BAD BAD BAD ..... OVERPRICED ------

Locals call this place a Key West's most over priced ------ for good reason. <br><br>About a month ago both of the two elevators were broke for 5 days straight in a row. 80% of the time one of the two is broke. <br><br>The parking lot is littlered with untagged, broken down junk yard cars that take up the spaces for the people who pay the $1500 rent for a tiny 3 bedroom. <br><br>This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived and due to their 2 months advance move out rule I have been stuck here for years. <br><br>They make it easy to move in but then they don't let you leave without real hassles. <br><br>Pick any place but here..... big mistake.

nasty, nasty & nastier

I rented as a roomate there with my girlfriend for 7 months and could not wait to move out. The elevators never worked right and smell like urine. The pool is gross and nothing gets fixed. Don't bother to complain because the office could care less! Rating is a big ZERO !!!!

Best place to live in Key West

I have lived at Ocean Walk for 8 years. The maintenance staff is top notch and the management staff does a great job. Work orders are done super fast and the staff will do everything they can to help residents. Plan on moving due to a job transfer, but If I come back to Key West, I will live at Ocean Walk, I have been very happy here.

Dirty community

I lived in Ocean Walk for two years. Terrible upkeep. Bad management. Dirty hallway. Enough said.

Terrible management and staff/ Dirty

They don´t pick up after themselves. Their offices are dirty and unorganized. Most of the time there are packages everywhere. When you advise them of areas they need to improve, they bite your head off. <br>Very dirty apartment complex. There is garbage everywhere! The staff walks around it as if it were not there. Alarm system is never checked. There is no pest control. Bugs in pool. Engineer has 100 excuses and no solutions. <br>Need I say more?

Super Staff & Maintenance

The staff is good but the maintenance guys are fantastic! I got new appliances, floor tile & grout. They are always there asap! Needs to have more parking or at least see that parking laws are enforced. How to make it better? Ban ALL dogs - they are a nusiance and no one should own one in an apt complex. Also need to patrol more and have a better screening process to eliminate the riff-raff and the obnoxious military scum. Otherwise very safe and love the staff!

CHANGES POLICY TO SUIT THEIR NEEDS. DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON COMPLAINTS ABOUT PET OWNERS NOT PICKING UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. NO ATTENDENT AT POOL. KIDS RUN AROUND NO PARENT SUPERVISION AND POOL RULES NOT ENFORCED. PET POLICY .. THERE IS NOT A WEIGHT LIMIT IN MY LEASE AND LG DOGS ARE HERE BUT WE WERE TOLD WE COULDNT <br>HAVE ONE OVER 45LB. PIT BULLS ARE ALSO HERE <br> WHY HAVE RULES IF THEY ARE NOT ENFORSED. <br> <br>

Love the pool! The tennis courts are great too. The weather is the best. The staff is cool too. Move to Key West.

Great place to live

Have lived here twice. This is a great place to live. Took care of any issues quickly!! Top notch office and maintenance staff. Located on quieter side of island, huge pool, tennis and hoops. Landscaping is cool, and price is reasonable. Getting cleaner around here every day!!!

to best describe Ocean Walk Apts would be to say that it is like "------ condo´s"! <br>it has some nice features but not worth the price.... <br>i lived there twice in two different buildings.... <br>the small building is the best!
