Terrible experience here so far. Maintenance and staff don't care about the people that actually pay to live here. Maintenance won't get any work done. It's constantly dirty and trash filled everywhere on the property. Rude customer service.

For such a large complex, the grounds are kept neat and clean, there are ample machines in the laundry room, the office staff are helpful even if there is a slight delay in response. Apartments are tastefully done with flooring and appliances. Maintenance could be quicker to address issues.

The apartment was very clean and ready to move in. The staff was excellent! The maintenance manager, Mark is great! The only complaint is parking can sometimes be an issue! Noise from the airport can be a small issue but obviously you have no controle over that.,

I would rather speak with someone regarding the upkeep of the bldg, the trash the animals(dog), the laundry room and general appearance. Their are a ton of issues that need to be addressed. Including the bike racks. My bike was stolen 7/8 while it was att hard to the bike rack, why don't you have security camera. The apartments that have all this bulk trash that is left at the end of the units is gross. All it does is attack bugs and raccoons here. You guys really need to step up your game and hire more ppl and often incentives to the residents who stays and or bring you new ppl. More modifications are needed to keep up with the times

It is a very good choice, with a reasonable price. It offers the necessary amenities and has a very good administrative management. The best thing is the pool area and the courts for playing tennis and basketball.

Great place with great staff. We live here going on 5 years over 3 unit. Only compliant would be the dogs and dog owners not being conscientious of non-dog owners and cleaning up after themselves and the dogs.

Staff is excellent, pool is really nice, however our air condoner has been broken more than a dozen times and this is the second 3 day weekend without air conditioning. The grounds are kept well and the grills are a nice touch.

Oceanwalk Apts has a secure pool area, 24/7 common laundry area, elevator repair/maintenance is not kept up for the amount of tenants that are in the building-one out of two elevators is shut down for months, parking space on premised is limited.

The maintenance crew is terrible, they barely fix anything, my A/C been breaking for months & all they did was temporary fixes. They make us pay for laundry when its already expensive to live here and there is no where to park unless you pay for a car port. When i moved in there were was a major infestation in the kitchen. Its not really a great place to live.

By far the worst place I have ever lived! Don't believe the pictures it is a dump for $2400 a month! Let's talk about parking there is zero parking. God forbid you work late and park on the grass even though there is no sign saying no parking. They put a big green sticker on your window saying no parking. I also believe they have a scam going on with Arnold Towing where if you don't have a pass for visitors they tow at will. Since you can't get a pass on the weekends as the office is closed. The grounds are just terrible. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND HUD NEEDS TO CHECK IT OUT!

I currently live in Ocean Walk and its a money trap excessive fees for things that you are not responsible for. Infested with Roaches every morning no matter what I use to get rid of them I see at least 4 to 5 and I never leave food or dishes out. I am a dog owner and always clean up behind them but many many many others do not and instead of fining these people the 200.00 they say they will fine you for not cleaning up they choose to fine people who pay their rent on time because THEIR system kicked you bank check back. This was verified by my bank! I am not someone who cares about what my neighbors do but some questionable people seem to be living around me doing obscene things on balconies. outside cleanliness of the hallways every weekend with everything from vomit to blood to dog feces you name it I have seen it in my short time here not to mention the fabulous seem of rotten garbage from the constantly full dumpsters when you walk out of your apartment. NEED I SAY MORE

HORRIBLE PLACE! Never met more unprofessional staff! Pay close attention to all of the one star reviews. As it is mentioned in almost every review they will take your money. In some cases before you even move in, beginning from staff. Even when you catch them that they lie, they will still continue and try to get more money out of you!!! As soon as I met ----------------------, right away I was able to tell THIS IS NOT AN HONEST PLACE FOR ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND ARE MARRIED. ( MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ALLIBY WHEN YOU GO THE 1ST TIME. )

We have people smoking in the hallway, when walk in to the elevators you will be surprised by a cigarette fragrance, but not to worried the elevators are usually down, so if you just came from completing your run at the super market and you live in the 4th floor it will be a nice way to do cardio. I told them that I was moving at the end of my contract, I was told that Ocean Walk needed a 60 notice and I was already 50 days out. I was indicated that on the last day of my contract to bring the notice and that I would have to pay for additional 15 day on a month to month rate. I wanted to get a head of the game and gave them the notice a few days before. They ask for a forwarding address and I gave them one. I ask if that was all I needed? The response from one of the guys was yes, that I was good to go. I ask about the cleaning of the apartment, the guy was not able to answer the question.. hummm! I ask him if he could find out for me? He replied yes we will contact you (NEVER DID). When I went to pay the rent they were charging me for the whole month!!! I decided to move to my girls apartment, now they want to tag extra 15 day of rent. This has been so stressful, after this not so pleasant experience it would be very wrong for me to invite anyone to live in this type of enviroment. So what did I learned from this experiance 1. Before doing your grocery shopping, ensure that the elevators work. 2. When you ask them to call you and they tell you that they will, it really means if you don't call them they never will. 3. After you are told that you are good to go, continue asking and even then you will be surprised. 4. Don't expect for the smoke fragrance to go away. 5. After a while the complex manager won't received you. and 6. If you are given wrong information you are still responsible. Rent at your own risk!!

Management is not proffessional and I have seen multiple cases when they cheat people and "steal" the rent money. Make sure you keep your rent receipts. Have seen residents taking them to court. And office mamager is very vulgar and looks like she has never managed a property before. They treat guests like enemies instead of like guests. No way I would recommend it to anyone.

Worst apartment complex I've lived in by a large margin. Mold in ventilation shafts, around windows and on front door. Overpriced apartments Why do residents pay for water twice? Landlord will add excessive charges after vacating. Loud neighbors and fairly thin walls. Dog feces and urine in hallways, in front of your door, and in stairwells Hallways, stairwells, and covered parking has a bad odor from rarely or never being cleaned. Dirty laundry machines.

I gave one star only because you can't get any lower. I lived at Ocean Walk for 3 months and they were the most stressfull ones in my life. From the moment you step in they try to take whatever they can from your deposit (wich I never got back), suddenly they talk about all this new rules they never mentioned before, you've got to put up with all the noise from the remodelation work everyday and they won't talk to you for no reason. If so, they do it with a very bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Military please read before signing!!!!!!! I'm not really sure where to begin... Dogs run this place! Dog piss everywhere. That's all you smell especially when it rains and you have to walk to your car. My husband and I would play "what's in the elevator" every time we rode on it. Dirty bandages, dog piss, used condoms (on 2 separate occasions) among your regular trash. Taking the stairs isn't necessarily better. Never step in a puddle! 99% chance it's dog piss. Yes, new management took over several months ago. Yes, they spend more time cleaning. But there's only so much they can do when dogs run the place and dog owners are not help accountable. My husband and I caught someone trying to break into cars. We called the police and they arrested the man but he was well known by police before this incident! Keep your car doors locked at all times and do not leave valuables inside it. This man lives at Oceanwalk in the same building as we did on the top floor with a bunch of other people. Now for the part about leaving: BEWARE! We signed the initial 10 month rental agreement. About 2 months before it expired, management left notices on our door with all kinds of attempts to resign. We were on the list to get into military housing so we were just waiting our turn. Military housing was telling us 3 months. We let the lease at Oceanwalk lapse and went into a month-to-month lease waiting for military housing. That was almost $500 more a month to do. Every week after our lease expired mgt would leave a note telling us we should re-sign and then we won't be charged the $500 for being month-to-month. We talked to the manager (Julio) and told him we were waiting for military housing to open up. He said not to worry, as long as we bring in our orders we'll be fine. We asked if it was ok even though it was still Key West? He reassured us we'll be fine. We even asked again, with pen in hand before signing "Is it OK because we can remain month-to-month", and he said not a problem, they do it all the time! He said Oceanwalk is very military friendly! We signed. Our military housing became available 1.5 months later. We got the orders from Navy Housing and walked it over to management right then because it was almost the end of the month and we needed to give at least 30 day notice. Surprisingly, there's a new manager now (Francis). She refused to even hear about our deal with the previous manager. Francis said that was between us and Julio. We said it was between us and Oceanwalk. We moved out. Everyone else in the office was nice. They said not to worry about cleaning because it was getting renovated anyway. We cleaned it anyway. Spent a whole Saturday cleaning it from top to bottom. About a month later we got a registered letter from Oceanwalk with a statement for $22,600! No joke. We called Oceanwalk to speak to Francis but she wouldn't get on the phone! The little girls in the office flat out told us that she was there but she refuses to speak to us. The girls said they were giving her our messages but not to expect a call back. They were nice and apologic and I truly felt sorry for them having to deal with this mess. We had to get Navy housing involved. Oceanwalk tried to stick us with everything possible. Even a bill to clean the mold that we constantly had growing in our foyer since the day we moved in! We still paid for cleaning and other things they could tack on. It took nearly 3 months to get something under $3,000! They may talk a good game, but trust me, they are NOT military friendly! They even tried to say my husband was only a contractor, not active duty thus the military clause doesn't apply. He's been active duty for 15 years and 7 deployments and they had his orders on file since the day we moved in. It clearly states in the bill move-out reason- "Military Transfer". Beware!

The place need cleaning. Could be months before they clean up the hallways. The stairs all always dirty with trash and cigarette but's. Some tenants take out the trash bags leaking leaving a trail and no one clean it for moths. Hallways walls need power wash or fresh painting. The landscape greens areas are ugly and at night cars park on any available landscape space. Elevators are always dirty and the need repair. But they always want you to pay on time!!!! They allow Supper Big dogs. Too many dogs.
