It hasn't been very pleasant at all I'm not happy with the management team here and beside that don't inform us as to what's going on in this community but they can cage us in like animals when I say animals it's one way in and out which is not safe and all and I guarantee they don't live like that but you want the community that you supposed to be working at live that way

There's a flooding issue by the gate when it rains, they need more staff to address maintenance issues instead of having the residents uncomfortable. Also, phone calls are always forwarded to the answering service which is extremely annoying.

I have always had an awesome experience with the prior management, Chauncey, Ed and Aasha. Management has recently changed and my experience has also been good so far. Hopefully all will be well and the community will be even better.

Overall the building is ok, however the maintenance is a bigger problem. And the workers have not idea how to fix anything. And the rent increase so much it's not worth waht you paying for the pool ,gate and gym are a joke that not worth having if when you use it , it's always broken.

The staff was very nice and professional during the process to move in. I was very surprised to see the apartment once I moved in. The patio screens were all broken. The patio door was broken. The main bathroom toilet was brown n rusted. The dishwasher was old and rusted. The wall behind the toilet in the main bathroom had water damage and was brown n rusted. Hopefully these things can get corrected because I do love the neighborhood and the apartment set up.

A good beginning and hope that my family's and l will spend a very joyful time at the community. Keep doing your good job specially in renovating and providing good services to the residents. I don't have a lot to say for now but in the future l will .

My experience with Walden Lake Apartment has been a very nice experience, the environment is very peaceful and clean. I just have issues with maintenance getting the job done in a timely, the office is always pleasant and professional.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I met a few people at the complex and they were very nice people. The atmosphere there is unmatched. I would love to have a place in this complex. It's a place that feels like home.

I'm very grateful how they help me when I was down to get back on my feet not to many landlords would have cared so for that I would recommend people here and I would renew my lease agreement again.. .

Nice place to live, close to grocery store dentist office, shopping. On bus line, close to my church,close to car dealership. Pleasant staff and very friendly. They have different types of entertainment for the tenants to be a part of. Movie night, pizza party and little get together so the tenants can become acquainted with each other.

My experience at this community was pleasant and welcoming. Management staff shared amenities, answered questions and provided several options for units. The community is clean and spacious. Pets are screened and welcomed.

It's quiet and a nice place to live. Sometimes maintaince doesn't give addressed quick but I do enjoy living here. Rent is expensive especially for me not being in a gated area. All the neighbors seem to be working people, so there is no people just hangingout in the parking lot.

So far has been the worst. No security, terrible maintenance service. Landscaping is not the best, so many areas with no plants or sick plants. The gate is broken and there is no plans to fixed. There's no key for use the gym wen the office is closed.

Landscaping and building upkeep could be better. Security gate has been broken for a while. I only have cosmetic issues with the community. Otherwise the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Staff could be a little more informed with policies.

Very nice, friendly and informative associates. Answers all of my questions. I was showed a 2/2 unit that was very nice. The community seems quiet. I love the fact that they have a pool and park area for anyone with kids.

It's a quiet place but need some upgrades it's very outdated for the price we pay They do a lot of community events which is a plus but they they need to really tighten up. The maintenance team is my only issue.

Not satisfied overall. The apartments are VERY small. My move in process was very dissatisfying. I had yo ask to find out about garbage valet, parking, etc. Every maintenance request has had to be followed up on to get a response. Highly unlikely that I will renew.

I like the community so far they are friendly community. My only issues are the repairs are not completed as stated and calls are not returned back from the answering service. Other than that I really like my stay here.

Don't waste your time and sanity moving here. The office staff is impossible to speak with as they never answer the phone, voicemail, or emails. We were broken into and they gave us no help. Maintenance takes weeks, sometimes longer than a month, to respond to our requests. Don't waste your time please, we are trying to save you.

Maintenance is awful. My refrigerator has been broke for six months. I have filled out several maintenance request. They automatically fill them out with completed. However, they never even came to check the refrigerator.

As a 3 year resident of Advenir at Walden,I have seen many changes ? ? some good, some bad. When I first moved here, Advenir was it clean and quiet community. It is still quiet; however, large piles of trash are allowed to accumulate. People park in areas that are designated for driving. There is a huge turnover in office personnel; however, the present group is very pleasant and efficient. The landscaping in the area is very neat and maintenance works hard to keep it that way. Advenir is a pleasant place to live but more effort is needed in maintaining the apartments on the inside.

The community has had so much turnover and remains inconsistent. Ongoing follow-ups are necessary and unfortunate. Lighting in certain areas need to be fixed for safety. Depending on the day, my area is quiet.
