The on site management always seemed to want to take care of the place however they never seemed to have the ability to get any of the issues solved in a timely manner. From office staff to maintenance staff they always seemed to be under staffed. There was always an elevator down, Three years and always at least one. No money was put into this place and outrageous rents. Pool always closed, the only amenity, laundry room, ugh! And card value adder to do laundry works..... Never! If you left your clothes for a minute.... Stolen! Had three loads of clothes stolen and never left them expired so you must sit there the whole time. Well great at least it as hot as hell with nothing to do but watch that no one takes them. No security cameras, I had 2 bikes stolen and there are times when I truly feel like I am in the ------ here. Noise, drunken fights, gun shots, drug houses, human trafficking, prostitution and don't try to use the pool in the evening

Do not move here till the property manager and staff clean this place up and provide security in all areas of this property that are not in use! They say they are working on the issues but after 9 months nothing has changed!

Just moved in. Staff was awesome. Expected unit to be clean and fully repaired prior to moving in but it was not. Rent money does not seem to be going to upkeep but that is just a new resident observation.

I've been completely satisfied with the attention and response from staff. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the car ports and the lack of garage cans as well as the infrequent trash removal from Waste Management. Also there needs to be a effort to recycling. I find it disappointing that recycling isn't happening

The office staff and maintenance staff have always been helpful and friendly. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. There are some residents that are messy, drive too fast in the complex and make a lot of noise. The laundry facilities are not equipped to handle the capacity. It is difficult to get laundry done, always with all the machines in use. I am very grateful to be living in the 2 story building as it seems the other side of the complex is worse with those situations. I'm overall very satisfied with my experience at ocean walk. The only reason I may not renew my lease would be that I am trying to find something more cost efficient.

The apartments are over priced for the quality of living conditions you will receive. Everything in the complex is extremely dirty and never cleaned. The elevators are almost always broke. There is not enough parking. There is dog pee all over the hallways and stairs.

I feel safe here at ocean walk. The community is for the most part very friendly. I love seeing all the dogs around. I used to live on stock island, it I felt very sketched out every time I came home. Now I feel a lot safer and sleep a lot better knowing that those people are not around. I do work really late and when I come home there is no parking. I have to park on the side and be scared of getting towed. But all in all I love it here! And I can see myself here for a long time!!

Older complex but with an attentive staff. Apartments are small and expensive however this is Key West and everything is expensive. We enjoy the pool area regularly. Most of the other tenants we meet are delightful people.

So far it has been very enjoyable. The staff was helpful and friendly, the people all get along and besides the parking I haven't had an issue with anything. The parking is honestly the only issue I've had the entire time I've been there.

it was difficult at first as I didn't know where things were - like the laundry and mail boxes. did a lot of walking around hunting and asking people I passed by. I'm still not sure how to get around. maps on walls would help.

It's ok, not stellar, do not like using a laundry room or paying extra for carport, no security. Loud neighbors and barking dogs at all hours. Tow company is predatory on cars, parking restrictions are excessive.

Poor management. They don't care about you. They only care about you paying them. Never do auto pay with. They will take more then what they are supposed to asks won't give you your money back or a credit towards rent. They steal your money!

My apartment was dirty upon moving in and the elevator did not work. There is not a lot of space for parking so people park in the grass. The walls are very thin so there isn't much privacy but the garden in the middle of the building is nice.

Putting cheap granite is not renovation. There are bugs. Everywhere. It is nowhere close to downtown, nor to grocery shopping. There is no place to park. If you have a dog, be sure to blend in and let it go wherever it wants. Expect the one staff person who works to follow you around clean ingredients up after you. Because "luxury". Enjoy waiting an eternity for anything, maintenance, parking, your packages because they take your packages and won't release them unless you show up with your name on the meas and a current driver's license between the hours of 9is and 6ish if someone is in the office of course. Of course to be able to afford the rent you need to show 6-figuee income and I'm sure those jobs would be happy to have you take time off work to bend to the desires of the manager who, did I mention, lives adjacent to the office but no no! No workie outside (or apparently inside) "business hours". Maintenance this close to the ocean is difficult and expensive. That's why the folks at Ocean Walk have decided to just put duck tape on it, maybe a coat of watered down Killz and keep raking in the rent, adding fees and "fines" at will. Oh and the piles of detritus from the complex (not residents) are another work of art. Of course residents' dumpsters are constantly overfull. Ocean Walk is truly a magical place

Overpriced, old, moldy, trashy, no parking, roads damaged and ruining my car, apartment falling apart , appliances don't work. Staff doesn't put themselves in the tenants shoes to try to help and assist.

No one uses apartmentratings, they use google. The price is what it is, you are in key west so you are stuck. Neighbours leave fire hazards, hazmat and trash in their parking area. Dogs will poop in hall ways, good luck. Portion of the apartment is condemned, so take a look at it first.

We chose this community based on a local recommendation. Currently, the office staff has ignored two phone messages and two online maintenance requests via their only portal. The pool is closed by the Health Department, but a fellow resident said it was because of a leak. I'm not sure why the health department would close it for a leak. The parking is very difficult and it is not very quiet. At one point, only one elevator was working. Overall, the apartment itself is clean and fine, but there are a number of cons.

When we moved in there were problems with the air conditioner and patio door; however incredibly promptly the maintenance staff did an amazing job rectifying the needed repairs. The leasing office have been equally helpful. Couldn't be happier.

GREAT maintenance crew, always there when needed, well kept apartments. Many ammenities don't work all the time...pool has been closed twice since living here, elevator was broken for 6+ months. Decent place to live, but things should work all the time for what you have to pay.
