    My experience at this community has been so far great from the move in process was kinda of difficult but the office staff made it really smooth they helped me every step of the way, when something is wrong within the apartment and I call them they are very fast when it comes to fixing any issues

      I moved in last year September 2023 one of the issues is the pool is advertised online but it's not open for us to use. I also don't agree with the extra fees we are being charged. The valet trash should be for the tenants that actually need it I don't think it's fair that I'm being charged $45 for a service that I don't use.

        I will reserve my comments until my pending concerns are addressed. It would not be fare to make judgments at this time once again to the management team and is awaiting a response. Depending on how the matter at hand is taken care of will determine my answer to this above question.

          I haven't had any issues living here. Just the rent has constantly going up within the year I've been living here and I have yet to enjoy the pool. My neighbors are pretty much to them selves and for the most part everyone gets along. I just would like for the basketball court to return..

            The complex itself is ok. I have no complaints yet. I had an issue with the way the bathroom looked when I moved in. The vanity's in both bathrooms are dated and the "glaze" they used for the shower and bathtub makes it look painted. I wanted to use the tub to soak in but that's not realistic until they replace it. The dishwasher has a leak and the eyes on the stoves are dated. The screen on the patio has holes in it and needs to be replaced.

              The maintenance on top of the game if you have a problem or issue going on in the building I mean they have a lot going on but at the same time if you see one of them and you tell them what's the problem they help you right away to the best they can

                Pretty good experience worked out and u was able to apply and get approved. I can't wait to move in hopefully soon and I love the jetty back up plan for the deposit makes it easier for people to move

                  The maintenance crew has been the same since I moved in and it is ridiculous. We would always have to complain with management for the maintenance crew to fix the issues or continuously putting in more work orders.

                    I have been living here for 2 years and so far this management team that's here now is really good. They are very understanding and professional The community is quiet. I can't wait for them to reopen the pool and have the gate fixed.

                      Great community and great office staff. The appearance of the community is clean and quiet. This is a very family oriented environment. I have been here since 2016 and I have enjoyed every moment. I would enjoy staying the community.

                        When moving in this apartment was not properly cleaned or repainted. The cabinets and drawers were not cleaned. The dishwasher was broken and it took them a month to install a new one that still doesn't work. The building has a stench and has not be pressure washed clean in year.

                          Quiet and friendly neighbors and neighborhood. Pet friendly and effective staff. Maintenance team is courteous and helpful. Gym is convenient for use and they have preferred parking spaces available for an additional fee.

                            Needs better communication . The Staff is overall friendly, but the move in process was not smooth at all. We were expecting the unit to look as the model, but was far from what we expected. Walk through of actual unit needs to be done.

                              Overall experience would be 9/10 all information and home needs are available. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home. Only slight concern would be mailbox security and pool availability

                                It is a decent community of people. The only thing is that I wish parking was better regulated and there are some wrecked cars in parking spaces that take up space for renters and visitors as well. Another thing is that I wish the sink in the bathroom was not painted over but replaced as there are rust stains that are there. We pay enough money to have a new sink. They don't cost much at Home Depot.

                                  Started great. Last 2 years have been very very very bad. This place like i said started off great maintenance the appearance is trash. The valet trash is a scam. They hire kids to pick up who live here just to throw away it in our trash and the valet trash was to elevate the dumpsters always being full. Just all around shady.

                                    I just love it here. Great community of people awesome staff. It's older people friendly and it's convient for the kids for school. I could not have chose a better property. Very convient as far as grocery shopping and house hood products. Very close to restaurants etc.

                                      When searching most of the rental prices they have online are not correct. When you schedule a tour of the property the prices they are rating you are alot more than the prices on the Apartment website. Apartment website needs to update their prices.

                                          The quality of service at this establishment has gone down since 2019. All maintenance does is ride up and down the street in those golf carts. Nothing is being fixed but rent is constantly going up!!

                                            After 12 years the cabinets are falling apart and need to be replaced l have notified management for more than two years which all promise to odo but no action is taken my rent is increasing each year and my payment is prompt

                                              There has been difficult times living there. Someone was shooting and our car got shot. When we moved in we had a broken master bedroom door. We were told it was going to be fixed. We are still waiting for it to be fixed. We do appreciate the things that has been fixed. For example our refrigerator door was broken and they fixed it. They fixed the plumbing in both bathroom. They replaced the rusted water heater, the broken air conditioner unit, the broken washer and dryer. All in all some times you might have to send a request in and visit the office but if you don't give up. Your things will get fixed or replaced.

                                                Dont Move Here over priced and cant enjoy what u paying for, The pool is one, termites are all over my unit , they came out once and say they was unable to get in my unit, i told them the door will be open the next time they come out and no one came back yet!! And that was three weeks ago,overall not good place to stay nobody care. only care about you paying rent on time
