Had a great stay here. Office was courteous. Maintenance did everything on time. Had a great view of the lake. Location is extremely convenient. Never had any rif raf after hours or on weekends. Grounds were cleaned and maintained.

It has been great there are a few problem areas that need to be addressed like not having sideways in some areas. The biggest problem with this place is that there are no speed bumps and people fly around the place. They also tend to put notices on our doors of them coming in for certain things and when they come in they don't even do the things they claim they're doing. They like to come in and do a walk through and say they are checking the smoke alarms but never touch them when asked about it they say oh well we will have to talk to maintenance about that and never get back with us.

I've enjoyed living here. Good staff..efficient service and maintenance. Love the size of my apartment. And having washer and dryer included is a great advantage. And a very convenient location to everything

the maitenance staff are incompetent. this complex sucks and the staff have lied to the residents about security. there is no security on property and i was told by another resident that the people in charge said there was when that is just a blatant lie. the building got painted orange and its really ugly also.

The community is generally a quiet place overall. Friendly staff seems to be attentive to the renters needs and fixes things from my experiwnce in a quick efficient manner. The grounds and pools are well maintained. There has been some issues with police but that jas nothing to do with the people that manage the place of the employees that work here. The on site gym could be better. Better equiptment but I'd have to give the View a good rating for overall satisfaction. It is generally a nice place to reside.

The dumpsters are constantly over flowing, smelly and unsightly. There's no fence around them. I've seen outsiders dumping in them. I've tried to address the issue with the management company. They don't listen nor do anything about it. I'm not the only tenant that has complained.

Friendly and professional staff. Great maintenance staff. Property is well maintained. Grounds are kept in good order. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Location is very good. Great shopping and restaurants in the area.

Our first apartment was awesome! No problems what so ever and the previous lady who working in the office was outstanding. Now our new apartment is crappy and was "rushed" to get us in quicker. I really don't think they fixed anything to prepare us to move in. There was a lot of issues when we moved and and there still are. We WILL NOT come back here...

The office staff and maintenance staff are always helpful and kind. The grounds are kept nice and work orders have been handled quickly. Could do without the geese p##p on the walkways but that's nature I guess, living by the pond :)

The community is good for the price I guess. It could be much cheaper I feel because the units are so old and you can find brand new apartments for the same price these days. The maintenance is lacking but the management is ok.

I looked at alot of apartments and am glad I chose this one. The staff is excellent and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I appreciate the landscaping. I do wish the furniture dumpster was emptied more frequently. Sometimes it stacks up for weeks and a feel I am at a dump site.

Prior mgt. was extremely poor. New mgt. is painting a better picture. Units are worn and need updating Most rules are not obeyed. This property has tremendous potential. It could aspire to a better quality of residents.

Good apartments, neighborhood could be a bit better. I enjoy my apartment, area was in move in condition, however my first week, I was not pleased with the neighborhood. People yelling in the middle of the night, police searching around my apartment. I hope it gets better.

Mainly positive. Had some issues in the past but thankfully they have been resolved. No issues with the neighbors, clean outside, apartments are maintained well, except for a few areas. Its definitely been an overall good experience living here.

Good so far. Girls in the office are helpful and the maintenance team is quick to fix my work order. Just wish there was more lights in the parking lot. But probably the most important is if the hallways can get pressure washed they??™re looking a little rough and could use some cleaning. Everything else about the property is great.

I moved to Jacksonville in October, was looking for a small quiet community, and stumbled upon The View at Mandarin. First I was a little hesitant because they had no gate. But once I met the staff in the office Christina, Kristy, and Kendra they were very warm and personable. They talk to me about the property and the neighborhood. I ended up renting the smallest one bedroom and I couldn't be happier. Great place to live, I would recommend this place to everyone!!

I love this community because it is quiet, the staff is very informative, friendly, and accomodating. The gym has 24 hours a day access and the maintenance is both timely in both communication and completing the service requested. I would recommend The View at Mandarin to anybody in search of a reasonably priced place to live in a good part of town and under management that gets the job done and cares about their tenants needs.

I love living here. I just moved in and enjoying it. My apartment has everything I need. I will be inviting all of my friends and some family to come and be my neighbor. The office staff is really nice. And I absolutely love the view of the lake from my patio.

Love living here!! Wouldn't chose any other location or complex. Super quiet, clean and awesome maintenance. Haven't had any issues at all. Will definitely be staying here and renewing my lease. Hopefully the rent prices don't change. ;)

Caring staff. I feel secure here and feel the staff cares for me and all my needs are met. No better staff anywhere. COREY IS a true professional at what he does. It is a pleasure comming home to Viera.

Reading some of these reviews I think some people are extra cranky. Overall Viera is great and the location is perfect. I can get to work quickly since the highway is right nearby and I can walk to shops like Publix and my favorite Hobby Lobby. :) Any issues I have are fixed quick by maintenance. I LOVE the view of the giant lake out back. I never even knew it existed until I came to look for an apartment. It's nice to walk along the sidewalk adjacent to the lake with my dog. The girls in the office are nice as well so overall the experience has been great.

Many management changes appliances need maintainance breezways need power washing rules need to be enforced equally and should be allowed to place good screening on patios as you have removed all shading and given a clear view into units from public areas.

Viera at Mandarin has gone through several changes both in name and management staff over the years I have lived here. Each new change has brought improvements to both the quality of the complex and the experience of living here. Great amenities, quality appearanceAnd convenient location has made living here enjoyable.
