Pool is shut down permanently. So no working amenities. Part of structure is condemned. Mold growing because AC’s are old and won’t cool space never can get below 74. Many unistruts are rotted away so pipes not supported overhead.Must run 3 fans as the blower hasn’t worked on AC for 6 months.

The upkeep in the building looks bad. Things that should be fixed are neglected and then big repairs need to be made. These repairs can be loud and costly to the tenant and owners. Then the owners increase prices to pay for their own neglect. The spalling started years ago and nothing was done now it looks dangerous.

So far not the best - but hopefully they can rectify. Move in date was pushed back by a day on the day of move-in. Understaffed for cleaning purposes. Upon move-in, noticed a major German cockroach infestation. Should have read reviews prior to signing lease as it sounds like the German roaches are a persistent problem here. Then again, it's Key West so when an apartment becomes available, you tend to forget reading reviews because you actually found a place to live lol! Have an outlet and bathroom fan that aren't working but management has been in contact to fix these issues. The staff truly is nice and they're doing their best to provide a great experience. Just so happens mine wasn't 100% - gotta take the good with the bad for living in paradise! I can understand the understaffing due to covid and whatnot. As long as the roach and electronic issues are dealt with in a timely manner, I'll be a happy tenant!

I have always been wary of moving into this apartment complex because of previous testimonials from those I know, but since I've moved in there have been roaches, the AC crapped out twice despite the mandatory responsibility of keeping the apartment a cool 74 degrees, maintenance requests have gone unfulfilled. You pay almost top dollar for terrible service and upkeep. Would not recommend.

Still waiting for maintenance to resolve our issues, Amazon packages are still missing, rent is high for the absence of urgency in resolving issues, dumpsters overflow with trash ending up everywhere. The location is in close proximity to a lot of amenities, pool is nice, office staff is friendly, large balconies, friendly neighbors.

It has been the horrible. The staff has not done a thing. Kitchen faucet broke on move-in. Still broke 6 weeks later. Got email closing work order without fixing anything. Apartment with water inside and out. Nothing done. Work order also closed. Help!!!

The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived, we ended up having to clean it ourselves. Overall the apartment is dated, and there were some cut corners as far as painting and things but it's not a bad little apartment and the location is great.

Is a good place to live but need more work, fix the elevator, clean the stairs, clean the laundry, do more packing, keep the rooster out, went people request an issue please try to fix it not just say that is fix when is not

When it comes to maintenance, you really need to take care of the issue. I have been having a fridge issue for almost a month now. The solution is easy. the fridge needs to be replaced. They try to fix it, but it is not about a repair, but rather a new one.

The apartments are super old, they have a lot of maintenance issues. They don't hesitate to take the money out of my account but when I put a maintenance request they take for ever to come and fix it.

Everything is good except slamming of doors needs to stop. Also you need to fine people for not cleaning up after their animals. Yes there is a significant amount of clean up needed after tenants pets. Tenants are letting there animals defecate right at the dumping station where you place your waste, just disrespectful.

Oct 17, 2019 move in date with a room mate. Dec 20, 2020, room mate deserts lease and me. Current bill nearly $16000.00 and will be over $18000.00 when I am pretty much forced to leave when current lease is uo June 30, 2021. Was not allowed to bring in another room mate or down size to smaller apt. Because balance was never at zero. I can not pay that balance for two people. I have done everything by the book. When I do leave, I will have no job to go to and no place to live. They will be turning me into the collection agency. The room mate has walked off into the sunset. No one understands how they are getting away with this. They will be charging me to have this place professionally cleaned. I hear that is illegal now. They will start wuth a late fee if $125 on the 4th day and $10 each day for 15 days! They are relentless. The place is dirty. I had bad mold in my AC area and bed room wall. A engineer checked it out. The wall was torn down, work was done, it was replaced. I have been trying to get a copy of the report for nearly a year now. They will not give it to me. I am seeking help from Tallahassee, as I am a care giver myself. A lawyer is coming next. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I do not tell lies. I speak the truth and others that have tried and are still trying to help me know this. There is a person in the main office that has been a ray of sunshine for the past two years acting very professional and kind through all of this and I thank her now.

Very pleased with the staff and the community. My wife moved from Tennessee to relocate for a job. She is in a very safe environment with very nice neighbors. She has communicated that she is happy with the apartment.

Definitely a decline in services that we are paying for. Pool area has become shabby. Laundry service is now 1/2 of available working washers. Increased rudeness in office staff. Police here more than before for domestic and other issues

Dylan is an excellent leasing manager! He keeps the Key West energy alive by the way that he treats residents and potential residents. The apartments include people from all nationalities and everyone is neighborly. It is a treat to be a part of this safe and friendly community.

Although rents are typical Key West level, very high, this is still well worth it to live here. They are very attentive and responsive to service requests. Verey safe neighborhood and rock solid buildings.

I feel it's a good community, safe and close to everything that one would need . The staff are very helpful and the maintenance team are first class. The upkeep of the pool is extremely good !! I highly recommend Ocean walk apartment's

Oceanwalk is a very nice and well maintained community. The staff are diligent in their response to maintenance issues and are great at keeping the property up to par. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to move or for relocation in Key West.

My experience was great my 1st year and I had no complaints until the next year my rent was raised by 10% and now I'm paying over 2k for a 1 bed room 450 sq ft apt..I only recommend this place as a last resort.

Its a good location for what it is worth. It is quiet most if the time except at night when the neighbors dogs bark. Maintenance workers are nice and respectful. Same goes to the leasing officers. Thank you

It's been ok. It's a little expensive and the rationale for keeping the rent high while the pool was closed and an elevator wasn't working certainly didn't make any sense. The building doesn't restrict the number of cars parking on nature, evening though they have a parking pass system.
