpful and now they have changed and most are the opposite of that. The Maintenance staff are overall good but one of them is just rude. Community: We have had a swat stand off with someone with a gun, we have had constant issues with cars been broken in to although they have improved lighting in the car parks for this second issue. Bottom line they are over priced by about $500 a month!! I will not be staying here past my lease agreement!!

We have been living here for a year and it's great. If I have a problem, I put in a work order and they fix it within 24 hours. The pools stay clean, the fitness center is small, but it does the job. The area is great, love having stores so close by. Like Winn Dixie, Publix, Burlington and more. Avenues mall is only 10 min away.

The staff are great. Very easy to communicate with, and respond quickly to any inquiries or requests that you may need. Very relaxed atmosphere in general around the complex. Super convenient location too; right next to a couple grocery stores, churches, and fairly close to my current job.

It has been a quiet community to live in. The management team has turned over several times since I have been here. The maintenance team is improving, it was very good when I first moved in, but the services declined over the years. The rent had continually increased, without giving any incentives to stay, such as loyalty, rent always paid on time. There is not a clubhouse that can be utilized for the amount of rent that is being paid.
