Too expensive for quality . Maintenance has been difficult. They may start a project and leave without communication about when something would be completed. Frequent broken elevators. For the amount of rent I would expect better

Horrible, cockroach infestation, lack of any maintenance, dirty floors, oven, vents, etc. Leasing agent lied about walk through. High fees, I've never seen such a high applicantion fee, nor a trash bill.

I like this community, that's what made me stay there since 2020. Here's what I don't like, if you come with someone, the person has no principle, no discipline, you can't put the person out. Because where I work or I live , it must be disciplined.

The hallways look like they were mopped with black, dirty water. They have never been cleaned since I moved in. It's embarrassing when I have guests. They are literally removing our balconies. Jackhammers from right before 8 am Monday thru Saturday. The noise is unbearable and it shakes the entire apartment. There is no end in sight for the construction. Over $3k for an apartment with the balcony removed and insane construction everyday without cease.

Apartment wasn't ready when we moved in. Paiting with Kilz to kill the previous occupant smoking. Painted over wall switches and didn't use drop cloths. I had to scrap the paint off counter tops. They did their best on the floor but I'm still scraping white paint up. To air out the apartment they used a fan and open patio door; the A/C was on and the electricity was switched to us.

So far maintenance issues aren't getting done. I've got to keep emailing and making requests for repairs. It's been quiet to live here. My neighbors are quiet friendly. There's a bee issue near the elevator.

Not enough parking for the amount of registered cars. Cars get towed daily, for an insane $500! Parking lot always gets flooded, every time it rains. The dumpsters are always full, atrocious, and are right next to stairs, so you smell them down every hall. The manager Dylan is very rude and every work order takes at least a month. For the price, you are better off going somewhere else.

Overall, if you can afford it, it does the job. The units having been updated more recently than 20+ years ago which makes it feel like you're not living in a dump with updated flooring, countertops and appliances. That being said the property isn't maintained very well. Upon moving in you could tell right off the bat that the turnovers are a quick slap job. Cabinet doors not hanging straight, outlet and light switch covers and base boards painted over, baseboards peeling off, chunk taken out of flooring, I had to deep clean the apartment over when I moved in. Hallways are dirty and dimly lit. That being said, it does the job. You can cleanup and put your apartment together to be nice and I don't feel unsafe at all. It's not the best but it could definitely be worse. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly. Maintenance is very helpful and responsive, office staff seem to have a lot on their plates, so you may have to stop in a few times to remind them to get certain things done. Overall the quality for the price is ridiculous, but any privately owned apartment in Key West likely won't be too much less expensive. Living here is fine, just don't expect luxury.

Great place, great staff. Nice community, nice amenities. The office staff are always kind and friendly, and are quick to respond. The property is well maintained, clean, and since I've moved in there seems to be steady work and improvement.

I moved in within the last seven days. I am still taking note of things I have noticed in the apartment as far as appliances and overall conditions are concerned. After moving in, being fully honest, things did not meet my expectations as I only saw photos, especially taking price of rent into consideration. For more than $2,700 a month and knowing others pay more for bigger apartments, I'm left puzzled at what we are paying for other than "It's Key West". I am in the military and didn't have many options when moving due to lack of availability. My previous apartment in Saint Charles, Missouri was almost half the price, newer, larger, and had more to offer. There is almost no water pressure coming from the kitchen faucet, trash from previous tenant left between the fridge and counter, scuff marks along the trim of the walls, and what seems very obvious is that paint has been used to cover up a lot of things rather than fixing actual problems, such as fixtures, I was surprised to see paint over bathroom tiling that is peeling away which I will make a good assumption was to cover up mold, poor caulking/sealing around the tub which has no drain plug, ants, and the breaker box in the apartment is painted over to the point one would need a tool to access it if needed. I am happy to have a roof over my head, and my work is a few minutes down the road. But for what the tenants are paying, it seems unjustified for the quality. I understand that people keep saying it is just expensive to live here because "location, location, location!" That being said, I would at least expect not to stumble across grown men peeing in the common ways while I'm trying to walk my dog. I think that property management should conduct a sweep of the tenants who continue to devalue this property and get rid of them so that better quality individuals and people with integrity can move in and make this a better community. Overall, I would like to see more of the money we are spending going back into the community here. I know I will be here for a few years and I am hopeful to see updates and real improvements during that time. I am still new and adjusting to the area, so hopefully my opinions will be changed.

I drove 3 days and arrived at the apartments on a Sunday. I spent my entire day unpacking just to have my car towed in the middle of the night over a sticker. The office is closed on Sundays which is why I did not have one. My car along with personal belongings were damaged due to this.

Most of the time the experience is adequate, you can't control the other tenants and their actions, while I understand there are many units and different types of people that living in this community I think overall things could be better. The maintenance team does a great job during their business hours. The management office hours are not ideal and I don't feel as though there is always follow through. This is key west and the cost of living is high, it's clear this building gets all walks of life, and there are different methods of how rents are getting funded. Sending emails out daily weekly about people doing basic human skills are not cutting it. There's actual animal feces/urine in hallways, the lack of respect for others here is atrocious. Overall I think things could be handled better in certain situations.

A pleasant place to live. Property Manager is wonderful! Always wants and tries to help and please you. Pool and tennis courts are really nice. I never see roaches. Glad there's regular extermination.

standard living on this tiny island...wish we could have a better laundry system, up until a few months agao the hallways and the building interiors were better kept overall its a good place to live on the island pricing I feel could be a little less, maintenace if called always respond

No complaints to far! Hard to tell what my new rent will be, hard to get ahold of them for answers sometimes, but overall happy and returning. I love the location and massive pool! They also have a dog park and several trash cans with doggie bags around the property as well!

I like living in Ocean Walk, but I would love for the stairs and corridors to be cleaned more often, as well as for more control of the garbage cans, because the weekends are super crowded and that gives a very bad impression and is unsanitary .

I am Mostly frustrated. Building looks shabby, 1 elevator hasn't worked since September. Floor needs to be properly cleaned. The rental Costs have gone up, yet nothing looks any different. There are constant emailed threats in regards to parking spaces, yet no action has been taken. Many look like junk yards.

Not good but they are trying to fix it. The Assistant Manager, Mr. Dylan is wonderful and trying hard to fix the issues that exist in my unit! There are many, many, many issues but they are trying hard to correct the problems and they did not deny the problems either. They have looked at the issues and agree that they are issues and are working to fix them. A reset team would work wonders for them!

To be honest it in a good location but they seem like they don't care about the maintenance like the elevator they should try harder to fix it, also the people with the pets are very dirty it like dog shyt everywhere in the building sometimes in the stairs they should fine those people that way they would clean up after their dog

I have had a good experience since I've lived at ocean walk. I've relocated 3 times to different units and can't picture myself living anywhere else I love it here . Staff is very helpful. This is going to be home for a long time .
