This complex is advertised as a luxury apartment complex. It is hardly luxurious! I am renting a ???renovated ??? apartment which is falling apart. It is roach and ant infested. The ???renovated upgrades??? include a vinyl wood looking floor, which isn??™t too bad. But the rest...cabinets have been painted black without washing off the greasy residue so they are sticky to the touch and won??™t come clean. My kitchen sink was falling out and was fixed by building a support under to keep it in place but was never caulked or sealed. When I asked them to caulk it or seal it they said it wasn??™t necessary. The door frames have gouges which have just been painted over without fixing and the popcorn ceiling is water stained through the apartment...I??™m on the bottom floor! Did I mention roach and ant infested? Yes, I did, it??™s bad! Really really bad! Stay away from this complex!

Worst experience ever. Very poor conditions, A.C. problem, fungal carpets, Windows, roof leaks , I suffered a lot. Beyond all this, manager Kristy talks very hurting. Very pains giving behaviour . She is unfit and unprofessional.

my dissatisfaction is still the same as I already told the office, when I came to know the apartment I was introduced to a new one on the first floor and they told me that the only available one would be on the second floor was in renovation so they could not show me, I accepted, but when I moved the apartment was 3 floor and layout different from the one presented, wanted to change but said they could not ... I found myself cheated. tks

Overall the location of the property is great. You have many grocery, and retail stores next it. It is easy to jump on to the highway from property. Highway exits are only 2 mins away. The physical appearance of the property is outdated, with the balconies being wooden and very warped. Some of the staircases that are connected to the balconies are inaccessible due to poor upkeep and and overall age. Inside the units the floors are lament and in my unit it is warped inwards. The cabinets that hold the sink had issues where the sink wasnt even connected or sealed properly. The A/C unit seems to struggle holding 74 degrees as inside of the unit during the day it stays 78. The back doors that lead into the balcony is very old and the sliding door with the screen falls of the rails. Maintenance knows of the issue and recognizes it but management doesn't do a overhaul of the back doors. The washer and dryer that came in the unit work perfect. The dishwasher holds stagnant water in it even thought never used. Water heater took a long amount of time to heat water and sometimes wouldn't heat at all. As stated above, great location but for the price it seems too high.

Though we haven??™t been here a very long time we have found the Vieira to be very welcoming and well maintained. It is also a very dog friendly community. The residents here are very respectful of each other. The advantage of having the lake in our backyard makes the road noise completely disappear. However, we still get the advantage of being close to everything that we need.

People are nice. I have made friends. My first apartment with my significant other. Honestly we should have probably looked at more apartments before me made our final decision. Not saying this place is bad but my old friend from highscool lives in the apartments down the street from me and he has a two bed two bath for the same of what we are paying for our one bed one bath. At the time our rent here was cheaper then anywhere else. But hey! I can't complaine. I have a roof over my head.

Great community and quiet. I have a friend who lives here and I am now considering moving here because it's always quiet and I like the neighborhood. Great schools and nice scenery as well. I am hoping to be a resident soon.

I just moved out. If it were not for my growing family I would have stayed but they do not have 3 bedrooms. Very close to walk to grocery stores. Very beautiful landscape and clean. The handyman always came same day or next day. New ladies from new company are very nice and helpful. I will miss living here!

Viera is in the best school district and a very good place to live. The staff and the maintenance are very kind and helpful. They were always quick to respond to my requests. It's a pleasant place to live and I do recommend it.

The staff is exceptional and very friendly. Dominique was a pleasure to work with. The home itself is very nice. You can tell it is been around for awhile, but the complex has installed new appliances, and the upkeep is getting better., and the gym and swimming pools are top notch! I highly recommend!

I really do enjoy living in this community. The location is amazing and the actual unit is a fairly good size for the price. I don't like that maintenance uses shortcuts to fix issues rather than actually curing the problem so it doesn't happen again. I had to submit 5+ requests in my first few days there and it took going to see the manager to have them fixed. Once I did go see her, the issues were looked at quickly and I am thankful for that. This is a good property overall with nice amenities and easy access to great areas!

Not "upgrades" the apartments are garbage. Poorly put together. No storage, it's not a high end apartment for the price. They gone through new owners multiple times in 2 years. Maintenance always leaves a mess.

Wonderful personnel with great personalities and helpful information. Based my out of state move on the information given by then and the website, photos don't match reality. Appliances don't match website photos completely. Why lead a prospective out of state renter to believe the standard is in those website photos then not bother to make each and every apartment the same as advertised.

Caring, responsive staff and management. I've never received anything but smiling and helpful people. They don't complain and they have solid social skills. The property is well maintained. It is relaxing to walk around the entire campus. There are pet cleanup stations placed amply around, and most people actually use them to pick up after their pet's mess.

Overall I've been happy with the apartments, I just wish there were three bedroom options. I have had no issues with neighbors, management, or maintenance. I'm now in my second year. Barring any unforeseen issues, I will probably keep renewing my lease.

Poor management. Only interested in their things/ money. No care for the tenant about their well being. Needs better communication. Pest control is atrocious. Code of conduct for tenants missing. False sense of security with the cop being just there to sleep and not do any thing. Over all very poor apartments to live in.

I've loved living here. I can't think of a single thing to complain about. The apartments are in great condition, the staff is super polite and helpful (the best I've ever experienced), and I feel safe and comfortable here with my daughter. I haven't seen bug problems or dirty conditions. Everything is very nice and professionally handled in this community.

Horrible experience. We were told the apartment was ready two weeks before we moved in. On the day we came to sign the lease which was May 8th 2017 we went in the apartment and did a walk through. The apartment was not at all in move in condition. There was mold in both bathrooms, missing cover for vents, both bedrooms closet doors were out, huge stains on the carpet, the kitchen sink was being held up by piece of PVC pipe, the floors for the washer and dryer were half off and the apartment wasn't cleaned at all. The washing machine was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The bathroom handles in the tub was broken. The apartment wasn't cleaned at all. Before our walk through the lady in the office kept telling us to sign the lease first. I'm so happy we went and took a look first. When we went in the office and told them about the condition she what do you want me to do. How about you don't tell someone an apartment is ready and stress on signing the lease before walk through. Worst experience ever. We didn't sign the lease and we waiting on our deposit check. They are nice and friendly the staff, but PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. DONT sign the lease without doing a walk through the day you move in and make this your last option.

I've been living close to a year at the place and for the most part I never had any issues until it came to the staffing. But recently that changed once new staffing took over. Jeni Dungan and her staff cleaned house and made an OK apartment complex great. Easy to work with and no one yells at me anymore for minor issues haha. Overall it's a great improvment and a nice place to live.
