Too much cockroaches in the apartment and dog poops outside where people walk also chicken poops in parking lot, a car port of you ok with all it then fine. I'm not, that's why I wanna move out and it doesn't worth the money that I pay.

So far great experience thank you the office of maintenance team and all their hard work and efforts along by living in paradise. It's absolutely wonderful to live at Ocean walk. I highly recommend visiting the site. Some reviews are not accurate so if you're looking for a home, I would recommend on visiting the site.

I found the staff very willing to answer questions and offer suggestions and alternatives to solve the problems which inevitably crop up during a move. By only disappointment was that I was not given access to my apartment until 2pm on move-in day. Earlier access would have facilitated an easier experience.

My experience was awful. The property is mismanaged, and the office manager, Stephanie, is completely incompetent. She ignores emails, doesn't follow through on anything, and treats basic resident concerns like a burden. Living here was a constant source of stress because of her failure to do her job. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Experience has been suitable for my needs. The apartment is poorly built and the new glass door is u finished and leaks frequently. It is fine living there, but not worth $2911 a month. The maintenance team is awesome. The office staff has been helpful for the most part.

There is better building complexes in Key West,but in last couple of months Ocean Walk doing progress,and tryingvto provide better service?is still excpensive,specualy without washer and drayer in init?for a family ?that is extra 150-200$ a month on top of rent.

If I had to do it again, I would probably choose a different place. Everything has seemed to be a hassle moving in here. I had to initially ride my bike over because I could not get anyone to answer the phone. It should have been a red flag. Overall the apartment is nice but no one is in any sort of hurry to fix any of the issues.

I was in and out after 4 days. Initial interactions are fine until days go by and you start getting slow communication. Then you sign a lease and all gloves come off. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra $200 to rent elsewhere. My new place is so much better. My property manager personally went to inspect that my apartment was ready and clean for move in within 72hrs between applying to moving in. Ocean Walk is a big no from me.

We had a great experiences with Bailey! She was kind, friendly, professional and helpful. The apartments are reasonably priced (for Key West, of course). We appreciate that the inside of the units are updated with new appliances/hard floors/etc.

Lacking value, especially for the price. The pool is nice, but is accompanied by the noise of planes landing and taking off. Bugs and roaches are a major issue. You will see more chickens than people, but you will hear both through thin walls. Have patience when making a Maintenance requests because they will take their time to fix items.

Apartment building is kept clean. Hallways, stairs and hand rails are cleaned. Building is well lighted. Grounds and landscaping is maintained. Tenants in building are respectful for the most part. I have no issues with bugs. Noise is not an issue. Staff is friendly.

This was a nice place to come and get into the Key West community. Workers answer problems promptly but they may take awhile to fix. Everyone is nice and easy to deal with. I do wish the grounds were kept nicer. Especially thr grilling area by the pool.

It's a nice community, and for the most part I'm happy here. But maintenance calls often take months to be addressed. My kitchen sink did not work when I moved in. it was 6 weeks before maintenance showed up. By then I had paid a plumber to make the repairs myself.

Very expensive, elevators down alot, need 2 elevators, too much garbage around, dog feces everywhere, shoukd have only a maximum of 1 dog, garages are unsightly, filled with junk, balcony areas are filled with junk

Maintenance is substandard, facilities are under disrepair. Many of the washers and dryers don't work, pool facilities are not maintained, only 9 functional lounge chairs. The pool restroom are not cleaned over the weekends, glass and trash left on pool deck area, door are falling apart, people have to slam the doors to close them, many are rustier and falling apart.
